LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — Primary Election Day is off to a rocky start in Luzerne County. What election officials are calling a “typo” is making Republican voters uneasy.
Some voting locations are reporting that when Republicans go up to the machine to vote, an introduction screen says “Official Democratic Ballot.”
The judge of elections at a polling place in Kingston Township said he paused voting Tuesday morning until this was addressed. He said election officials in Wilkes-Barre told him this is a typo and when voters go to the next screen, the republican ballot loads. They also cross-checked it with an emergency Republican paper ballot to be sure.
When registered Republicans went to vote, after poll workers pulled up their ballots, the welcome screen said, “Official Democratic Ballot.” This made Republican voters uneasy, but elections officials tell us it had nothing to do with the legitimacy of the votes. They call it a coding error.
Republican voters all over the county saw this screen before voting.
“There was considerable confusion. They refer to it as miscoding. It’s hard to imagine how something like that slips by people. It was explained well the person that came to the polling place,” said Dudley Snyder from Kingston.
Luzerne County election officials say it was a coding error with the vendor Dominion Voting Systems that led to the misprint on the introductory voting screen, but they say that is where the error ended.
“We want to assure everybody that what happens is when you are a registered Republican, we have a specific code for that ballot. And once we punch that code in, even though the header says something like, ‘Democratic ballot.’ it’s actually for the races that are in the Republican party,” said Luzerne County Director of Election Bob Morgan.
Morgan says Republican votes on the machines will be counted correctly as the ballots print out with proper Republican voter information. Voters confirmed this to Newswatch 16.
“Came out of the machine, on the paper was marked ‘Republican.’ All of the candidates that I voted for the word were Republican. If that doesn’t get counted correctly, it’s beyond the scope of any of us to do anything about it,” Dudley said.
Voters who do not want to vote at the machines are given the option to vote by provisional ballot at the polls, but it still leaves some voters in Luzerne County feeling uneasy.
“If a coding error can get the name wrong name at the top, how do you know there aren’t coding errors that can screw up the cast, the counting of the ballots themselves?” Dudley asked. “It’s going to take a long time; I think before anybody gets any degree of comfort with it anymore.”
The error concerned Republican party leaders in the county.
“I went in to vote myself, and it happened to me also, so we have a great concern as a Republican Party to instill that the integrity of the election process,” said Justin Behrens, chair of the Luzerne County Republican Party.
Behrens said he called legal counsel and came to the courthouse to file a lawsuit to impound all voting machines and switch to paper ballots immediately. Instead, county officials and Republican and Democrat party leaders reached a compromise: All voting machines will be locked up and secured after the election and available for an audit.
“We’re going to make sure that all the equipment that’s used is going to be secured and locked safe for us to do an investigation or do or to do whatever we want to do to check it out as a party,” Behrens said.
Republican voters have an option at the polls for the rest of the day.
“Any Republican voter who wants to vote in this primary election today who has not voted it yet can go to their polling place, and they will be given an option of voting on the machine, by voting with an emergency ballot, or by voting with a provisional ballot without the requirement of an affirmation,” explained attorney Michael Butera.

A study of more than 3,000 U.S. counties shows that, all else being equal, counties that used Dominion voting machines gave Biden an extra 5.6% of the vote, compared to counties that did not use Dominion machines. Since all other factors were taken into account, this is almost certain proof that Democrats cheated.

Previously, mail ballots had to be received by 8 p.m. on Election Day.”
In several states, vote counting was paused late at night.
Later, when counting resumed, there were giant vote spikes with impossibly high percentages for Biden.
These things only happened in the states where Democrats needed to flip the state from Trump to Biden.

DeKalb County, Georgia illegally refused to honor an Open Records Request to show the documents for the chain of custody for the absentee ballots that were submitted in drop boxes.

In Michigan, Federal Judge Linda Parker rejected an election lawsuit filed by Matt Braynard.

In Antrim County, Michigan, human actions and/or computer software gave thousands of Trump votes to Biden.
Wisconsin illegally refused to remove 234,000 names from the voting rolls even though they had moved out of the state or to a different city within the state.
All of these people had ignored a written notification that had been mailed to their old address.
Wisconsin made it very easy for all of these 234,000 names to be used for fraudulent voting, because the state allowed every single person in the state to declare themself as “indefinitely confined,” which allowed them to vote by absentee ballot, which allowed them to ignore the state’s voter ID law.
In 2019, only 72,000 voters in the state were “indefinitely confined.”
In 2020, this number more than tripled.
The state illegally kept the Green Party candidate off the ballot.
The city of Madison placed illegal drop boxes in the city’s 206 parks.
These illegal drop boxes were not supervised.
City employees “helped” voters to fill out their ballots before placing them into these illegal drop boxes.
The city of Milwaukee withheld reporting its vote totals until after it knew how many votes Biden would need to win.
Dominion took over Georgia voting machines remotely during 2020 election.
This is what Democrats mean when they say they are in favor of “ballot harvesting.”

The mainstream media continues to insist that there is “no evidence” of voter fraud in the 2020 U.S. Presidential election.

Here are many examples of voter fraud in the 2020 U.S. Presidential election that, as far as I’m aware, have not been debunked.
Russell James Ramsland, Jr. audited 22 Dominion voting machines that were used in Antrim County, Michigan.
This is his conclusion from his report on his audit:
“We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results. The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified.”
Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, and Michigan Judge Kevin Elsenheimer all tried to prevent the public from seeing Ramsland’s report on his audit.

A study of more than 3,000 U.S. counties shows that, all else being equal, counties that used Dominion voting machines gave Biden an extra 5.6% of the vote, compared to counties that did not use Dominion machines. Since all other factors were taken into account, this is almost certain proof that Democrats cheated.

Pennsylvania law says:

DeKalb County, Georgia illegally refused to honor an Open Records Request to show the documents for the chain of custody for the absentee ballots that were submitted in drop boxes.

An audit of 1,400 mail-in ballots in Nevada found that 2% were cast by voters who never actually received a ballot in the mail, and 1% were cast by voters who say they didn’t even vote.
In Michigan, Federal Judge Linda Parker rejected an election lawsuit filed by Matt Braynard.
This video shows some of the claims that Braynard would have made if Judge Parker had allowed the lawsuit to proceed.
Braynard claims that his team spoke with 926 people whose names and address had been used to cast absentee ballots.
He claims that 12.6% of those people said they never requested an absentee ballot.

In Antrim County, Michigan, human actions and/or computer software gave thousands of Trump votes to Biden.
Wisconsin illegally refused to remove 234,000 names from the voting rolls even though they had moved out of the state or to a different city within the state.
All of these people had ignored a written notification that had been mailed to their old address.
Wisconsin made it very easy for all of these 234,000 names to be used for fraudulent voting, because the state allowed every single person in the state to declare themself as “indefinitely confined,” which allowed them to vote by absentee ballot, which allowed them to ignore the state’s voter ID law.

Pennsylvania election data shows that over 432,000 votes were removed from President Donald Trump during the November election, data scientists say.
According to an analysis by the Data Integrity Group, obtained exclusively by The Epoch Times, votes for Trump – from both Election Day and mail-in ballots – were removed from the totals in at least 15 counties.
Time-series election data shows Trump’s votes decrementing in various counties at numerous time points instead of increasing as would be expected under normal circumstances.
The group said that Election Day vote removals happened during the vote tabulation process in at least 15 counties, including Lehigh County, Chester County, Allegheny County, Armstrong County, Westmoreland County, Northhampton County, Delaware County, Montgomery County, Lackawanna County, Dauphin County, Pike County, Carbon County, Washington County, Erie County, and Luzerne County.
Meanwhile, absentee vote removals happened in Allegheny County, Chester County, and Lehigh County.
At least 432,116 votes – 213,707 election day votes and 218,409 absentee votes – were removed in total.
“There were vote movements across all candidates. However, we did not see the same type of negative decrements to any of the [other] candidates that we saw with President Trump’s tallies, and they happened repeatedly with no explanation,” Lynda McLaughlin, a member of the group, told The Epoch Times.
The Pennsylvania Secretary of State’s office didn’t respond to a request for comment from The Epoch Times.
The Data Integrity Group is a group of scientists, engineers, and machine learning experts who have been working together to check whether or not there was manipulation of data in the 2020 general election.
The group’s lineup of data scientists includes Justin Mealey and Dave Lobue.
Mealey is a nine-year veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he worked as an electronic warfare technician, cryptologic technician, and Arabic linguist. He worked at the NSA as a mission manager for Levant/North Africa and later worked as a CIA contractor at the National Counter-Terrorism Center.
Lobue has 12 years of experience in data science and machine learning across financial services, telecommunications, and research consulting industries. He currently specializes in artificial intelligence applications.
Data scientists from the group have analyzed the election data for several states including Arizona and Georgia.
In their analysis of Georgia’s election data, the group said it found that more than 30,000 votes had been removed from Trump’s tally, and another 12,173 votes were switched to Biden.
The group didn’t name any state official, county official, or related voting machine manufacturers for wrongdoing.
However, the group urged the state to authorize forensic audits to uphold election integrity and said it is irresponsible to certify the results before the alleged errors and anomalies are explained.
“The bottom line is the errors were made. Data confirms these errors and it shouldn’t matter if they were machine or human, they’re still errors and deserve a second review and thorough analysis with forensic audits to find the answers,” the group said.
Pennsylvania’s electors cast their votes for Biden and Kamala Harris as president-elect and vice president-elect on Dec. 14, 2020.
State-certified results show Biden won the Keystone State by 80,555 votes.
Edison Admits One Error in Vote Switching
During the vote tabulation process, the results, which are commonly known as tabulated results, are sent to the secretary of state’s office. The data is then also shared with the media via Edison Research.
Errors could be made in several steps in the election result reporting process.
Though it’s unclear what caused the errors that were flagged by the Data Integrity Group, Edison Research did admit a reporting error that happened separately.
In a widely-circulated video clip of CNN’s live election night broadcast, 19,958 votes were seen being switched from Trump to Biden in 30 seconds.
Rob Farman, executive vice president at Edison, admitted that the “switching” stemmed from a brief reporting error from Edison Research.
He told The Associated Press that a state feed from Armstrong, Pennsylvania, first showed the correct values of 24,233 votes for Trump and 4,275 for Biden, but a team member had mistakenly entered them backward – 4,275 for Trump and 24,233 for Biden. Farman said the company’s quality control team discovered the error and corrected it that night.

The voter turnout rate data also indicates that there are significant excess votes in Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin as well. While the problems shown here are large, there are two reasons to believe that they are underestimates: 1) the estimates using precinct level data assume that there is no fraud occurring with in-person voting and 2) the voter turnout estimates do not account for ballots for the opposing candidate that are lost, destroyed, or replaced with ballots filled out for the other candidate.”

In several states, vote counting was paused late at night. Later, when counting resumed, there were giant vote spikes with impossibly high percentages for Biden. These things only happened in the states where Democrats needed to flip the state from Trump to Biden. They did not happen in other states.

In the states where no cheating is suspected, Biden’s percentage of the mail in vote remains consistent among different batches within the same state. If one batch of mail in votes in one state went 70% for Biden, then all the other batches of mail in votes in that same state also went 70% for Biden.
But not in the critical swing states.
In the critical swing states, after they stopped counting votes in the middle of the night, and then resumed counting later on, the percentage of mail in votes for Biden was way, way higher than it was in earlier batches within that same state.

METHODS
Before diving in to the specific data, I wanted to provide samples of the graphs I have put together to show examples of states with clear victories for each of the candidates. These graphs make it easier to notice anomalies in other states.
Let’s start with Minnesota.
Votes after election day should be randomly sampled votes received by mail and the percentage of votes for a specific candidate should stay roughly constant. Here you can see Biden received roughly 54% of all votes after election day.
TRUMP WIN
Here is Florida.
Here there is a gradual slant where Biden goes from receiving around 50% of the votes to receiving around 48%, but there is no gap in reporting and it stays consistent until the counting is complete.
SWING STATES IN QUESTION
For this analysis I am going to be focusing specifically on four states: Wisconsin, Georgia, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. All four of these states have some things in common.
WISCONSIN
I have highlighted one of the Bubbles orange and added an orange arrow to illustrate how abnormal this batch is. This batch contained nearly 170,000 votes and 85% of them went to Biden, but Biden’s largest margins were 75.5% in Dane county and 70% in Milwaukee.
WISCONSIN
When you chart the percentage of votes counted as the x axis you can get an idea of how many votes were already counted at this point. The answer is 96.6%. Why did counting stop around 97% and then two hours later this massive influx of new Biden votes came in?
MICHIGAN
Similar to Wisconsin, vote counting stopped during the night, and then a huge batch of votes came in. 96% of the votes went to Biden and he netted around 141,000 votes. A 96% batch of votes seems improbable because Biden’s top county in Michigan was won by 72%.
MICHIGAN
From this point on, the percentage of votes coming in for Biden shifted too (see the orange arrow). Also, like Wisconsin, this batch came in after most of the votes had already been counted (85% in this case).
GEORGIA
Similarly in Georgia, a huge batch came in in the middle of the night mostly for Biden (the vertical blue spike around 1AM corresponding to the orange bubble). Another oddity, after election night every batch of votes favored Biden (no bubbles bottom of chart).
GEORGIA
At 1 AM on election night, 93% of the votes were already counted, and then the big Biden spike of votes came in. Over the next 2 days, the percentage of votes in each batch skewed more and more towards Biden for the final 5% of votes.
PENNSYLVANIA
Pennsylvania also had a stop in counting along with a big batch of votes going to Biden in the middle of the night and then a gradual shift of the returned votes towards Biden until 3 days later when he was declared the winner.
PENNSYLVANIA
It is certainly interesting that as soon as Pennsylvania stopped counting (at around 78% of the votes), the remaining votes shifted progressively in Biden’s favor similar to Georgia. From 45% to 50.5%. I am not sure how this can be explained naturally.
ALL FOUR STATES
Stopped counting votes on the night of the election
Had vote surges for Biden in the middle of the night
Had shifts in the percentage of votes being counted towards Biden after the election and after 90% or more of the votes had already been counted
MAIL-IN BALLOTS
If the mail-in ballots counted post-election were mostly for Biden he would have received over 50% of counted votes in these batches, but that was not the case until *after* the counting was stopped. This is suspicious to me.
CONCLUSION
The odds of all four states exhibiting similar strange behaviors and shifts in how many votes were counted for Biden over time seem improbable if this was not somehow coordinated.

A group of state legislators and voters asked the Supreme Court on Thursday for permission to join Texas’s lawsuit challenging 2020 election results in four states.
Among the members listed in the request are those who had previously filed lawsuits seeking to de-certify election results either in state or federal courts. These include several voters and Pennsylvania state legislators Daryl D. Metcalfe, Chris E. Dush, and Thomas R. Sankey III, whose lawsuit was dismissed by a state judge.
Meanwhile, a group of Michigan state legislators have also signed on to the brief asking to intervene in the case.
President Donald Trump and his allies have pinned great expectations on the Texas lawsuit, with the president characterizing the case as “the big one.” The court has not indicated whether it would take up the case, even though the justices have original jurisdiction over the dispute. This means that the court has the power to hear the case for the first time as opposed to reviewing a lower court’s decision.
“The Supreme Court has a chance to save our Country from the greatest Election abuse in the history of the United States,” Trump wrote in a Twitter statement on Thursday.
The legislators and voters are not the only people attempting to join the case. Trump and six states with Republican attorney generals—Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Utah—have also asked the top court to allow them to join Texas in the case.
The state of Texas had asked the Supreme Court on Dec. 7 for permission to sue Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin in an attempt to protect the integrity of the 2020 election
The Lone Star State has accused the four states of changing election rules in violation of the U.S. Constitution’s Electors Clause, unequal treatment of voters, and causing voting irregularities by relaxing ballot-integrity protections under state law, opening up potential for voting fraud.
“Taken together, these flaws affect an outcome-determinative numbers of popular votes in a group of States that cast outcome-determinative numbers of electoral votes,” Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton argued in his brief.
All four defendant states have filed their response to Texas’s request, opposing the allegations.
Thirty-nine states have revealed which side they stand on in this election saga, with 18 Republican attorney generals filing briefs backing Texas and 20 Democratic attorneys general supporting the defendant states.
Republican Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost backed neither party but asked the court to review the fundamental question presented in Texas’s request.
So far, five other states with Republican attorney generals—Idaho, Alaska, Wyoming, New Hampshire, and Kentucky—have not taken action in the dispute. But Alaskan Gov. Mike Dunleavy told The Epoch Times in a statement that his attorney general was unable to review the motion in time to take action on the case.
Texas is hoping to obtain a declaration from the Supreme Court that the four states conducted their 2020 election in violation of the Constitution. It is also asking the court to prohibit the count of the Electoral College votes cast by the four states. For the defendant states that have already appointed electors, the suit is asking the justices to order state legislatures to appoint new electors according to the U.S. Constitution.
The proposed intervenors in the case are: Michigan state legislators Gary Eisen, John Reilly, Julie Alexander, Matt Maddock, Daire Rendon, Beth Griffin, Douglas Wozniak, Michele Hoitenga, Brad Paquette, Rodney Wakeman, Greg Markkanen, Jack O’Malley, Joe Bellino, Luke Meerman and Brianna Kahle; Pennsylvania state legislators Daryl D. Pennsylvania’s House speaker and majority leader on Thursday filed an amici curiae brief with the Supreme Court against the state of Pennsylvania and in favor of Texas’s lawsuit against the commonwealth and three other states.
A brief filed by Pennsylvania House Speaker Bryan Cutler and Majority Leader Kerry Benninghoff, both Republicans, requests that the Supreme Court “carefully consider the procedural issues and questions raised by the Plaintiff concerning the administration of the 2020 General Election in Pennsylvania.”
“The unimpeachability of our elections requires clear procedures of administration so that everyone gets a fair shake. Unfortunately, outside actors have so markedly twisted and gerrymandered the Commonwealth’s Election Code to the point that amici find it unrecognizable from the laws that they enacted,” they wrote, adding that the state of Texas “raised important questions about how this procedural malfeasance affected the 2020 General Election.”
In the lawsuit, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton alleged that Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin introduced changes to election laws, deeming them unconstitutional. The suit also contends that by doing so, those states treated voters unequally and created significant voting irregularities by rescinding certain ballot-integrity measures.
Filed on Monday night, the lawsuit is requesting the Supreme Court to declare the four states carried out their respective elections in violation of the U.S. Constitution.
“The states violated statutes enacted by their duly elected legislatures, thereby violating the Constitution. By ignoring both state and federal law, these states have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens’ vote, but of Texas and every other state that held lawful elections,” Paxton said in a statement announcing the legal petition.
Cutler and Benninghoff, in support of Paxton’s lawsuit, further stipulated that “under the pretextual guise of COVID-19, special interests began attempting to use Pennsylvania courts” to carry out “election procedures of their own choosing,” citing mail-in ballot extensions implemented by Kathy Boockvar, the Pennsylvania secretary of state.
Also on Thursday, Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro filed a brief with the court, arguing that Paxton’s assertions are frivolous and an attempt to “disenfranchise voters” in the commonwealth.
“Its request for this Court to exercise its original jurisdiction and then anoint Texas’s preferred candidate for President is legally indefensible and is an [affront] to principles of constitutional democracy,” Shapiro’s brief read. He further argued that Texas hasn’t suffered harm “simply because it dislikes the result of the election, and nothing in the text, history, or structure of the Constitution supports Texas’s view that it can dictate the manner in which four other states run their elections.”

Texas claims that the presidential elections as held (and as directed by government officials outside the legislature) in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Michigan all flagrantly violated their own election laws by materially weakening or doing away with security measures. Further, according to the U.S. Constitution, the legislature (representing the citizens) of each state has absolute authority and responsibility for how presidential electors are chosen; the will of legislature being expressed through state law.
Texas claims that the violations of election law in these states created an environment where ballot fraud was enabled and likely to occur. The lawsuit lists the violations of law in each of the defendant states and provides evidence of fraud (the number of ballots handled unconstitutionally) in each of the states sufficient to change the outcome of the ballot counts.
Pennsylvania
Facts:
Vote Tally: 3,445,548 for Biden and 3,363,951 for Trump – margin 81,597.
Requests for mail-in ballots 70% Democrats and 25% Republicans.
Mail-in ballots increased from 266,208 in 2016 to over 3,000,000 in 2020.
Violations of Election Law:
The Secretary of State unilaterally abrogated signature verification requirements for mail-in ballots.
PA supreme court changed existing deadline for receiving mail-in ballots from 8:00 PM on the day of election to 3 days after the election and adopted a presumption that non-postmarked ballots be considered as valid.
Election officials in Philadelphia and Allegheny Counties did not follow state law permitting poll-watchers to be present for the opening, counting, and recording of mail-in ballots.
The Secretary of State directed election officials to remove ballots before 7:00 AM on the day of election in order to “cure” defective mail-in ballots. This was done only in Democrat majority counties.
Election officials did not segregate ballots received after 8:00 PM on election day breaking the promise made to the U.S. Supreme Court thus making it impossible to identify or remove those ballots.
Evidence of Fraud:
Ballots with no mailed date: 9,005 (no evidence they were sent to a voter)
Ballots returned on or before the mailed date: 58,221
Ballots returned one day after the mailed date: 51,200 (Perhaps not impossible, but highly unlikely for the average voter to receive a ballot, fill it out, place it in the mail and have it returned the next day.)
On Nov 2, the day before the election, PA reports that 2.7 million ballots had been sent out. On Nov 4 that number had increased to 3.1 million — an increase of 400,000 mail-in ballots at election time with literally no reasonable chance of them being used by legitimate voters.
Georgia
Facts:
Vote Tally: 2,472,098 for Biden and 2,458,121 for Trump – margin 12,670.
Mail-in ballots: 65.32% for Biden and 34.68% for Trump.
Mail-in ballots increased from 213,033 in 2016 to 1,305,659 in 2020.
Violations of Election Law:
The Secretary of State unilaterally abrogated signature verification requirements for mail-in ballots.
The Secretary of State authorized opening and processing mail-in ballots up to three weeks before election day when the law prohibits that until after the polls open on election day.
The Secretary of State materially weakened the security requirements for ballot rejection based on signature verification or other missing information.
Evidence of Fraud:
Mail-in ballot rejection rate for missing or inaccurate information or for non-matching signatures decreased from 6.42% in 2016 to .36% in 2020. Rejecting 2020 ballots at the same rate as 2016 would have resulted in a net gain of 25,587 votes for Trump – twice the number needed to overcome Biden’s count. With a six-fold increase in the number of mail-in ballots, reason would indicate that the rejection rate would increase, or at least stay the same, with so many first-time mail-in ballots.
Michigan
Facts:
Vote Tally: 2,796,702 for Biden and 2,650,695 for Trump – margin 146,007.
In 2016 587,618 voters requested mail-in ballots. In 2020 3.2 million votes were cast by mail-in ballot.
Democrats voted by mail at a rate approximately two times that of Republican voters.
Violations of Election Law:
The Secretary of State unilaterally abrogated signature verification requirements for mail-in ballots.
The Secretary of State sent out unsolicited ballots to all 7.7 million registered voters contrary to election law which requires a voter to request a mail-in ballot through a process that includes a signature to be matched with the voter registration.
The Secretary of State also allowed absentee ballots to be requested online without signature verification.
Local election officials in Wayne County — containing 322,925 more ballots for Biden than for Trump — opened and processed mail-in ballots without poll-watchers present.
Local election officials in Wayne County also ignored the strict election law requirements of placing a written statement or stamp on each ballot envelope indicating that the voter signature was in fact checked and verified with the signature on file with the state.
Evidence of Fraud:
174,384 mail-in ballots in Wayne County had no valid registration number, indicating they likely resulted from election workers running the same ballots through the tabulator multiple times.
71% of Wayne County Absent Voter Counting Boards were unbalanced, where the number of people who checked in did not match the number of ballots cast.
Wisconsin
Facts:
Vote Tally: 1,630,716 for Biden and 1,610,151 for Trump – margin 20,565.
Mail-in ballots increased from 146,932 in 2016 to 1,275,019 in 2020.
Violations of Election Law:
The Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) positioned hundreds of unmanned illegal drop boxes to collect absentee ballots. (The use of any drop box, manned or unmanned, is directly prohibited by Wisconsin statute. Any alternate mail-in ballot site “shall be staffed by the municipal clerk or the executive director of the board of election commissioners…” “Ballots cast in contravention of the procedures specified in those provisions may not be included in the certified result of any election.”)
The WEC encouraged voters to unlawfully declare themselves “indefinitely confined” in order to avoid security measures like signature verification and photo ID requirements. Nearly 216,000 voters said they were indefinitely confined in the 2020 election, nearly four times as many as in 2016.
Strict laws requiring mail-in voters to certify by signature including the signature of an adult witness were ignored or circumvented by election officials.
Evidence of Fraud:
One hundred thousand ballots were supposedly missing and directed to be “found” after election day.
Conclusion
Significant violations of election law that were put into place to protect against election fraud is sufficient to invalidate the results of the elections, apart from whatever evidence is able to be gathered in a short time to show actual numbers of fraudulent ballots. Reason would indicate that there is a high number of fraudulent ballots that are impossible to identify, which is why the election laws pertaining to mail-in ballots were established to begin with.
There is no remedy to correct the Nov 3rd election because ballots that did not adhere to election law cannot be identified as separate from those that did. An accurate count of legal ballots that were cast cannot be made. Therefore, as directed in the Constitution, it falls to the legislature of each state to choose electors as has been done in the past. Failing that, each state may determine not to submit any presidential electors.
The Texas lawsuit claims the odds of Biden overcoming Trump’s lead and winning any of the states after the point indicated was one in a quadrillion. And therefore, the odds of winning all four was one in a quadrillion to the fourth power. The lawsuit did not provide information on how that number was determined. This may seem an exaggerated to some. It is enough to state that the odds of winning any one of the states was highly unlikely and the odds of winning all four were extremely unlikely. For example, if the odds of winning any one of the states was numerically much less extreme but still highly unlikely, say something like one in twenty, then the odds of doing that in all four states would be 1 in 160,000. Twenty beans in a jar: 19 white and 1 black. Reach in without looking and be lucky enough to pull out the one black bean. Chances of doing that again is 1 in 400. Clearly indicative of cheating if someone claims to have done that four times in a row. As I said the statistical analysis behind the claim of odds of 1 in a 1,000,000,000,000 are not given so I cannot speak to that. But even if the odds were orders of magnitude better than that, they were still astronomically small. At any rate, the merits of the lawsuit do not depend on any certain level of odds of Biden overcoming a lead that had been established by 3:00 A.M. the day after election.

Despite this obvious violation of the U.S. Constitution, the U.S. Supreme Court has rejected an election lawsuit from Pennsylvania.

Over 51,000 ballots are marked as returned just a day after they were sent out—an extraordinary speed given USPS delivery times. Nearly 35,000 were returned on the same day they were mailed out. Another more than 23,000 have an impossible return date—earlier than the sent date. More than 9,000 have no sent date.
Pennsylvania’s voter records are being scrutinized as President Donald Trump challenged the results of the presidential election in this and other states where his opponent, former Vice President Joe Biden, holds a tight lead. The Trump campaign is alleging invalid ballots have been counted for Democrats and valid ballots were thrown away for Republicans.
The analysis of the publicly available data was conducted by a data researcher, who wishes to remain anonymous, who submitted it first to the Chinese-language edition of The Epoch Times. He said he consulted the matter with several USPS field engineers, who said the return dates shown in the database are “impossible.”
The dataset made public by Pennsylvania’s Secretary of State was last updated on Nov. 10, 2020, and “describes a current state of mail ballot requests for the 2020 General Election.” The data includes the mail and return dates.
In Pennsylvania, voters have to request a ballot, which is then sent to them through USPS. The voter then fills out the ballot and sends it back via mail or brings it back in person. The process usually takes several days or even weeks, depending on the speed of delivery and response by the voter.
This year, Pennsylvania also allowed voters to “request, receive, mark and cast your mail-in or absentee ballot all in one visit to your county election office or other designated location.” That may explain the ballots with no sent date—they may have been received and cast in person. It could also explain the ballots with the same sent and returned date, but that appears to clash with the description of the database, which says the sent date is “the date the county confirmed the application to queue a ballot label to mail the ballot materials to the voter.”
If the ballot was received by the voter in person, there would had been no need for a mailing label.

“Since October 1, the average time of delivery for First-Class Mail, including ballots, was 2.5 days,” USPS said in an Oct. 29 release.
Impossible and improbable return dates indicate there’s something wrong with either the database or the ballots.
The office of Pennsylvania’s Secretary of State didn’t respond to requests for comment.
In addition to the ballots described above, there were more than 43,000 ballots returned two days after being sent out, which is still remarkably quick, but still possible if the voter quickly delivered the ballot to an election office or a ballot drop box in person. The flagged ballots comprise close to 4 percent of all those issued by the state.
According to the data analyzed by the researcher, at least 31 people who appear to be older than the oldest known person in the state returned ballots. They were all born between the years 1900 and 1907, based on the state’s data. The oldest known person in the state is 113-year-old Ardith Grose.
About 20 of the voters shared the birth date of Jan. 1, 1900. The date corresponds to an allegation in another state, Michigan, where a poll watcher said he saw poll operators adding people to the poll book just as they were counting their mail-in ballots, raising the concern that these voters weren’t properly registered and thus eligible to vote. The operators input the names with fabricated birth dates, such as Jan. 1, 1900, according to a sworn affidavit by the poll watcher.
Another analysis of the Pennsylvania data showed that the extremely old voters were mostly registered Democrats.

A federal judge in Pittsburgh on Monday ruled that orders issued by Gov. Tom Wolf restricting the size of gatherings and closing nonessential businesses to protect against the spread of covid-19 were unconstitutional.
In a statement, Wolf said his office will seek an immediate stay to halt the order and file an appeal.
U.S. District Judge William S. Stickman IV wrote in his 66-page opinion that, even though the actions taken in the spring by Wolf and Health Secretary Rachel Levine were laudable, they violated the First Amendment right to freedom of assembly, and the Due Process and Equal Protection clauses of the 14th Amendment.
“It’s a complete and total victory for the counties, the businesses and the representatives,” said attorney Thomas W. King III, who represented the plaintiffs in the case. “You can’t order the entire population of Pennsylvania to stay at home.”
President Trump, in a tweet celebrating the ruling, said: “Congratulations Pennsylvania. Now we await the decision on the Rigged Ballot Scam, which is so bad for our Country!” He went on to retweet more than 20 references to the story.
Lyndsay Kensinger, a spokeswoman for the governor, said they are disappointed in the decision.
“The actions taken by the administration were mirrored by governors across the country and saved, and continue to save, lives in the absence of federal action,” she said. “This decision is especially worrying as Pennsylvania and the rest of the country are likely to face a challenging time with the possible resurgence of covid-19 and the flu in the fall and winter.”
She noted Monday’s order does not apply to the mandatory mask order or the mandatory work-from-home order previously implemented and still in effect.
The plaintiffs in the case included seven businesses and their owners, U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly, R-Butler, state Reps. Daryl Metcalfe, Marci Mustello and Tim Bonner, as well as Butler, Fayette, Greene and Washington counties. The businesses included three hair salons, an appliance store, a farm and two drive-in theaters.
The complaint was filed May 7, arguing that the governor’s orders — limiting the size of gatherings, the stay-at-home order and the closure of non-life-sustaining businesses — were unconstitutional.
After reviewing the record, Stickman said he “believes that defendants undertook their actions in a well-intentioned effort to protect Pennsylvanians from the virus. However, good intentions toward a laudable end are not alone enough to uphold governmental action against a constitutional challenge.”
Stickman, who was appointed to the bench in 2019, said “even a vigilant public may let down its guard over its constitutional liberties only to find that liberties, once relinquished, are hard to recoup and that restrictions — while expedient in the face of an emergency situation — may persist long after immediate danger has passed.”
King said the judge’s decision finding gathering limits to be unconstitutional now applies to everyone in Pennsylvania.
He said the finding that the stay-at-home order was unconstitutional means it can never be repeated.
As for the closure of nonessential businesses, King believes that will open the door to business owners filing lawsuits against the state seeking relief, or compensation, for their losses during the closure.
“Our goal in bringing this action was that our county commissioners in Butler believed these orders were unconstitutional and unconstitutionally affected residents of their county.”
Thus far, in Pennsylvania, 7,869 people have died from the virus, with 145,063 testing positive. Nationally, there have been nearly 200,000 deaths.
Bruce Antkowiak, a former federal prosecutor who now teaches law at Saint Vincent College, said Stickman’s opinion is not precedent-setting for the other federal courts, but does carry persuasive value and likely will be cited in other jurisdictions where these issues are being argued.
“You could argue to another federal judge this federal judge’s decision is sound and reasonable,” said Antkowiak, who had Stickman as a student at Duquesne University Law School. “It is not a nationwide prohibition.” Stickman graduated from law school in 2005.
Antkowiak called it an unusual decision for a federal judge to make, given that the issue revolves around state regulatory authority.
In testimony for the case, King said, there was no medical evidence presented relative to the spread of covid-19, and Levine did not testify and instead sent a representative to do so.
King said he posed the question — once the stay-at-home order was lifted in early June — what establishments in Allegheny County were responsible for the increased spread of the virus, and no one could answer.
“You can’t just shut down American society,” King said.
In his opinion, Stickman agreed.
“There is no question that this country has faced, and will face, emergencies of every sort,” Stickman wrote. “But the solution to a national crisis can never be permitted to supersede the commitment to individual liberty that stands as the foundation of the American experiment.”
Stickman wrote that the Constitution “sets certain lines that may not be crossed, even in an emergency.”
“The fact is that the lockdowns imposed across the United States in early 2020 in response to the covid-19 pandemic are unprecedented in the history of our commonwealth and our country,” Stickman wrote. “They have never been used in response to any other disease in our history. They were not recommendations made by the CDC.”
Stickman wrote that the defendants never had a set definition for what constituted a “life-sustaining” business, and instead the definition remained in flux.
Stickman wrote that there also was no precedent for the closure of nonessential businesses.
“Never before has the government taken a direct action which shuttered so many businesses and sidelined so many employees and rendered their ability to operate, and to work, solely dependent on government discretion,” he said.
Stickman wrote that the right of citizens to support themselves in their chosen occupation “is deeply rooted in our nation’s legal and cultural history.”
“A total shutdown of a business with no end-date and the specter of additional, future shutdowns can cause critical damage to a business’s ability to survive, to an employee’s ability to support him/herself, and adds a government-induced cloud of uncertainty to the usual unpredictability of nature and life.”
In federal court in Philadelphia, a group of business owners filed a similar lawsuit against the state, also in May.
On Aug. 31, U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick allowed a claim on equal protection — why some businesses were permitted to remain open while others were not — to continue. But he also ruled that the plaintiffs’ due process claim could not stand.
In a 10-page opinion, Surrick wrote that the right to operate a business is not actionable in a substantive due process claim.
“The business closure orders imposed temporary restraints on businesses. They did not deprive any individuals of their right to pursue a particular line of work,” Surrick wrote. “Moreover, even if there were a deprivation of one’s right to work, any deprivation was temporary, and the case law strongly suggests that substantive due process only extends to situations in which there is some degree of permanence to the loss of liberty or property.”
The complaint in that case did not include a First Amendment claim relative to mass gatherings.
Dr. Amesh Adalja, a senior scholar at the Johns Hopkins University Center for Health Security who practices in Pittsburgh, said, traditionally, public health interventions are supposed to be the least restrictive and most targeted as possible, based on evidence.
“Some of the blanket orders issued early on were not necessarily targeted,” he said. “They have to be really limited in scope and tied to data that is understandable by everybody.”
The state should have defined the time frame that restrictions would be put in place, explained the metrics that would be used to reevaluate and explained what would trigger reevaluation, Adalja said.
For example, he said, if the shutdown order was temporary so the state could scale up testing and the hiring of contact tracers, while fortifying local health departments and ensuring hospitals were well-prepared, that would have been one thing.
“In Pennsylvania, none of that really happened,” he said. “It was difficult for us to understand what was driving certain restrictions.”
Adalja cited New York state as an example of using data to drive decisions. There, metrics such as ICU capacity and the number of contact tracers in place were used to decide when things would reopen.
It wasn’t a mystery, he said.
Now, with the court’s decision declaring Wolf’s orders to be unconstitutional, Adalja said, even restrictions that were justified in the beginning — like those prohibiting mass gatherings — could be swept up.
“A mass gathering can easily overwhelm contact tracing at the county or state level,” Adalja said.
There is data that shows how the virus can spread in those settings.
“I am worried if you have mass gatherings — and people pack Heinz Field — you will get chains of transmission,” he said. “Mass gatherings are one thing that can spiral things out of control.”
Although Monday’s orders apply to state-level action, Adalja said municipalities and counties still have the ability to intervene for public health reasons — which means they can implement their own restrictions on crowd sizes for gatherings.
Adalja said, in the future, county health departments can no longer be ignored — that they must be fortified with infectious disease doctors, contract tracers, infrastructure and funding.
“Stay-at-home orders were because of a failure to address those things,” he said. “We need to really think about this as we move forward for this pandemic and the next pandemic.”

I’m 49 years old. I’ve lived in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, my entire life. I’ve been getting my teeth cleaned at the same dental practice ever since I was a little kid in the 1970s.
My 6 month teeth cleaning had been scheduled for tomorrow.
But they just called to tell me that it has been canceled, because they are “not allowed” to do teeth cleaning at this point in time.
There are really only four people who should have any role in the decision making for this: my dentist, the dental hygienist who cleans my teeth, the receptionist who answers the phone and schedules appointments, and myself.
I don’t even have or want dental insurance. I pay out of my own pocket, and I prefer it that way, because I don’t want an insurance company telling me what I can or can’t do wit my teeth, or deciding which dental practice I can or can’t go to.
This is the United States of America.
This is supposed to be a free country.
The government is not supposed to be deciding when I can or can’t get my teeth cleaned.
It’s my body and my teeth, and getting my teeth cleaned should be my own choice.
I’m a libertarian. I think abortion should be legal. (I know that a lot of my Republican readers will disagree with me on this issue, and that’s fine.)
Although I do think abortion should be legal, I am very, very glad that my own mother did not abort me.
Furthermore, I do not see how a healthy woman aborting a healthy baby constitutes “health care.”
Also, I think it’s extremely hypocritical that when Governor Wolf banned elective medical procedures, he gave an exemption to abortion.
Democrats who always say, “My body, my choice,” only make that claim when it comes to abortion.
Democrats think the rest of a person’s body should be controlled by the government.
These hypocrite Democrats won’t let me get my teeth cleaned.
But they will let me buy lottery tickets (which I never do, because I understand math).
And they will also let me buy cigarettes (which I also never do, because I think it’s gross and disgusting, and also because I don’t want to get lung cancer).
So these hypocrite Democrats will let me get my teeth all dirty and messed up with cigarettes, but they will not let me to go the dentist to have all that dirt and grime and filth removed from my teeth. What kind of logic is this?
Governor Wolf’s original lockdown order was for two weeks.
The alleged purpose of the lockdown was to flatten the curve, so that the hospitals would not be overwhelmed.
The curve has been flattened.
The hospitals have not been overwhelmed.
As of May 6, 2020, only 7% of Pennsylvania’s hospital beds were being used to treat COVID-19 patients.
However, Governor Wolf continues with the lockdown anyway.
This proves that the lockdown is a scam.
This lockdown has exposed who the true fascists are.
Members of Antifa are perfectly willing to prevent innocent, peaceful, law abiding conservatives from speaking on college campuses.
But when the real fascists (such as Governor Wolf, and Michigan governor Gretchen Whitmer) come along, the Antifa protesters are nowhere to be found, heard, or seen.

Pennsylvania Health Secretary Rachel Levine’s mother moved out of a personal care home with the health secretary’s help, after Levine ordered all nursing homes and long-term facilities in the state to accept coronavirus patients from hospitals.
Levine admitted Tuesday to moving the 95-year-old Pennsylvania resident out of her personal care home, which is similar to an assisted living facility although technically distinct.
“My mother requested, and my sister and I as her children complied to move her to another location during the COVID-19 outbreak,” Levine said. The health secretary’s admission came after local station ABC27 found out about the move.
“My mother is 95 years old. She is very intelligent and more than competent to make her own decisions,” said Levine, who in 2015 became the first transgender cabinet member in Pennsylvania’s state government.
Levine had previously cited the mother’s situation at a long-term care facility while talking about state regulations of those types of facilities.
“We are seeing community spread of this virus in most areas of Pennsylvania. And we need to make sure that our loved ones in nursing homes stay safe. And that is why actually I am not able to visit my mother, either,” Levine said on March 29.
That was 11 days after the health secretary ordered nursing homes and other long-term facilities to continue admitting new patients and re-admitting current patients from the hospital, despite concerns about the elderly population’s vulnerability to the virus.
“This may include stable patients who have had the COVID-19 virus,” the department acknowledged while explaining the order.
Levine is facing calls to resign over the department’s handling of the coronavirus outbreak.
“Our secretary of health, Dr. Levine, decided that it would be good to allow COVID-positive patients to be returned to elder-care facilities. And as a result of that, it broke out like fire,” Republican state Sen. Doug Mastriano said Monday at a rally calling for Levine’s resignation.
The state is facing a class-action lawsuit, filed April 28, that claims the department of health ceased inspecting long-term care facilities now plagued by the virus.
Democratic New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has also faced scrutiny over his state’s handling of vulnerable nursing homes during the pandemic.
Cuomo on Sunday reversed a March 25 order requiring nursing homes to accept coronavirus patients. Under the new order, nursing homes and other long-term care facilities are allowed to wait for patients to test negative for the virus before admitting them.
The governor acknowledged that nursing homes have become “ground zero” for the virus.
As of May 6, 2020, only 7% of Pennsylvania’s hospital beds were being used to treat COVID-19 patients. However, the state continues with its lockdown anyway. This proves that the lockdown is a scam.

Planned Parenthood clinics in Pennsylvania have eliminated all services except for abortion in the wake of a statewide ban on elective surgeries meant to preserve scarce medical resources amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Democratic governor Tom Wolf issued a directive ordering the shut down of all businesses “that are not life sustaining” on March 20, and a guidance from the state government prohibits elective procedures performed by health care services and hospitals. Despite these directives, Planned Parenthood Keystone, which serves central and eastern Pennsylvania, announced it would remain open “for abortion services only” while shutting down its other operations.
Hospitals are facing shortages of medical supplies necessary to deal with the pandemic as the number of coronavirus patients drastically increases across the state and country. The abortion clinics also requested donations of personal protective equipment, including “hand sanitizer, home-sewn masks, shoe covers, and surgical hats,” so they could continue to perform abortions.
The order, issued on March 20, came after the state’s health secretary urged doctors and patients to consider postponing noncritical surgeries. The state’s largest abortion provider has ignored the directive and continued to proceed with abortions, even as it stopped providing routine exams and other services. Planned Parenthood did not respond to a request for comment.
“The paradox is just striking, here we’re making an exception for life-sustaining procedures and yet an exception to that is this one medical procedure that’s life-ending,” Tom Brejcha, president and chief legal counsel for the Thomas More Society, told the Washington Free Beacon.
Pennsylvania had 31,260 abortions in 2017, according to the Guttmacher Institute, a pro-abortion think tank. More than 19,000 of those procedures likely required in-clinic services, as medication abortions accounted for 39 percent of all abortions in the United States in 2017, the most recent numbers made available by the institute.
Wolf has been an outspoken ally of abortion supporters while in office. In October 2019, he stated his intention to veto any pro-life legislation that came across his desk after Republicans in the state legislature introduced a “heartbeat bill” banning abortions after six weeks. Planned Parenthood has contributed $27,500 to Wolf’s campaign coffers since 2014, according to state campaign finance records.
Wolf’s office did not respond to a request for comment.
Pennsylvania is not the only state dealing with issues surrounding abortion providers in the midst of the pandemic. Texas included abortion clinics in a statewide order postponing surgeries and nonessential medical procedures. A federal judge blocked the order on Monday, saying it prevented women “from exercising what the Supreme Court has declared is their fundamental constitutional right to terminate a pregnancy before a fetus is viable.”
Pro-life groups ripped Wolf for failing to take action against abortion clinics when hospitals and other facilities are struggling to deal with the pandemic.
“It is unconscionable that Governor Wolf has allowed elective abortions to proceed during this crisis when all resources are needed for essential medical procedures,” said Susan B. Anthony List president Marjorie Dannenfelser in a statement.
An open letter from the Pennsylvania Family Institute called on Wolf to specifically address continued abortion procedures.
“Abortion is an elective procedure that should not be permitted at the peak of the coronavirus crisis,” the letter states. “With abortions there is always the risk that some women will have complications from the procedure that will need emergency hospital care, which will only further drain our overstretched health care system.”
Jeanne Mancini, president of the March for Life, said lawmakers should apply the ban on elective procedures across the board, rather than protecting the interests of abortion clinics.
“Killing unborn children isn’t health care and certainly doesn’t provide necessary medical help or assistance for coronavirus,” Mancini said. “At a time when medical staff and resources are spread thin, it is very disappointing to see politicians use this vulnerable moment in our country’s history to play politics and advocate for abortion.”
Several counties in Pennsylvania are under stay-at-home orders as the number of coronavirus cases in the state passed 4,000.
