Members of Georgia’s Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Elections and members of the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday held a hearing to study Georgia’s Election Laws, and their past and present impact on the current Election cycle.
The star of the show on Wednesday was inventor Jovan Pulitzer.
Pulitzer explained how he could quickly audit their results using his technique of identifying fraudulent paper ballots and said he will do it for free.
Mr. Pulitzer said he has “no regard for the smoke and mirrors of how the machines work.” – IT’S ALL ABOUT THE PAPER BALLOTS.
“I don’t care about the machine. I don’t even care about the code that was written in the machine. What I care about is that physical artifact [ballot] and that physical artifact has material differences district to district that should not be there.”
Pulitzer said it would take him two hours to look at 500,000 ballots.

President Trump’s legal team petitioned the US Supreme Court on Tuesday to consider its challenge of an earlier decision by the Wisconsin Supreme Court to dismiss its claims of irregularities in the use of absentee ballots during the 2020 presidential campaign.
Trump campaign attorney Rudy Giuliani filed the petition for a Writ of Certiorari weeks after the Wisconsin Supreme Court voted 4-3 to dismiss a Trump campaign lawsuit that sought to overturn the state’s election results. The president’s legal team asked the Supreme Court for an expedited review of the matter before Congress meets to certify the Electoral College’s vote results on Jan. 6.
“Regrettably, the Wisconsin Supreme Court, in their 4-3 decision, refused to address the merits of our claim. This ‘Cert Petition’ asks them to address our claims, which, if allowed, would change the outcome of the election in Wisconsin,” Trump campaign attorney Jim Troupis said in a statement. “Three members of the Wisconsin State Supreme Court, including the Chief Justice, agreed with many of the President’s claims in written dissents from that court’s December 14 order.”
The Wisconsin Supreme Court struck down the Trump campaign’s lawsuit on Dec. 14 just hours before President-elect Joe Biden received the state’s 10 electoral votes. Trump attorneys sought to invalidate more than 221,000 ballots in Milwaukee and Dane counties, both of which are Democratic strongholds. Biden won Wisconsin by roughly 20,600 votes.
The court determined that three of the four claims included in the Trump lawsuit were filed too late in the election process to be considered. A fourth claim was determined to be without merit.
The Trump campaign said the Wisconsin Supreme Court’s decision effectively “allowed over 50,000 illegal absentee ballots in violation of Article II of the U.S. Constitution and Wisconsin law.”
The petition notes several instances in which the Trump campaign alleges wrongdoing, including more than 28,000 votes counted from people “who failed to provide identification by abusing the state’s ‘indefinitely confined status’” and about 6,000 absentee ballots that were counted despite a purported lack of required information on their envelopes.
Trump’s legal team filed a separate petition with the Supreme Court regarding claims of fraud in the use of mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania on Dec. 20. The Supreme Court has yet to indicate whether it will hear that challenge in an expedited manner, as requested by the campaign.
The president has continued to challenge election results across several state even as the Biden team moves forward with transition proceedings. Biden is slated to be inaugurated on Jan. 20.

The Trump campaign has filed a new legal challenge in the US Supreme Court seeking to overturn election results in Wisconsin.
The move was announced by campaign lawyer Rudy Giuliani, who said the filing was aimed at the Wisconsin Supreme Court’s decision to reject their claims against more than 50,000 ballots. Joe Biden won Wisconsin by a margin of about 20,000 votes.
The Trump campaign says its petition will present claims that ballots were counted by voters without identification, incomplete absentee ballots were counted, and ballots were collected by hand at events held before the election.
It is the Trump campaign’s second filing in the Supreme Court after its challenge to the Pennsylvania election results on 20 December.
They also filed a motion for expedited consideration before the 6 January count of Electoral College votes that delivered the White House to president-elect Biden.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court tossed out the Trump campaign’s lawsuit on 14 December in a 4-3 ruling, with Justice Brian Hagedorn writing that the campaign waited too long to raise its concerns.
“Our laws allow the challenge flag to be thrown regarding various aspects of election administration,” Justice Hagedorn wrote. “The challenges raised by the Campaign in this case, however, come long after the last play or even the last game; the Campaign is challenging the rulebook adopted before the season began.”
Trump campaign adviser Boris Epshteyn said on an episode of Steve Bannon’s podcast that the filing came after a Wisconsin Supreme Court decision that was based on “technicality not the merits”, and that it would be followed by “action out of Georgia.”
“We are now taking that fight to the Supreme Court where there’s already a robust case out of Pennsylvania, and there’s a case out of Arizona,” he said. “There’s going to be action out of Georgia as well.”
While the Supreme Court took up a petition from the Trump campaign challenging election results in Pennsylvania, they set the date for the state’s response for 22 January – two days after Mr Biden is inaugurated as president.
The Supreme Court, meanwhile, threw out the legal challenge filed by Texas, and supported by the president, against election resutls in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin saying that the state did not have standing to bring the case.
In Arizona, Republicans requested an audit of 100 ballots that had been “fixed” by election workers. Democrats tried to block the audit. The audit happened. It showed that election workers had cheated by altering the votes to give Biden a net gain of 3 votes out of the 100.

PHOENIX (AP) — County election officials agreed Wednesday to expand their inspection of certain ballots in metro Phoenix that are being challenged in a Republican lawsuit that seeks to reverse Joe Biden’s victory in the state.
Arizona Republican Party Chairwoman Kelli Ward, who filed a lawsuit contesting the election results, is looking for irregularities among the nearly 28,000 ballots in Maricopa County that were duplicated by elections officials because voters’ earlier ballots were damaged or couldn’t be tabulated. She requested a broader examination of the ballots after a court-ordered inspection of 100 duplicated ballots on Tuesday found two instances in which votes cast for Trump were cancelled in the duplication process.
Before the judge could rule on Ward’s request at a court hearing, the county offered to review 2,500 additional duplicated ballots.
“We put on a great election on Nov. 3, and we are happy to have people look more closely at it,” said Tom Liddy, a lawyer representing county officials. “We have nothing to hide.”
Ward’s lawyers say the inspection of 100 ballots found that one person’s vote for Trump was ultimately recorded as a Biden vote and that another person’s vote for Trump was cancelled when the reproduced ballot contained votes for both the Republican incumbent and a write-in candidate.
Bruce Spiva, a lawyer for the 11 Biden electors in Arizona who were sued by Ward, questioned whether the error rate for duplicated ballots would be so high that it could plausibly change how the state voted in the presidential race.
Roopali Desai, an attorney representing Democratic Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, said Ward’s lawsuit is a “fishing expedition” that doesn’t make any claims of pervasive fraud or intentional misconduct.
A trial has been scheduled for Thursday in Ward’s lawsuit.
The state’s election results were certified on Monday, showing Biden won Arizona by more than 10,000 votes. The Electoral College is scheduled to meet on Dec. 14.
No evidence of voter fraud or election fraud has emerged during this election season in Arizona. U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr has said the Justice Department has uncovered no evidence of widespread voter fraud that would change the outcome of the election.
Even though Republican Gov. Doug Ducey said earlier this week that Arizona’s election was well-run as he certified the Nov. 3 results, many GOP politicians in the state have mostly been silent or slow to express confidence in the election results that gave Biden a victory in Arizona.
Ward’s lawsuit claims some suburbs on the southeastern edge of Maricopa County had an unusually high number of duplicated ballots — and that the election results in that area were “strongly inconsistent” with voter registration and historical voting data. Hobbs’ office has said there were 104 duplicated ballots cast in the area in question.
Four earlier election challenges in Maricopa County were dismissed, including one filed by the Arizona Republican Party that sought to determine whether voting machines were hacked.
A new election challenge filed Wednesday by Trump’s electors in Arizona alleges that there were more than 400,000 illegal ballots counted in the state and criticizes the voting equipment used in metro Phoenix. The lawsuit was filed by firebrand conservative attorney Sidney Powell, who was removed from Trump’s legal team.

A forensic audit of Dominion Voting Systems machines and software in Michigan showed that they were designed to create fraud and influence election results, a data firm said Monday.
“We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results,” Russell Ramsland Jr., co-founder of Allied Security Operations Group, said in a preliminary report.
“The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified,” he added.
Ramsland, a former Reagan administration official who has worked for NASA, and others from the group examined Dominion products in Antrim County earlier this month as part of an ongoing case.
The team inspected and performed forensic duplication on the county’s election management server, which was running Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5.3-002, compact flash cards used by local precincts in their Dominion ImageCast system, USB memory sticks used by Dominion Voter Assist Terminals, and USB memory sticks used for the poll book. used X-Ways Forensics and other tools including Blackbag-Blacklight Forensic Software, and Virtual Box.
13th Circuit Judge Kevin Elsenheimer approved the forensic examination in Bailey v. Antrim County, which alleges the infamous vote flip county officials reported last month may have not been the result of human error, as officials had alleged.
Elsenheimer earlier Monday agreed to let the report on the examination be published.
Ramsland noted that Antrim County officials first reported on Election Night that Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden received, out of 12,423 votes, nearly 7,800.
Two days later, they said President Donald Trump actually won the county, receiving nearly 9,800 votes out of over 17,000 cast.
But on Nov. 21, the officials again updated the figures, removing about 1,300 votes from Biden.
Ramsland said the tabulation log for the forensic examination of the server for the county showed 15,676 individual events. Of those, some 68 percent were recorded errors.
“These errors resulted in overall tabulation errors or ballots being sent to adjudication. This high error rates proves the Dominion Voting System is flawed and does not meet state or federal election laws,” he wrote.
“A staggering number of votes required adjudication. This was a 2020 issue not seen in previous election cycles still stored on the server. This is caused by intentional errors in the system. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, or audit trail. Our examination of the server logs indicates that this high error rate was incongruent with patterns from previous years. The statement attributing these issues to human error is not consistent with the forensic evaluation, which points more correctly to systemic machine and/or software errors. The systemic errors are intentionally designed to create errors in order to push a high volume of ballots to bulk adjudication,” he added later.
Ramsland was hired by William Bailey, the plaintiff in the court case.
In a separate declaration, Michigan resident Gustavo Delfino said he was involved in a 2004 election in his native Venezuela. He said he witnessed strange events and later found discrepancies involving Smartmactic computers. He said he was alarmed when he learned the technology was being used in the Nov. 3 presidential election and said the pattern of so-called glitches and voting machines being connected to the Internet mirrored what happened in his country nearly two decades ago.
The office of Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, a Democrat, Dominion, and a spokesman for Antrim County didn’t respond to requests for comment.
Erik Grill, an assistant attorney general, told the judge on Monday morning that the preliminary report was “inaccurate, incomplete, and misleading.” Haider Kazim, an attorney for the county, said it contained several errors the county believes were based on “faulty assumptions and incorrect assumptions.”

As regular readers of my blog know, the “burst pipe” that caused them to stop counting votes and send everyone home was bogus. I previously wrote about this here and here.
This new video shows that after Democrats stopped counting the votes and sent everyone home, Democrats continued counting the votes anyway. There is no water in the video.
Democrats continued counting the votes with no Republican poll watchers or news media people in the room. That’s a clear and obvious violation of Georgia’s election laws.

Several whistleblowers on Tuesday cast new uncertainty on the 2020 election process, claiming up to 288,000 ballots disappeared, another 100,000 were improperly backdated, and mail promoting President Trump was junked while mail for Joe Biden was delivered.
In the most extraordinary report, a U.S. Postal Service contractor said his trailer full of 144,000-288,000 completed mail-in ballots, which he drove between New York and Pennsylvania, disappeared after he delivered it to a Lancaster, Pennsylvania, depot.
Another claimed that ballots were backdated by postal workers, and in Traverse City, Michigan, Trump campaign mail was put in bins labeled “Undeliverable Bulk Business Mail” while the same type of mail for Joe Biden was ordered to be delivered on time.
And a third raised new issues about the integrity of Dominion voting machines.
The claims were unveiled by the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, which has mounted an independent investigation of voting and voter registration in several key battleground states. It recently made headlines by revealing that the FBI has requested the findings of its Voter Integrity Project.
The project has uncovered potential flaws and fraud in ballots and voter registration of several states that have certified the election counts in favor of Biden.
In today’s release, and in a press conference, the group said that whistleblowers found that election officials in mostly Democratic areas manipulated ballots and campaign mail, potentially influencing the outcome.
“The whistleblower accounts released today, detail the failure of election officials in blue jurisdictions to maintain ballot chain of custody, allowing for the potential infusion of fraudulent ballots. These accounts include photographs of individuals improperly accessing voting machines and a detailed eyewitness account of the breaking of sealed boxes of ballot jump drives and commingling of those jump drives with others,” said the legal outfit.
It added, “The accounts also reveal multi-state illegal efforts by USPS workers to influence the election in at least three of six swing states. Details include potentially hundreds of thousands of completed absentee ballots being transported across three state lines, and a trailer filled with ballots disappearing in Pennsylvania.”
In previewing today’s whistleblower accounts, the Amistad Project said:
Postal subcontractor Jesse Morgan on Oct. 21 moved 144,000-288,000 completed mail-in ballots from Bethpage, New York, to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where his trailer holding the ballots disappears.
Postal subcontractor Nathan Pease is told by two separate postal workers on two separate occasions that the USPS in Wisconsin was gathering over 100,000 ballots on the morning of Nov. 4 to backdate the ballots so that the ballots would be counted even if they arrived after the statutory deadline.
Computer expert Gregory Stenstrom of Pennsylvania witnessed a vendor of Dominion machines and local election officials download and update counting machines in violation of election system protocol and the comingling of machine jump drives in violation of election protocols and rendering audits impossible without direct forensic access to the machines.
Postal workers in Traverse City, Michigan; Coraopolis, Pennsylvania; Erie, Pennsylvania; and Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, indicate widespread malfeasance in the Postal Service including backdating ballots, ordering that Trump mail be interdicted to be placed in the ‘Undeliverable Bulk Business Mail’ bin, and emphasizing that Biden mail be delivered on time.
I suggest that the Walter Wallace Jr. protestors in Philadelphia become police officers, and show us the proper way to respond to a dangerous serial criminal who is running at them while waving a knife

Protestors in Philadelphia assaulted a bunch of police officers because they are mad that a police officer shot and killed Walter Wallace Jr., a violent serial criminal who was running at him while waving a knife.
Instead of assaulting police officers, I suggest that these protestors become police officers, and then they can show us the proper way for a police officer to respond to a dangerous serial criminal who is running at them while waving a knife.

Who was Walter Wallace Jr., the man shot by Philadelphia police?

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — We are learning more about Walter Wallace Jr., the man who was shot by Philadelphia police on Monday, and protesters who clashed with officers in the wake of the shooting.
Wallace was an aspiring rapper with social media accounts filled with videos.
Guns are a central theme as he rhymes about shooting people, including police.
But his videos also include songs about social causes and police injustice.
Court records show Wallace was currently awaiting trial for allegedly threatening to shoot a woman and her house up.
In 2017, he pled guilty to robbery, assault, and possessing an instrument of crime after kicking down the door of another woman and putting a gun to her head.
He was sentenced to 11-23 months behind bars.
And in 2013, he pled guilty to assault and resisting arrest after punching a police officer in the face.
Meanwhile, dozens of officers were injured by rocks and bricks in clashes with protestors after the shooting.

An Oregon woman found an arsonist on her property over the weekend. The woman held him by gunpoint on the ground until police arrived.
She told the man if her husband would have caught him he’d be dead.
The mainstream media ignored this citizen’s arrest.
It goes against their global warming and anti-gun narrative.

In February 2018, Reuters reported:
Venezuelans reported losing on average 11 kilograms (24 lbs) in body weight last year… according to a new university study…
That’s 43 pounds in two years.
Before I explain how this came to happen, I want to start out by explaining what did not cause this to happen.

Requiring photo ID is “racist,” except when it’s done by Obama, the NAACP, unions, or any other liberals

In March 2012, Obama’s Justice Department blocked Texas’s voter ID requirement, claiming that it was “racist.”
However, Obama’s Justice Department required photo ID for everyone who enters.
So let’s say that in 2012, someone was denied their right to vote because they didn’thave voter ID, and they wanted to file a lawsuit at the Justice Department. But because they didn’t have photo ID, they couldn’t have gotten get into the Justice Department in the first place!

The same video also shows that you need photo ID in order to enter other liberal organizations which claim that requiring voter ID is “racist,” including the Advancement Project (at 1:38), the Center for American Progress (2:08), and the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law (2:23).
At a July 2012 NAACP event, NAACP President Ben Jealous claimed that requiring voter ID was “racist.” However, at that very same event, the NAACP required photo ID in order to get into the event in the first place!
Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Britain, India, and South Africa all require photo ID in order to vote, but U.S. liberals don’t consider those countries’ requirements to be “racist.”
In January 2012, Illinois passed a law that required buyers of drain cleaner to show photo ID, but liberals didn’t accuse this requirement of being “racist.”
In June 2012, Michelle Obama required photo ID in order to attend her book signings, but liberals didn’t accuse her of being “racist.”
In June 2012, Barack Obama required photo ID in order to attend his campaign events, but liberals didn’t accuse him of being “racist.”
In December 2017, for every performance of the play “Hamilton” at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre, 40 tickets were sold for a special low price of $10 each. To get these tickets, you had to apply online. A lottery randomly chose 40 winners for each performance. Winners were required to show photo ID when they showed up to see the play. But liberals didn’t accuse this theater of being “racist.”

The video below is from Gulf Breeze, Florida. It shows two doctors – who are married to each other – stealing a Trump flag from someone’s lawn. As the two doctors steal the flag, their young child begs them to stop, and expresses concern that they could go to jail.

GULF BREEZE — Deputies in Florida said two doctors stole a campaign flag supporting President Donald Trump from their neighbor’s property in this Panhandle city.
Geoffrey Michael Fraiche, 41, and Laura Ann Webb-Fraiche, 38, are accused of taking the flag on April 7 while their two children were with them, news outlets reported. A Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s report said they used a ladder to pull it down.
Both Fraiche and Webb-Fraiche are gynecologists working in different Pensacola hospitals, WKRG-TV reported. They were charged with several crimes, including trespassing and larceny, and released from the county jail.
It seems that their hatred of Trump is so big that it exceeds their concern for their own children.
I hope the children will be OK.

Doorbell Camera Captures Audio From Moment Alleged Home Intruder Was Shot in Neptune Beach

A person was reportedly shot in Neptune Beach, Florida, on April 14, after allegedly breaking into a home. The home’s doorbell camera captured audio of the suspected break-in, and police are searching for suspects.
In the video, a hooded man can be seen repeatedly rushing the front door, eventually getting through, followed by two others. Gunshots can be heard and the three suspects run from the home.
The Neptune Beach Police tweeted on their official Twitter account that they have been searching for suspects and urged the public to provide any information to the police tip-line.
The person shot was taken to a local hospital and treated with gun shots wound to the chest, reports said.

All of the Democratic presidential candidates who have qualified for next week’s debate say they will skip the event rather than cross a planned picket line at the venue.
The seven candidates — Joe Biden, Pete Buttigieg, Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, Amy Klobuchar, Tom Steyer and Andrew Yang — all said Friday that they would not show up for the debate at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles next Thursday if the Unite Here Local 11 goes forward with its protest of food service contractor Sodexo SA.
The union, which represents about 150 Sodexo employees at the LMU campus, reached out to the campaigns on Friday to inform them they planned to demonstrate. The union and the food-services company have been negotiating for months but their talks stalled this week.
This is the second labor issue to complicate plans for the December debate. It had been set to be held at the University of California at Los Angeles’s Luskin School of Public Affairs. But the Democratic National Committee asked the debate’s media sponsors to find a new location because the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees demanded that the candidates to boycott it over a contract dispute involving patient care workers at the university’s hospital system.
“The DNC should find a solution that lives up to our party’s commitment to fight for working people,” Warren wrote on Twitter. “I will not cross the union’s picket line even if it means missing the debate.”
Biden said he would not cross a picket line and had to stand with the union’s members “for affordable health care and fair wages.”
Xochitl Hinjosa, the DNC’s communications director, said late Friday that the group’s chairman, Tom Perez, “would absolutely not cross a picket line and would never expect our candidates to either.” She added that the DNC was trying to find a solution that “will enable us to proceed as scheduled with next week’s debate.”
(Michael Bloomberg is also seeking the Democratic presidential nomination. Bloomberg is the founder and majority owner of Bloomberg LP, the parent company of Bloomberg News.)

Ilhan Omar and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez refuse to answer reporter’s questions regarding whether or not they condemn the recent Antifa terrorist attack on an ICE facility in Tacoma, Washington
The Rebel reporter Keean Bexte repeatedly asked Ilhan Omar whether or not she condemned the recent Antifa terrorist attack on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Tacoma, Washington.
Omar repeatedly refused to answer Bexte’s questions.

The Muslim American Society pledged Friday to investigate a videoed incident of children at its Philadelphia Islamic center singing about conquering Jerusalem and beheading people.
The Muslim American Society (MAS) Islamic Center in Philadelphia initially posted video of the children adorned in Palestinian scarves singing in celebration of “Ummah Day” in April, but translation by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) revealed the threatening nature of their lyrics.
The children sang about subjecting their enemies to “eternal torture,” beheading people, and retaking the Al Aqsa Mosque and achieving martyrdom as members of Allah’s army.
The Washington, D.C.-based MAS claimed the Philadelphia center simply failed to properly vet the songs and that they would investigate the incident following public outcry on social media after Fox News reported it on May 3.
“We will defend the land of divine guidance with our bodies, and we will sacrifice our souls without hesitation,” one girl says in the video. “We will chop off their heads, and we will liberate the sorrowful and exalted Al-Aqsa Mosque. We will lead the army of Allah fulfilling His promise, and we will subject them to eternal torture.”
The MAS issued a statement Friday apologizing for the songs, claiming the incident was “an unintended mistake.”
“While we celebrate the coming together of different cultures and languages, not all songs were properly vetted,” the statement read, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer. “This was an unintended mistake and an oversight in which the center and the students are remorseful. MAS will conduct an internal investigation to ensure this does not occur again.”
The statement appears to have since been removed from both the organization’s website and its Facebook page.
“These are not isolated incidents; they are happening in major centers of the country – including in Pennsylvania,” MEMRI said in a statement to Fox News.
It’s too soon to either blame or rule out arson as the cause of the Notre-Dame Cathedral fire. I will wait for the forensics investigation. In the meantime, who is this person in this video?
Given that they have not conducted an official forensics investigation yet, and given that such an investigation can take months, I don’t see how they can be saying for certain that the Notre-Dame Cathedral fire wasn’t arson.
A live broadcast by a French TV station showed an unidentified person walking around, way up high in the building, after the fire started. This person is neither a construction worker nor a firefighter.
I’m not saying this was arson. And I’m not saying this was not arson.
What I am saying is that:
1) There hasn’t been enough time to determine the cause, or to rule out any cause. So it seems really weird that people have already ruled out arson.
2) The person in this video has not been identified.
