And now, on with my second update.

Once again, I asked amazon why they suppressed the sale of my book.

This is their ninth non-answer. The bolding is mine:

First of all, as is always the case in all nine of their non-answers, they did not answer my question.

Secondly, as is also always the case in all nine of their non-answers, they promise to answer my question at some future time.

Third, as is also always the case in all nine of their non-answers, this non-answer was written by a different, unique person.

But fourth – and this is a brand new thing that never happened in any of their eight previous non-answers – they asked me for my name, as well as for the name of my book.

And I had thought their non-answers couldn’t get any dumber after the first eight. Boy was I wrong.
