The Wisconsin Supreme Court has ruled that most ballot drop boxes aren’t allowed in the state and that a voter can’t have someone else return — in person — their completed absentee ballot on their behalf.
The high court’s ruling Friday, which comes one month before the swing state’s primary elections, is a loss for voting rights groups and disability advocates.
The decision is the latest in a legal battle that began in January, after a Waukesha County judge sided with a conservative legal group in a lawsuit, declaring state law doesn’t allow for unstaffed ballot drop boxes and requires that voters physically return their own absentee ballots.
Although an appeals court temporarily blocked the order for contests in February, the ban was in effect for local elections in April.
“The key phrase is ‘in person’ and it must be assigned its natural meaning,” wrote Justice Rebecca Bradley for the conservative majority, referring to the state statute governing ballot returns. “‘In person’ denotes ‘bodily presence’ and the concept of doing something personally.”
Bradley wrote that absentee ballots must be delivered in person at a clerk’s office and cannot be returned by someone else. The ruling did not address whether someone must physically put their own absentee ballot in the mailbox if voting by mail.
In a dissenting opinion, Justice Ann Walsh Bradley (no relation to her colleague) wrote that the court’s decision “although lamentable, is not a surprise.”
“It has seemingly taken the opportunity to make it harder to vote or to inject confusion into the process whenever it has been presented with the opportunity,” she wrote. “Without justification, [the majority] fans the flames of electoral doubt that threaten our democracy.”
In a statement Friday afternoon, the group Disability Rights Wisconsin noted the court “declined to address the question of whether an elector may receive assistance with mailing their completed absentee ballot.”
“The right for voters with disabilities to have assistance from a person of their choice is protected by federal law. Nothing in this decision changes federal protections for people with disabilities,” the organization’s Barbara Beckert said in a statement. “Voters with disabilities who need ballot delivery assistance may want to contact their municipal clerk to ask for a disability related accommodation.”
“Applying the law as written”
All eyes were on Justice Brian Hagedorn as the case made its way through the courts. Hagedorn, who sided with the high court’s conservative justices on this case, was elected with the help of the Republican Party but has sided with the court’s liberal justices on several occasions.
In a concurring opinion, Hagedorn stressed that “judicial decision-making and politics are different.”
“This case is about applying the law as written; that’s it,” he wrote.
“Significant questions remain despite our decision in this case, especially as absentee voting has become increasingly common,” he wrote, adding: “The legislature and governor may wish to consider resolving some of the open questions these statutes present.”
The majority’s ruling rebuts guidance from the Wisconsin Election Commission.
“WEC’s staff may have been trying to make voting as easy as possible during the pandemic, but whatever their motivations, WEC must follow Wisconsin statutes,” Justice Rebecca Bradley wrote. “Good intentions never override the law.”
Rick Esenberg — president of the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty, which represented the plaintiffs in the original lawsuit — cheered the ruling.
“Wisconsin voters can have confidence that state law, not guidance from the Wisconsin Elections Commission, has the final word on how Wisconsin elections are conducted,” he said in a statement.
Esenberg argued before the high court that the statute governing ballot return is explicit that only voters themselves can return their absentee ballot to the local clerk.
“I think [the court] ought to read the law as it is written, and say that the law means what it says,” he said in an interview with NPR in May.
Esenberg said if people think the law is unfair, it’s up to state lawmakers to change it.
But disability rights advocates have said a strict interpretation of state law leaves many voters with disabilities who rely on ballot return assistance fearful they won’t be able to lawfully vote.
“We heard from people who were concerned, confused and, frankly, shocked by such an extreme restriction,” Beckert of Disability Rights Wisconsin told NPR after the Waukesha County judge’s ruling.
Scott Thompson of Law Forward — which represented the appellants in the case, including Disability Rights Wisconsin — told NPR the initial ruling conflicted with federal protections for voters with disabilities, like the Voting Rights Act, which in part grants voters with disabilities the right to receive voting assistance from a person of their choosing, other than that person’s employer or union representative.
The court’s decision stands to significantly affect the upcoming elections in the swing state, where about 2 million residents voted by absentee in the 2020 general election, a record number.
According to the Wisconsin Elections Commission, there were 570 absentee ballot drop boxes being used across the state by last spring.

Russell James Ramsland, Jr. audited 22 Dominion voting machines that were used in Antrim County, Michigan.
This is his conclusion from his report on his audit:
“We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results. The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified.”
Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, and Michigan Judge Kevin Elsenheimer all tried to prevent the public from seeing Ramsland’s report on his audit.

A study of Wisconsin nursing homes showed that they had voter turnout between 95% and 100% in the 2020 election. Relatives of many of these “voters” say they were far too sick to vote or to request an absentee ballot.
On page 90 of the study, it cites a bunch of nursing homes in Wisconsin where the voter turnout was between 95% and 100%. Here’s an image of that:

How can the New York Times possibly read and “debunk” a 136 page report on voter fraud, all on the same day that the report was published?
This is a New York Times article that was published on March 1, 2022. The article is called, “Wisconsin Republicans’ Election Report Endorses Debunked Legal Theories.”
The New York Times article starts out by saying: (the bolding is mine)

Note the word “debunked.”

How can the New York Times possibly read and “debunk” a 136 page report on voter fraud, all on the same day that the report was published?
On page 90 of the report, it cites a bunch of nursing homes in Wisconsin where the voter turnout was between 95% and 100%. Here’s an image of that:

We see that evil, scumbag, immoral, corrupt, lawbreaking Democrats took advantage of nursing home patients who were not capable of moving, getting out of bed, voting, speaking, or requesting an absentee ballot. Even their own relatives are saying that these patients were not physically capable of voting or requesting an absentee ballot. And yet, somehow, these people allegedly managed to vote:
The New York Times article makes no mention whatsoever regarding these claims about the nursing homes having voter turnout between 95% and 100%, or about people who allegedly voted even though they were too sick to move, get out of bed, vote, speak, or request an absentee ballot.
In fact, across the entire internet, I cannot find even one “debunking” of the specific claim that these nursing homes had voter turnout rates between 95% and 100%, or that people voted even though they were too sick to move, get out of bed, vote, speak, or request an absentee ballot.
And yet the New York Times has the nerve to say the claims in the report have been “debunked.”
Even since the election, the mainstream media has been “debunking” claims of voter fraud, without actually mentioning what those specific claims are. And this is a great example of that.

The special counsel investigating suspected irregularities in Wisconsin’s 2020 election has found that 91 nursing homes in the counties of Milwaukee, Racine, Dane, Kenosha, and Brown had voter turnout rates ranging from 95% to a 100% in 2020 — as compared to overall nationwide participation rates of 67% in 2020 and 60% in 2016.
The nursing home data only reflects voting at the facilities that the special counsel “has been able to vet to this juncture,” according to the report compiled by retired state Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman for the state Assembly. “There are more facilities in these counties, and after auditing the votes from other facilities, the above percentages may change.”
The Mark Zuckerberg-funded Center for Tech and Civic Life gave $8.8 million towards the administration of the 2020 election in Wisconsin.
One of Sinkula’s colleagues knew ahead of time “how the outcome was going to come in November,” Sinkula claimed, because the colleague knew people who had registered nursing home residents who didn’t normally vote and apparently voted for them.”
Slowly we are learning the full picture on the 2020 election steal.
And what we learn from Wisconsin was likely duplicated in state after state.

Last November, the Racine County Sheriff’s Office requested that the state attorney general investigate alleged illegal directives issued by the Wisconsin Election Commission to bypass the state’s Special Voting Deputy process, under which the clerk of each municipality brings “enough ballots to each residential care facility to vote” and “assist the voters with the voting process.”
Instead, the commission had absentee ballots sent to nursing home residents by mail. The sheriff found that facility staff, under the guise of “helping” residents to vote, coaxed votes from some whom family members believed incapable of voting.
Phill Kline, director of conservative election integrity watchdog The Amistad Project, which conducted its own investigation into nursing home turnout rates on behalf of the Wisconsin Voter Alliance, told the “Just the News, Not Noise” TV show on Tuesday: “It’s quite remarkable: There’s private money flows in, government-hired voter navigators go after nursing homes, and suddenly, 90-some-odd nursing homes in Wisconsin have 100% turnout, even if people — who, unfortunately, due to their health conditions — are unable to read, think, or contemplate voting.
“And now we have videotaped depositions and interviews with their family members saying, ‘My loved one hasn’t been able to vote for years and has been deemed to be incompetent.'”

Earlier this month Wisconsin Spotlight reported that former top Democrat operative Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein was given keys to the KI Center ballroom in Green Bay, Wisconsin where absentee ballots were stored and counted for days prior to the 2020 election.
Newly released emails by Wisconsin Spotlight confirmed this development in the battleground state of Wisconsin.
Then earlier today we reported – Emails show that Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein, Wisconsin state lead for the National Vote at Home Institute, was given secret internet access at the hotel convention center where ballots were counted in Green Bay.
Wisconsin Spotlight is reporting on this Wisconsin scandal.
But Mayor Genrich and City Attorney Vanessa Chavez refuse to testify before state lawmakers. They say they are busy.

The Assembly committee members didn’t invite city officials to the first hearing on March 10th, but they did invite them to the one next week.
Mayor Eric Genrich and City Attorney Vanessa Chavez say a scheduling conflict will prevent them from attending.
Chavez sent FOX 11 a letter she sent to committee chair, State Rep. Janel Brandtjen (R-Menominee Falls):
Hello Rep. Brandtjen. Thank you for extending an invitation to testify at the March 31st hearing to the City. I would be the proper person to represent the City. Unfortunately, I have a scheduling conflict on that day, so the City will not be able to attend on March 31st. However, as you may know, the City of Green Bay Common Council has tasked me with drafting a report on the City’s activities with respect to the election, which I am happy to share once it is complete, which will likely be ahead of the March 31st meeting. A veteran Democratic operative intricately involved in Green Bay’s November election was given access to “hidden” identifiers for the internet network at the hotel convention center where ballots were counted, according to emails obtained by Wisconsin Spotlight.
Green Bay city officials insist the presidential election was “administered exclusively by city staff.” But the emails show that Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein, Wisconsin state lead for the National Vote at Home Institute, had a troubling amount of contact with election administration Nov. 4.
“I’ll have my team create two separate SSID’s for you,” Trent Jameson, director of event technology at Green Bay’s Hyatt Regency and KI Convention Center, where the city’s Central Count was located on Election Day, wrote to Spitzer-Rubenstein.
SSID stands for Service Set Identifier. It’s an internet network’s name. Open up the list of Wi-Fi networks on your laptop or phone, and the list of SSIDs will pop up. Wireless router or access points broadcast SSIDs so nearby devices can find and display any available networks.
Hiding the identifier keeps the network name from being publicly broadcast. The identifier won’t immediately pop up in the display, although the network name remains available for use.
“One SSID will be hidden and it’s: 2020vote. There will be no password or splash page for this one and it should only be used for the sensitive machines that need to be connected to the internet,” Jameson wrote in his Oct. 27 email to Spitzer-Rubenstein.
Spitzer-Rubenstein in turn forwarded the email Oct. 30 to Celestine Jeffreys, Green Bay Mayor Eric Genrich’s chief of staff.
Also on the email were Amaad Rivera-Wagner, the mayor’s community liaison; Jaime Fuge, Green Bay’s chief election inspector at the time; Shelby Edlebeck, multimedia communications specialist; and Mike Hronek, the city’s information technology administrator.
“The other SSID will be: gbvote and that one can be seen in the settings app of your phone or laptop under ‘networks’ and should be used for the poll workers who need internet,” Jameson wrote in the email to Spitzer-Rubenstein.
Jameson told Spitzer-Rubenstein there would be a third identifier, which was to be used by media or other guests “not part of your team.”
Why would a guy who has been described as a consultant or adviser to the city need to have hidden SSIDs? Why would the city want him to have knowledge of Service Set Identifers for “sensitive machines”?
Spitzer-Rubenstein was brought in to provide technical support, but why would he receive such sensitive information before the city’s IT director and the clerk’s office did?
Genrich, Green Bay’s mayor, did not return Wisconsin Spotlight’s call seeking comment.
In final official results in Wisconsin, Democrat nominee Joe Biden defeated President Donald Trump by 49.6% to 48.9% of the vote, flipping a state with 10 electoral votes that Trump won in 2016.
As Wisconsin Spotlight first reported, Spitzer-Rubenstein and his National Vote at Home Institute were involved heavily in Green Bay’s election process.
The National Vote at Home Institute is one of several private, left-leaning groups funded largely by Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
Spitzer-Rubenstein, with an impressive political resume of working for Democratic politicians and campaigns, had significant influence over the administration of the presidential election in Green Bay and, it appears, in Milwaukee as well.
The Chicago-based Center for Tech and Civic Life received hundreds of millions of dollars in funding from Zuckerberg and his wife, money they pumped out in big grants to cities in the name of “safe elections.”

Spitzer-Rubenstein appears to have played point man for the coordinated effort among the “Wisconsin 5” cities: Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, Kenosha, and Racine—which received a combined $6.3 million in Zuckerberg money.
Emails show Spitzer-Rubenstein offered to correct or “cure” ballots in Green Bay, and he told the city clerk that he had come up with a similar process for Milwaukee.
And despite the city’s assertions that Spitzer-Rubenstein did not have the keys to the KI Center where absentee ballots were, a hotel contract obtained by Wisconsin Spotlight shows the keys were to be delivered to the Democratic operative.
“Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein will be the onsite contact for the group,” the hotel’s instructions state.

It was later discovered that the ballots weren’t just put into hiding. They were actually put through shredders. And not just regular shredders. They used military grade shredders, which makes it impossible to reconstruct them.

A study by John Lott concluded:
“The precinct level estimates for Georgia and Pennsylvania indicate that vote fraud may account for Biden’s win in both states. The voter turnout rate data also indicates that there are significant excess votes in Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin as well. While the problems shown here are large, there are two reasons to believe that they are underestimates: 1) the estimates using precinct level data assume that there is no fraud occurring with in-person voting and 2) the voter turnout estimates do not account for ballots for the opposing candidate that are lost, destroyed, or replaced with ballots filled out for the other candidate.”

The mainstream media continues to insist that there is “no evidence” of voter fraud in the 2020 U.S. Presidential election.
They are lying.
Here are many examples of voter fraud in the 2020 U.S. Presidential election that, as far as I’m aware, have not been debunked.
Russell James Ramsland, Jr. audited 22 Dominion voting machines that were used in Antrim County, Michigan.
This is his conclusion from his report on his audit:
“We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results. The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified.”
Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, and Michigan Judge Kevin Elsenheimer all tried to prevent the public from seeing Ramsland’s report on his audit.

Some people tested a Dominion voting machine that was used in Ware County, Georgia. They claim that it switched 13% of Trump’s votes to Biden.
Mainstream media reported that Fulton County, Georgia, “stopped” counting ballots for the night because “a water pipe has broken,” and “sent the ballot counters home.”
Video shows Republican poll watchers and media reporters leaving the building.
The same video shows a few people remain, and continue counting votes without Republican poll watchers or media reporters.

A study of more than 3,000 U.S. counties shows that, all else being equal, counties that used Dominion voting machines gave Biden an extra 5.6% of the vote, compared to counties that did not use Dominion machines. Since all other factors were taken into account, this is almost certain proof that Democrats cheated.

Pennsylvania accepted mail in ballots for 69 hours later than what is allowed by law.
Article 1, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution says:
“The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof”
Pennsylvania law says:
“NO ABSENTEE BALLOT UNDER THIS SUBSECTION SHALL BE COUNTED WHICH IS RECEIVED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS LATER THAN [EIGHT O’CLOCK P.M. ON THE DAY OF THE PRIMARY OR ELECTION]”
NPR said:
“Pennsylvania Supreme Court Extends Vote By Mail Deadline” “Mail ballots will now be accepted if they are received by 5 p.m. on the Friday after the election and were either postmarked by Nov. 3 or there is no evidence to suggest they were sent after Election Day. Previously, mail ballots had to be received by 8 p.m. on Election Day.”
In Arizona, Republicans requested an audit of 100 ballots that had been “fixed” by election workers.
Democrats tried to block the audit.
The audit happened.
It showed that election workers had cheated by altering the votes to give Biden a net gain of 3 votes out of the 100.
In several states, vote counting was paused late at night.
Later, when counting resumed, there were giant vote spikes with impossibly high percentages for Biden.
These things only happened in the states where Democrats needed to flip the state from Trump to Biden.
They did not happen in other states.

DeKalb County, Georgia illegally refused to honor an Open Records Request to show the documents for the chain of custody for the absentee ballots that were submitted in drop boxes.
What are they afraid of?
An audit of 1,400 mail-in ballots in Nevada found that 2% were cast by voters who never actually received a ballot in the mail, and 1% were cast by voters who say they didn’t even vote.
In Michigan, Federal Judge Linda Parker rejected an election lawsuit filed by Matt Braynard.
This video shows some of the claims that Braynard would have made if Judge Parker had allowed the lawsuit to proceed.
Braynard claims that his team spoke with 926 people whose names and address had been used to cast absentee ballots.
He claims that 12.6% of those people said they never requested an absentee ballot.
He plays audio from some of those people.

In Antrim County, Michigan, human actions and/or computer software gave thousands of Trump votes to Biden.
Wisconsin illegally refused to remove 234,000 names from the voting rolls even though they had moved out of the state or to a different city within the state.
All of these people had ignored a written notification that had been mailed to their old address.
Wisconsin made it very easy for all of these 234,000 names to be used for fraudulent voting, because the state allowed every single person in the state to declare themself as “indefinitely confined,” which allowed them to vote by absentee ballot, which allowed them to ignore the state’s voter ID law.
In 2019, only 72,000 voters in the state were “indefinitely confined.”
In 2020, this number more than tripled.
The state illegally kept the Green Party candidate off the ballot.
The city of Madison placed illegal drop boxes in the city’s 206 parks.
These illegal drop boxes were not supervised.
City employees “helped” voters to fill out their ballots before placing them into these illegal drop boxes.
The city of Milwaukee withheld reporting its vote totals until after it knew how many votes Biden would need to win.
Dominion took over Georgia voting machines remotely during 2020 election.
This is what Democrats mean when they say they are in favor of “ballot harvesting.”

President Trump’s legal team petitioned the US Supreme Court on Tuesday to consider its challenge of an earlier decision by the Wisconsin Supreme Court to dismiss its claims of irregularities in the use of absentee ballots during the 2020 presidential campaign.
Trump campaign attorney Rudy Giuliani filed the petition for a Writ of Certiorari weeks after the Wisconsin Supreme Court voted 4-3 to dismiss a Trump campaign lawsuit that sought to overturn the state’s election results. The president’s legal team asked the Supreme Court for an expedited review of the matter before Congress meets to certify the Electoral College’s vote results on Jan. 6.
“Regrettably, the Wisconsin Supreme Court, in their 4-3 decision, refused to address the merits of our claim. This ‘Cert Petition’ asks them to address our claims, which, if allowed, would change the outcome of the election in Wisconsin,” Trump campaign attorney Jim Troupis said in a statement. “Three members of the Wisconsin State Supreme Court, including the Chief Justice, agreed with many of the President’s claims in written dissents from that court’s December 14 order.”
The Wisconsin Supreme Court struck down the Trump campaign’s lawsuit on Dec. 14 just hours before President-elect Joe Biden received the state’s 10 electoral votes. Trump attorneys sought to invalidate more than 221,000 ballots in Milwaukee and Dane counties, both of which are Democratic strongholds. Biden won Wisconsin by roughly 20,600 votes.
The court determined that three of the four claims included in the Trump lawsuit were filed too late in the election process to be considered. A fourth claim was determined to be without merit.
The Trump campaign said the Wisconsin Supreme Court’s decision effectively “allowed over 50,000 illegal absentee ballots in violation of Article II of the U.S. Constitution and Wisconsin law.”
The petition notes several instances in which the Trump campaign alleges wrongdoing, including more than 28,000 votes counted from people “who failed to provide identification by abusing the state’s ‘indefinitely confined status’” and about 6,000 absentee ballots that were counted despite a purported lack of required information on their envelopes.
Trump’s legal team filed a separate petition with the Supreme Court regarding claims of fraud in the use of mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania on Dec. 20. The Supreme Court has yet to indicate whether it will hear that challenge in an expedited manner, as requested by the campaign.
The president has continued to challenge election results across several state even as the Biden team moves forward with transition proceedings. Biden is slated to be inaugurated on Jan. 20.

We reported a couple weeks ago that the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled that over 200,000 [likely mostly] Biden votes were ruled illegitimate.
This clearly places this state in President Trump’s column. Will this be reflected on January 6th?
We reported a couple weeks ago that the Wisconsin Supreme Court agreed with the President’s position on indefinitely confined cases.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled in favor of Mark Jefferson and the Republican Party of Wisconsin.
But the court noted that a determination must be make in every case before tossing a ballot, as President Trump has sought in a separate lawsuit.
Under Wisconsin law, a voter may receive a ballot by mail and bypass Wisconsin’s voter ID law, if the voter, by his own determination, concludes he “confined” based on age, physical illness, or infirmity. This fall, roughly 215,000 voters in Wisconsin said they were indefinitely confined, nearly a four-fold increase from the 2016 election.
The court said the government’s interpretation of Wisconsin’s indefinitely confined was erroneous. “A county clerk may not “declare” that any elector is indefinitely confined due to a pandemic,” the court said. The court further stated that, “…the presence of a communicable disease such as COVID-19, in and of itself, does not entitle all electors [voters] in Wisconsin to obtain an absentee ballot…”
Moreover, the court stated that lockdown orders do not meet the requirements under Wisconsin law to allow a voter to claim the status of “indefinitely confined” either.
There are 240,000 indefinitely confined cases in Wisconsin this year. Most are illegitimate and these were unquestionably votes for Joe Biden.
A judge has agreed that these votes are illegitimate. Republicans should eliminate every one until the Democrats can prove any of them are legitimate.
Will the Republican leadership stand up and disqualify these votes and assign all their electoral votes to President Trump and will these be included in VP Pence’s decision next week when recognizing who won the 2020 election?

In the states where no cheating is suspected, Biden’s percentage of the mail in vote remains consistent among different batches within the same state. If one batch of mail in votes in one state went 70% for Biden, then all the other batches of mail in votes in that same state also went 70% for Biden.
But not in the critical swing states.
In the critical swing states, after they stopped counting votes in the middle of the night, and then resumed counting later on, the percentage of mail in votes for Biden was way, way higher than it was in earlier batches within that same state.

METHODS
Before diving in to the specific data, I wanted to provide samples of the graphs I have put together to show examples of states with clear victories for each of the candidates. These graphs make it easier to notice anomalies in other states.
Let’s start with Minnesota.
Votes after election day should be randomly sampled votes received by mail and the percentage of votes for a specific candidate should stay roughly constant. Here you can see Biden received roughly 54% of all votes after election day.
TRUMP WIN
Here is Florida.
Here there is a gradual slant where Biden goes from receiving around 50% of the votes to receiving around 48%, but there is no gap in reporting and it stays consistent until the counting is complete.
SWING STATES IN QUESTION
For this analysis I am going to be focusing specifically on four states: Wisconsin, Georgia, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. All four of these states have some things in common.
WISCONSIN
I have highlighted one of the Bubbles orange and added an orange arrow to illustrate how abnormal this batch is. This batch contained nearly 170,000 votes and 85% of them went to Biden, but Biden’s largest margins were 75.5% in Dane county and 70% in Milwaukee.
WISCONSIN
When you chart the percentage of votes counted as the x axis you can get an idea of how many votes were already counted at this point. The answer is 96.6%. Why did counting stop around 97% and then two hours later this massive influx of new Biden votes came in?
MICHIGAN
Similar to Wisconsin, vote counting stopped during the night, and then a huge batch of votes came in. 96% of the votes went to Biden and he netted around 141,000 votes. A 96% batch of votes seems improbable because Biden’s top county in Michigan was won by 72%.
MICHIGAN
From this point on, the percentage of votes coming in for Biden shifted too (see the orange arrow). Also, like Wisconsin, this batch came in after most of the votes had already been counted (85% in this case).
GEORGIA
Similarly in Georgia, a huge batch came in in the middle of the night mostly for Biden (the vertical blue spike around 1AM corresponding to the orange bubble). Another oddity, after election night every batch of votes favored Biden (no bubbles bottom of chart).
GEORGIA
At 1 AM on election night, 93% of the votes were already counted, and then the big Biden spike of votes came in. Over the next 2 days, the percentage of votes in each batch skewed more and more towards Biden for the final 5% of votes.
PENNSYLVANIA
Pennsylvania also had a stop in counting along with a big batch of votes going to Biden in the middle of the night and then a gradual shift of the returned votes towards Biden until 3 days later when he was declared the winner.
PENNSYLVANIA
It is certainly interesting that as soon as Pennsylvania stopped counting (at around 78% of the votes), the remaining votes shifted progressively in Biden’s favor similar to Georgia. From 45% to 50.5%. I am not sure how this can be explained naturally.

Had shifts in the percentage of votes being counted towards Biden after the election and after 90% or more of the votes had already been counted
MAIL-IN BALLOTS
If the mail-in ballots counted post-election were mostly for Biden he would have received over 50% of counted votes in these batches, but that was not the case until *after* the counting was stopped. This is suspicious to me.
CONCLUSION
The odds of all four states exhibiting similar strange behaviors and shifts in how many votes were counted for Biden over time seem improbable if this was not somehow coordinated.

Texas claims that the presidential elections as held (and as directed by government officials outside the legislature) in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Michigan all flagrantly violated their own election laws by materially weakening or doing away with security measures. Further, according to the U.S. Constitution, the legislature (representing the citizens) of each state has absolute authority and responsibility for how presidential electors are chosen; the will of legislature being expressed through state law.
Texas claims that the violations of election law in these states created an environment where ballot fraud was enabled and likely to occur. The lawsuit lists the violations of law in each of the defendant states and provides evidence of fraud (the number of ballots handled unconstitutionally) in each of the states sufficient to change the outcome of the ballot counts.
Pennsylvania
Facts:
Vote Tally: 3,445,548 for Biden and 3,363,951 for Trump – margin 81,597.
Requests for mail-in ballots 70% Democrats and 25% Republicans.
Mail-in ballots increased from 266,208 in 2016 to over 3,000,000 in 2020.
Violations of Election Law:
The Secretary of State unilaterally abrogated signature verification requirements for mail-in ballots.
PA supreme court changed existing deadline for receiving mail-in ballots from 8:00 PM on the day of election to 3 days after the election and adopted a presumption that non-postmarked ballots be considered as valid.
Election officials in Philadelphia and Allegheny Counties did not follow state law permitting poll-watchers to be present for the opening, counting, and recording of mail-in ballots.
The Secretary of State directed election officials to remove ballots before 7:00 AM on the day of election in order to “cure” defective mail-in ballots. This was done only in Democrat majority counties.
Election officials did not segregate ballots received after 8:00 PM on election day breaking the promise made to the U.S. Supreme Court thus making it impossible to identify or remove those ballots.
Evidence of Fraud:
Ballots with no mailed date: 9,005 (no evidence they were sent to a voter)
Ballots returned on or before the mailed date: 58,221
Ballots returned one day after the mailed date: 51,200 (Perhaps not impossible, but highly unlikely for the average voter to receive a ballot, fill it out, place it in the mail and have it returned the next day.)
On Nov 2, the day before the election, PA reports that 2.7 million ballots had been sent out. On Nov 4 that number had increased to 3.1 million — an increase of 400,000 mail-in ballots at election time with literally no reasonable chance of them being used by legitimate voters.
Georgia
Facts:
Vote Tally: 2,472,098 for Biden and 2,458,121 for Trump – margin 12,670.
Mail-in ballots: 65.32% for Biden and 34.68% for Trump.
Mail-in ballots increased from 213,033 in 2016 to 1,305,659 in 2020.
Violations of Election Law:
The Secretary of State unilaterally abrogated signature verification requirements for mail-in ballots.
The Secretary of State authorized opening and processing mail-in ballots up to three weeks before election day when the law prohibits that until after the polls open on election day.
The Secretary of State materially weakened the security requirements for ballot rejection based on signature verification or other missing information.
Evidence of Fraud:
Mail-in ballot rejection rate for missing or inaccurate information or for non-matching signatures decreased from 6.42% in 2016 to .36% in 2020. Rejecting 2020 ballots at the same rate as 2016 would have resulted in a net gain of 25,587 votes for Trump – twice the number needed to overcome Biden’s count. With a six-fold increase in the number of mail-in ballots, reason would indicate that the rejection rate would increase, or at least stay the same, with so many first-time mail-in ballots.
Michigan
Facts:
Vote Tally: 2,796,702 for Biden and 2,650,695 for Trump – margin 146,007.
In 2016 587,618 voters requested mail-in ballots. In 2020 3.2 million votes were cast by mail-in ballot.
Democrats voted by mail at a rate approximately two times that of Republican voters.
Violations of Election Law:
The Secretary of State unilaterally abrogated signature verification requirements for mail-in ballots.
The Secretary of State sent out unsolicited ballots to all 7.7 million registered voters contrary to election law which requires a voter to request a mail-in ballot through a process that includes a signature to be matched with the voter registration.
The Secretary of State also allowed absentee ballots to be requested online without signature verification.
Local election officials in Wayne County — containing 322,925 more ballots for Biden than for Trump — opened and processed mail-in ballots without poll-watchers present.
Local election officials in Wayne County also ignored the strict election law requirements of placing a written statement or stamp on each ballot envelope indicating that the voter signature was in fact checked and verified with the signature on file with the state.
Evidence of Fraud:
174,384 mail-in ballots in Wayne County had no valid registration number, indicating they likely resulted from election workers running the same ballots through the tabulator multiple times.
71% of Wayne County Absent Voter Counting Boards were unbalanced, where the number of people who checked in did not match the number of ballots cast.
Wisconsin
Facts:
Vote Tally: 1,630,716 for Biden and 1,610,151 for Trump – margin 20,565.
Mail-in ballots increased from 146,932 in 2016 to 1,275,019 in 2020.
Violations of Election Law:
The Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) positioned hundreds of unmanned illegal drop boxes to collect absentee ballots. (The use of any drop box, manned or unmanned, is directly prohibited by Wisconsin statute. Any alternate mail-in ballot site “shall be staffed by the municipal clerk or the executive director of the board of election commissioners…” “Ballots cast in contravention of the procedures specified in those provisions may not be included in the certified result of any election.”)
The WEC encouraged voters to unlawfully declare themselves “indefinitely confined” in order to avoid security measures like signature verification and photo ID requirements. Nearly 216,000 voters said they were indefinitely confined in the 2020 election, nearly four times as many as in 2016.
Strict laws requiring mail-in voters to certify by signature including the signature of an adult witness were ignored or circumvented by election officials.
Evidence of Fraud:
One hundred thousand ballots were supposedly missing and directed to be “found” after election day.
Conclusion
Significant violations of election law that were put into place to protect against election fraud is sufficient to invalidate the results of the elections, apart from whatever evidence is able to be gathered in a short time to show actual numbers of fraudulent ballots. Reason would indicate that there is a high number of fraudulent ballots that are impossible to identify, which is why the election laws pertaining to mail-in ballots were established to begin with.
There is no remedy to correct the Nov 3rd election because ballots that did not adhere to election law cannot be identified as separate from those that did. An accurate count of legal ballots that were cast cannot be made. Therefore, as directed in the Constitution, it falls to the legislature of each state to choose electors as has been done in the past. Failing that, each state may determine not to submit any presidential electors.
The Texas lawsuit claims the odds of Biden overcoming Trump’s lead and winning any of the states after the point indicated was one in a quadrillion. And therefore, the odds of winning all four was one in a quadrillion to the fourth power. The lawsuit did not provide information on how that number was determined. This may seem an exaggerated to some. It is enough to state that the odds of winning any one of the states was highly unlikely and the odds of winning all four were extremely unlikely. For example, if the odds of winning any one of the states was numerically much less extreme but still highly unlikely, say something like one in twenty, then the odds of doing that in all four states would be 1 in 160,000. Twenty beans in a jar: 19 white and 1 black. Reach in without looking and be lucky enough to pull out the one black bean. Chances of doing that again is 1 in 400. Clearly indicative of cheating if someone claims to have done that four times in a row. As I said the statistical analysis behind the claim of odds of 1 in a 1,000,000,000,000 are not given so I cannot speak to that. But even if the odds were orders of magnitude better than that, they were still astronomically small. At any rate, the merits of the lawsuit do not depend on any certain level of odds of Biden overcoming a lead that had been established by 3:00 A.M. the day after election.

The mainstream media has been reporting – truthfully – that Trump spent $3 million for a recount of Wisconsin, which ended up increasing Biden’s lead by 87 votes.
However, in this video, Dr. Steve Turley claims that there is more to the recount.
He says that:
1) Wisconsin law requires recounts to include an audit of the votes as part of any recount.
2) Wisconsin Democrats tried (and failed) to remove this audit from the current recount.
3) The audit exposed hundreds of thousands of illegal mail in ballots, because Wisconsin law requires a written request to send someone a mail in ballot, but these illegal mail in ballots were sent out without such a written request.
4) The mainstream media that reported on Trump’s recount increasing Biden’s margin of victory deliberately left out these three things, because they do not want people to know that the Democrats stole Wisconsin.
I don’t know if Dr. Steve Turley is right or not. But if he is right, then it proves that the mainstream media has failed to do its job.

A group on Tuesday filed an emergency petition with the Wisconsin Supreme Court, challenging the state’s unofficial election results.
The Thomas More Society’s Amistad Project said it found tens of thousands of ballots that may be fraudulent.
“We have identified over 150,000 potentially fraudulent ballots in Wisconsin, more than enough to call into question the validity of the state’s reported election results,” said Phill Kline, director of the project, in a statement. The count includes 144,000 fraudulent votes and over 12,000 legal votes not counted.
“Moreover, these discrepancies were a direct result of Wisconsin election officials’ willful violation of state law,” he added.
According to unofficial results in the state, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden beat President Donald Trump by about 20,000 votes.
The group said it found that more than 10,000 Republican ballots weren’t counted; more than 10,000 GOP voters who had their ballots requested and filled in by another person; and around 100,000 illegal ballots that were counted anyway.
The 45-page filing asks the Wisconsin Supreme Court to block the certification of election results because of the alleged irregularities.
The Wisconsin Elections Commission told The Epoch Times via email that the commission didn’t have any comment on the matter.
The lawsuit details a series of alleged illegal actions taken by Wisconsin officials that led to significant numbers of improper votes being counted. One example is not enforcing state laws that require voters to present photo identification when requesting an absentee, or mail-in, ballot. The only exceptions are for voters who are hospitalized or “indefinitely confined because of age, physical illness, or infirmity.”
The indefinite confinement exception was interpreted to apply to people with COVID-19. Statistical analysis shows nearly 100,000 exploited the exception, the project said.
The possibly fraudulent ballots were identified in a data analysis performed by statistician Matthew Braynard and mathematician Steven Miller.
The project announced last week it would be filing federal and state lawsuits challenging the presidential election results in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Nevada, Georgia, and Arizona.
Two Wisconsin counties are currently engaged in a recount initiated at the request of the Trump campaign.
The deadline for the partial recount is Dec. 1.

To the world, the Joe Biden presidential campaign in Wisconsin began when he won the state’s presidential primary in April. To those who understand how Biden really captured Wisconsin’s 10 electoral votes (pending a likely recount), however, the campaign to deliver him the Badger State really began in October of 2019.
That month, the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC)—the bipartisan board tasked with administering the state’s elections—indicated that it would ignore Wisconsin law by refusing to remove from the state’s voter rolls the names of 234,000 people who had moved either out of state or to a different city in Wisconsin.
Once those names are flagged by the multi-state Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) database, Wisconsin Statute § 6.50(3) requires the WEC to “notify the elector by mailing a notice by first class mail to the elector’s registration address stating the source of the information.” If they do not reply and “apply for continuation of registration within 30 days of the date the notice is mailed, the clerk or board of election commissioners shall change the elector’s registration from eligible to ineligible status.”
The law is crystal clear: If a voter does not respond and apply for continuation within 30 days, his or her name is to be removed from the voter rolls immediately. This does not, of course, disenfranchise those voters since they are still registered to vote at their new address. It simply removes the old, defunct name and address (in effect a “phantom” voter) from the rolls.
Even if a voter is incorrectly flagged (as three to five percent may be), Wisconsin has same-day voter registration and a person wrongly removed from the rolls can simply re-register on Election Day.
There is no legitimate reason for keeping these 234,000 names on the voter rolls, but the WEC did. Instead of following the law, the WEC invented its own and refused to deactivate these phantom voters for a further 12 to 24 months, allowing them to vote in the presidential primary and general elections.
Needless to say, the potential for massive voter fraud is very high with the existence of more than 200,000 different names on Wisconsin’s voter rolls that don’t correspond to an actual voter (since the actual voter is either in another state or registered at a different address within Wisconsin).
After the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty (WILL) sued the WEC, an Ozaukee County Circuit Court judge ordered election commissioners to remove the names from the rolls. They refused.
The judge held them in contempt of court and ordered them to pay a fine each day they refused to follow his order, but instead of complying, the WEC’s three Democrat-appointed commissioners—Mark Thomsen, Ann Jacobs, and Julie Glancey—filed an appeal.
The Fourth District Court of Appeals had twice before declined the WEC’s requests to throw out the order, but once it became clear that commissioners would actually have to remove the names from the rolls, the District Court’s three liberal judges—JoAnne Kloppenburg, Jennifer Nashold, and Michael Fitzpatrick—remarkably reversed course and allowed the WEC to continue to ignore the clear letter and intent of state law and keep 234,000 phantom voters on Wisconsin’s rolls for as long as two years.
The one protection Wisconsin had against the use of these phantom voters to commit massive fraud would be the state’s Voter ID law, but unethical county clerks in Dane and Milwaukee Counties found a loophole that rendered this protection largely moot.
As the COVID-19 pandemic raged in advance of Wisconsin’s presidential primary in early April, both Dane County Clerk Scott McDonnell and Milwaukee County Clerk George Christensen—both highly partisan Democrats—told all voters to claim that the statewide lockdown rendered them “indefinitely confined” under state law. As a result, they would not need to show photo identification in order to vote by mail.
Because of the lockdown, McDonnell and Christensen lied, every single voter was indefinitely confined to their homes and therefore not bound by the Voter ID requirement. Since Governor Evers’ lockdown order allowed people to leave their homes to work at jobs deemed to be “essential” and shop at grocery stores, hardware stores, and even sporting goods and liquor stores, merely being affected by the lockdown did not render one indefinitely confined.
McDonnell and Christensen clearly knew this, but they still encouraged voters to unlawfully designate themselves as indefinitely confined and thus avoid the Voter ID requirement. Fraudulently voting by mail by assuming the identity of any of the 234,000 phantom voters still on the state’s rolls could not possibly have been easier.
The MacIver Institute found that nearly 200,000 voters marked themselves as indefinitely confined ahead of Wisconsin’s presidential primary and an additional 49,769 did so in the six months since, meaning that nearly a quarter of a million voters are now designated as indefinitely confined and thus exempt from Voter ID requirements.
By way of comparison, a total of just 72,000 voters last year were indefinitely confined, meaning that there has been a 238 percent increase in indefinitely confined voters in just 12 months. Obviously, most of them aren’t actually indefinitely confined but all of them were able to vote without showing a photo ID.
And none of them were able to vote for third party candidates who might have siphoned a few thousand votes away from Joe Biden. In 2016, Democrats blamed Green Party candidate Jill Stein for costing Hillary Clinton Wisconsin and with it the presidency. She won roughly 31,000 votes that might have otherwise gone for Clinton—a total that far surpassed the 22,000 votes by which Clinton lost to Trump.
The Democrats on the Wisconsin Elections Commission were not about to let that happen again, so they ignored state law in denying the Green Party’s 2020 candidate Howie Hawkins’ petition to get on the ballot.
In August, Hawkins and his running mate Angela Walker submitted a nominating petition with 3,966 signatures. A candidate only needs 2,000 to get on the presidential ballot in Wisconsin, and Hawkins and Walker had nearly twice that many. Walker, however, moved during the time the signatures were collected and two days after she and Hawkins turned in their signatures to the WEC, longtime Democrat lawyer and donor Allen Arnsten challenged them, claiming that Walker had listed an incorrect address on a number of petitions and that 2,046 signatures on them should be invalidated.
In his challenge, Arnsten admitted that he had no proof that the address was incorrect, he merely asserted “information and belief.” Since Section 2.07(3)(a) of the Wisconsin Administrative Code provides that “the burden is on the challenger to establish any insufficiency” in nominating signatures and Section 2.05(4) provides that “any information which appears on a nomination paper is entitled to a presumption of validity,” Arnsten was required to provide evidence that the signatures were invalid or else they would be presumed to be valid.
When the WEC met to discuss the issue, Chairwoman Ann Jacobs wouldn’t allow the Green Party’s attorney to argue the case. She merely called for a vote and, unsurprisingly, the Commission’s three Democrats voted to ignore the clear letter of the law, presume the signatures to be invalid even though they weren’t, and keep the Green Party off the ballot.
That same month, the WEC rejected rapper Kanye West’s petition for access to Wisconsin’s ballot because his attorney was allegedly 14 seconds late in delivering West’s nominating signatures. West, who was seen as potentially as big a threat to pull votes from Biden as the Green Party, launched a third party bid for the White House over the summer and sent an attorney to the WEC office in Madison on the day nominating petitions were due.
Wisconsin law requires that petitions be turned in by 5:00 pm on the first Tuesday in August before a November election. West’s attorney turned them in at 5:00:14. Clearly, West’s campaign argued, the plain meaning of “not later than 5:00,” means 5:01, not 5:00:14. 5:00:14 is included in the minute that precedes the time—5:01—that is, according to the plain meaning of the phrase, “later than 5:00.” The Democrats on the Elections Commission disagreed and ruled that West would not be on the presidential ballot.
Because of a pair of legally dubious (if not flatly unlawful) rulings, Biden would not have any competition for votes from Democrat-leaning Wisconsinites. The WEC, along with election officials in Madison, then got to work ensuring that Biden would get as many questionable votes as possible.
On Saturday, September 26th and Saturday, October 3rd, the City of Madison held “Democracy in the Park” events in which voters could drop off their absentee ballots in a direct violation of early voting limits.
In June, a federal appeals court limited in-person early voting to 14 days before Election Day. This year, in-person early voting could not start until October 20th. In an obvious attempt to boost turnout for Biden in the state’s most heavily Democratic city, Madison wantonly violated this deadline by allowing voters to fill out and turn in their ballots in each one of the city’s parks.
When contacted with concerns over this and asked to investigate, the Wisconsin Elections Commission refused, saying that it was the City of Madison’s job to monitor this event. In other words, the body tasked with overseeing election activities in Wisconsin was refusing to oversee election activities in Wisconsin.
The City of Madison vehemently denied that its events amounted to illegal early voting since voters were not given absentee ballots in the parks; they simply dropped off the ballots that had been mailed to them. The poll workers collecting ballots (and helping voters fill them out) in 206 different parks across the city were merely operating alternative ballot drop-off locations.
That, however, violates both the letter and spirit of Wisconsin Statute § 6.855, which provides that these alternative sites “shall be located as near as practicable to the office of the municipal clerk or board of election commissioners and no site may be designated that affords an advantage to any political party.”
Clearly, alternative sites located in every single one of Madison’s 206 city parks—including those that are located many miles from the municipal clerk’s office—are not “located as near as practicable” and thus are not valid locations for anything other than harvesting ballots for a preferred presidential candidate.
Biden was rather obviously the preferred candidate, as his campaign advertised the Madison’s two events on radio stations across the city. The standard “I’m Joe Biden and I approve this message” disclaimer ended the commercial, and the Biden “WI 2020 Victory” website promoted the events as being “hosted by WI 2020 Victory.”
In other words, the Biden campaign clearly saw them as being designed to turn out votes for Biden. Why else would they pay to promote them?
When concerns were raised about the legality of the City of Madison’s activity and the Wisconsin Republican Party sent a letter to City Clerk Maribeth Witzel-Behl instructing her to keep all ballots collected at the event segregated in anticipation of a possible lawsuit, she instead raced back to her office to mix those ballots in with other presumably legally-collected ones so that it would be impossible to challenge them.
A month later, on Election Night itself, the City of Milwaukee courted controversy by waiting until every other municipality in the state had reported its vote totals to release its count of mail-in votes. In 2018, late-counted ballots tipped the gubernatorial election from a comfortable win for Republican Scott Walker to a 1.1 percent victory for Democrat Tony Evers. Almost exactly two years later, the almost exact same scenario played out Wednesday morning. After the rest of Wisconsin reported its vote totals and Trump sat on a comfortable lead, Milwaukee’s late-counted vote tipped the race to a 20,000 vote Biden lead.
For a second straight election, the City of Milwaukee seemed to have waited until officials knew exactly how many votes needed to be counted to ensure a statewide Democrat win. As one frustrated voter put it on Twitter, “The only thing we did on Election Day was tell them how many votes they needed on Election Night.”
One can certainly understand the mistrust. For more than a year, the Wisconsin Elections Commission and local election officials in the two most heavily Democratic counties in the state have done everything in their power to make a Biden win an inevitability. From keeping hundreds of thousands of phantom voters on the rolls to negating the Voter ID requirement for a quarter million more, the WEC and Dane and Milwaukee County clerks made massive vote fraud easier than it ever has been. By unlawfully clearing the field of potential Biden spoilers, the WEC did its level best to ensure that he had no competition for Democrat-leaning votes. And by refusing to investigate an obviously unlawful vote-in-the park event on Biden’s behalf (and in conjunction with his campaign), it allowed untold thousands of legally questionable ballots to be cast.
For more than a year, the Democrats on the Wisconsin Elections Commission as well as the Democratic clerks in Dane and Milwaukee Counties and the cities of Madison and Milwaukee have made it abundantly clear that they have no interest in ensuring free and fair elections in Wisconsin. Quite the opposite: They have spent the past year doing everything in their power to prove that they can no longer be trusted to safeguard Wisconsinites’ most sacred and cherished right.
They have been running a yearlong shadow campaign to elect Joe Biden, and at every step have placed their thumb on the scales of electoral justice. In truth, there can be no justice when there aren’t fair elections, and Wisconsin won’t have fair elections until it decides that it’s had enough of shameless partisans pretending to be neutral stewards of the public trust.
They have proven beyond any doubt over the past year that they are no longer worthy of any trust.

I don’t trust hand counting of ballots, and I don’t trust ballots that are “found” after election day.
Trump was leading in Wisconsin and Michigan on election evening. But then these suspicious looking things happened.
These two charts (one for Wisconsin and one for Michigan) show huge and instantaneous increases in vote totals in the middle of the night, with 100% of the increases going to Biden.

The unrest that gripped Kenosha, Wis., for several days following the police shooting of a Black man last month resulted in $50 million in damage to buildings and businesses, officials said.
To help put in perspective of just how big of a hit that is for the city with a population of nearly 100,000 residents, that makes up more than half of Kenosha’s municiple budget of $86.3 million.
The damage was spread across as many as 100 businesses, including 40 that are “out-of-business for good,” Kenosha County Supervisor Terry Rose said during a Tuesday county board meeting, according to the Kenosha News.
Rose called for federal and state funding to rebuild businesses and the rebuild the state corrections center or the probation and parole building that was set ablaze during the riots.
“The county needs to assist the city in bolstering the Uptown community,” Rose said. “We need to seek federal funds, state funds or local funds to make sure that those (police) body cameras, which we authorized in (a) prior resolution, are made very much a part of the forthcoming budget.”
Kenosha briefly became a flashpoint in the nationwide unrest over the Aug. 23 police shooting of Jacob Blake. The 27-year-old was paralyzed after being shot multiples times in the back by police officer Rusten Sheskey.
The incident set off a wave of protests, some of which turned violent. Two protesters fatally shot and another wounded by Kyle Rittenhouse, a teenager who was armed with a rifle and claimed to be protecting businesses from looters when he allegedly opened fire on the demonstrators.
At one point, 2,000 members of the National Guard were deployed to the city to quell the violence.
During the meeting, Supervisor Zach Rodriguez read comments from residents concerned about the future safety of the city. One resident was concerned about how the county would handle reactions from verdicts stemming from the unrest.
Rodriguez said he was certain most of the destruction was caused by people who live outside the community.
“To the people who burned down our city, we won’t allow it ever again,” he said.
