Yesterday, on March 28, 2017, while speaking live on MSNBC, Evelyn Farkas, who had been Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense as part of President Obama’s administration, said that the Obama administration had spied on Donald Trump.
Here’s the video:
A quick online search shows that this has not so far been covered by the New York Times, the Washington Post, Associated Press, Reuters, or any other mainstream media source.
But the video is out there.
And even if YouTube takes it down, someone else will always be able to put it back up. If not on YouTube, then somewhere else instead.
This was live TV. Live TV sometimes has its “oops” moments, which, in today’s internet age, can never be totally covered up.
Democrats Groan When Trump Announces Office To Help Victims Of Immigrant Crime
February 28, 2017
Democratic lawmakers let their opposition be known Tuesday to President Trump’s plan to open an office aimed at helping the victims of crimes committed by immigrants.
Democrats groaned loudly when Trump announced the creation of Victims of Immigration Crime Engagement (VOICE), an office which will fall under the purview of the Department of Homeland Security.
“I have ordered the Department of Homeland Security to create an office to serve American Victims. The office is called VOICE –- Victims Of Immigration Crime Engagement. We are providing a voice to those who have been ignored by our media, and silenced by special interests,” said Trump.
A chorus of groans rippled through the audience at the joint session of Congress.
Trump then introduced the families of several people who have been killed by illegal immigrants in the U.S.
Freedom granted to man who beheaded bus passenger in Canada
February 11, 2017
WINNIPEG, Manitoba (AP) — A Canadian man who was found not criminally responsible for beheading and cannibalizing a fellow passenger on a Greyhound bus has been granted his freedom.
Manitoba’s Criminal Code Review Board announced Friday it has given Will Baker, formerly known as Vince Li, an absolute discharge, meaning he is no longer subject to monitoring.
Baker, a diagnosed schizophrenic, killed Tim McLean, a young carnival worker who was a complete stranger to Baker, in 2008. A year later he was found not criminally responsible due to mental illness.
McLean’s mother, Carol de Delley, has been outspoken against granting Baker freedom, saying there would be no way to ensure he continued to take his medication.
She declined comment in a post on Facebook Friday, saying “I have no words.”
Baker was initially kept in a secure wing of a psychiatric hospital but was given more freedom every year.
He has been living on his own in a Winnipeg apartment since November, but was still subject to monitoring to ensure he took his medication.
Baker’s doctor, Jeffrey Waldman, told the board earlier this week that he is confident Baker will remain on his medication and will continue to work with his treatment team if released. Waldman testified that Baker knows it’s the medication that keeps his illness at bay.
In a written decision, the review board said it “is of the opinion that the weight of evidence does not substantiate that Mr. Baker poses a significant threat to the safety of the public.”
Waldman said Baker plans to visit his native China if released but would live in Winnipeg for the next two to three years. He is on the waiting list for a post-secondary training program and plans on establishing a career in the city. Baker emigrated to Canada from China in 2001 and became a Canadian citizen four years ago.
Baker sat next to the 22-year-old McLean on the bus after the man smiled at him and asked how he was doing.
Baker said he heard the voice of God telling him to kill the man or “die immediately.”
He repeatedly stabbed McLean while he fought for his life. As passengers fled the bus, Baker continued stabbing and mutilating the body before he was arrested. He severed McLean’s head, displaying it to some of the passengers outside the bus, witnesses said.
The Supreme Court of Canada ruled in 1999 that a review board must order an absolute discharge if a person doesn’t pose a significant threat to public safety.
The ruling added there must be clear evidence of a significant risk to the public for the review board to continue imposing conditions after a person is found not criminally responsible.
Opposition Conservative member of Parliament James Bezan also criticized Baker’s release. He said earlier in the week it would be an insult to de Delley and McLean’s other relatives.
Baker’s defenders include Chris Summerville, executive director of the Manitoba Schizophrenia Society, who has met and worked with him over the years.
“He is no longer a violent person,” Summerville said. “I will say, yes, he absolutely understands that he has to (take his medication) and has a desire to live a responsible, moral life and never succumb to psychotic episodes and not to hurt anybody ever again.”
There’s a video at the link where they interview this brave hero, but it’s not a YouTube video, so I can’t imbed it. But here’s a picture of this awesome guy from his interview:
Armed Citizen Who Threw Wallet to Distracted Suspect: ‘That’s When I Lit Him Up’
January 29, 2017
An armed citizen, who was in Detroit’s E&S Carry Out Shrimp Shack during an alleged robbery, says he threw his wallet on the floor, and when the robbery suspect looked away to retrieve it, the citizen shot him.
The incident occurred around 5:45 p.m. on January 21.
According to ClickonDetroit.com, the armed citizen is a concealed carry permit holder going only by “Dennis” to protect his privacy. He was in the Shrimp Shack with his girlfriend, Latanya, when an alleged armed robbery suspect came in and ordered everyone to hand over their “cash.” Dennis and his girlfriend “and another customer started throwing their money and wallets on the floor.”
The suspect allegedly pointed his gun at Latanya’s face but was distracted by the wallets on the floor and looked away to pick them up. Dennis used the brief distraction as an opportunity to draw his own gun and shoot the suspect in the stomach.
Dennis said, “When I saw he had the gun in her face, and I threw my wallet down and keys, he turned to look and get the money, that’s when I lit him up.” He then “kicked the robber’s gun away” and tended to the wounded suspect until first responders arrived.
Following the incident, Dennis made clear that he did not have a specific plan to distract the suspect, but he took advantage of the situation when the distraction occurred. He added, “Even though you give them everything, they’ll still shoot you, and I wasn’t going out like that.”
WWJ reports that Detroit police said Dennis will face no charges for his actions; he “acted in self-defense.”
After 8 Years Of Unbroken War, Obama Hands Over Conflicts To Trump
January 18, 2017
Among the many things President Obama will be handing off to his successor this week: stubborn wars in three separate countries.
Obama came to office eight years ago vowing to end U.S. military interventions in Iraq and Afghanistan. Yet President-elect Trump stands to inherit the nation’s longest war ever in Afghanistan, as well as renewed fighting in Iraq that has spread to Syria.
The outgoing president was reminded of the persistence of those wars at the pomp-filled farewell ceremony the Pentagon put on for him him earlier this month at a nearby military base.
“Mr. President, we’ve been at war throughout your tenure,” said Gen. Joesph Dunford, chosen by Obama in 2015 to be chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. “That’s a period longer than any other American president.”
That’s right: Obama is the first president to serve eight years and preside over American wars during every single day of his tenure.
In Michigan, video shows police tying a black man to a chair and beating him so badly that he lost vision in one eye
Police tie black man to chair and beat him until he loses vision in one eye
Frankie Taylor has filed a lawsuit against the police department in Eastpointe, Michigan, after the brutal ordeal
December 8, 2016
A black man in Michigan has filed a lawsuit against his local police department after he was beaten by police so badly that he lost vision in one eye.
Frankie Taylor was arrested for alleged drink driving on 10 August last year. He was taken to the police station, restrained, tied to a chair and savagely beaten.
The disturbing incident at Eastpointe police department was caught on camera. The footage was obtained by Fox News.
After a verbal exchange, the officers get Mr Taylor on the ground and restrain him. They then tie him to chair facing the camera.
“If you keep acting like a child, you’re going to get strapped in that chair and you’re going to stay there,” an officer says to Mr Taylor.
Another officer puts on a pair of gloves and beats the victim until he loses consciousness. His cries of pain and fear are clearly heard in the video.
There are four officers surrounding Mr Taylor while he is tied in the chair.
“Stop resisting,” the officer says automatically as he lands punches on Mr Taylor’s face and head. “Stop resisting.”
“The guy hit me so many times, it made me cry once I seen the tape,” Mr Taylor told Fox news. “I was knocked out.”
He previously had an implant under one eye for glaucoma, but the beating dislodged it and led to his loss of vision.
His lawyer, James Rasor, said the police moved Mr Taylor to jail the next day instead of hospital. By the time he went to a Detroit hospital for surgery a few days later, it was too late to save his eye.
Mr Rasor said his client has “horrible nightmares”. The lawsuit requests a sum of money greater than $75,000, excluding legal fees and punitive damages.
He was not allowed to make a phone call once he got to the jail last August, Mr Rasor said, unlike other detainees who are white. The lawyer described the incident as police brutality.
Eastpointe police department could not be immediately contacted for comment.
Fake hate crime in upstate New York: white firefighter sets his own house on fire and writes “Lie with pigs, fry like bacon.”
Firefighter Charged With Torching His House, Blaming It On Anti-Cop Suspects
A spray-painted message on the home read: “Lie with pigs, fry like bacon.”
December 8, 2016
A firefighter in upstate New York is facing a felony arson charge after authorities say he set his family’s house on fire and wrote an anti-police message outside as a potential cover-up.
Jason Stokes, 41, pleaded not guilty Tuesday to felony second-degree arson following the mysterious Aug. 10 summer blaze in Endicott, just west of Binghamton, local station TV WBNG reported.
Stokes, his wife and two teenaged children escaped the home safely, state police said.
Broome County District Attorney Steve Cornwell described an “obstacle course” inside the house that firefighters had to get through.
“There were gas cans, full gas cans and other containers full with flammable material, placed throughout the home as if it were an obstacle course to get around,” he said at a press conference Tuesday.
Authorities say they found a “Blue Lives Matter” flag outside the home and a spray-painted message on a wall reading: “Lie with pigs, fry like bacon.”
Cornwell called the message, which he refused to repeat, a “despicable display of how law enforcement should be viewed in society today.” He suggested that the message was meant to throw off investigators into believing anti-police protesters were to blame. He declined to speculate on a possible motive.
At the time of the incident, the family suggested that the fire was a targeted attack against them, WBNG reported.
Stokes was released Wednesday on $10,000 bail. An attempt to reach him for comment Thursday was not immediately successful.
The Press & Sun-Bulletin of Binghamton reported that Stokes has worked as a firefighter with the Endicott Fire Department since March 2005. He has been placed on administrative leave following the charges.
A trial date is set for April 17.
Afghan asylum seeker arrested over murder of German medical student who was daughter of senior EU official
Afghan asylum seeker arrested over murder of German medical student who was daughter of senior EU official
December 4, 2016
A teenage Afghan asylum seeker has been arrested after he reportedly confessed to murdering the daughter of a senior EU official.
Maria Ladenburger, a 19-year-old medical student, was raped and killed shortly after leaving a student party in Freiburg, southern Germany, on October 16.
According to German media reports, the 17-year-old suspect will stand trial early next year.
Ms Ladenburger was the daughter of Dr Clemens Ladenburger, who since 2008 has been an assistant to the director of the European Commission’s legal wing.
The Freiburg University student, who reportedly volunteered at a local refugee shelter in her spare time, was raped before drowning in the River Dreisam.
A team of 40 investigators were put to work combing the area for clues, and eventually came across a black scarf that belonged to Ms Ladenburger on the riverbed.
They also found a seven-inch strand of dark hair that had been dyed blonde, but drew a blank after comparing the DNA on both items to their own records.
Three weeks later, investigators unearthed CCTV footage from a tram station which showed an asylum seeker who wore what police described as “a very conspicuous hairstyle, an undercut hairstyle,” that was dyed blond in parts.
He was tracked down and arrested before being asked to take a DNA test, which according to German newspaper Bild matched him to the crime scene.
A German police spokesman said yesterday that they were trying to establish whether Ms Ladenburger knew her killer.
They are also looking into whether the attack had been planned in advance. Dr Ladenburger and his wife Friederike Ladenburger have since posted a memorial notice in their local newspaper, Frankfurter Allgemeine, which pays tribute to their daughter.
“For 19 years Maria was a great ray of sunshine in our family and she will remain so,” it reads. “We thank God for giving us this gift, and for letting her be our child. We are sure that she is safe with him.”
A requiem was held for Ms Ladenburger at the Notre Dame des Graces Church in Brussels last October.
Her alleged killer is understood to have arrived in Germany during an influx of nearly one million asylum seekers in 2015 and had been living with a foster family without incident.
Germany has been bitterly divided over Chancellor Angela Merkel’s decision last year to declare an “open door” refugee policy in response to the war in Syria, which has displaced more than 4.8 million people.
Since them, a number of domestic terror attacks and plots in Germany have been linked to asylum seekers of both Syrian and Afghan origin.
In July, a 17-year-old Afghan asylum seeker attacked passengers on a train in southern Germany with an axe, leaving three people seriously injured.
The Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (Isil) went on to claim responsibility for the attack.
Ms Ladenburger’s case has drawn some comparisons in the German media to that of Caroline G, a 27-year-old jogger who was raped and murdered in November in Endingen, which is near Freiburg.
However, German police have denied any links to the unsolved murder. “We have no connection to the killing in Endingen,” German prosecutor Dieter Inhofer said.
Authorities Investigate Mom Who Kicked Out 7-Year-Old Son for ‘Voting’ Trump
November 13, 2016
HOUSTON, Texas — A Houston area mother is under investigation after posting a video of her kicking her seven-year-old out of the house. She told him, “Since you voted for Donald Trump, you can get your s*** and get out.”
The young boy starts to sob and his mother responds, “Uh-Uh, the suitcase is packed by the door. Been packed since this morning. Bye!”
She then hands him a sign and says the sign will tell people why he is standing out at the curb. The sign says, “my mom kicked me out because I voted for Donald Trump.”
The little boy’s crime – he voted for Donald Trump in his elementary school’s mock election.
The mother shouted at her son, “You want to vote for him, I’m gonna show you.” She keeps telling him “Bye!”
“We don’t do Donald Trump here, get your suitcase.” “Bye, Donald Trump lover,” she says sarcastically.
She tells the little boy he is going to be out at the curb from now on.
The video, posted on Facebook, has caused shock and anger among those who have viewed it. At least one woman said she notified the police. Those viewing it have spread what they think is the name of the mother, and, have even posted what is supposed to be her address and phone number. They have also posted what they think is the grandmother’s name.
On the video, the mother asked her son why he voted for Trump, and he replied “because I see him on TV a lot.” His sibling, still in diapers, starts to cry as the mom yells at the boy, and kicks him out the house.
The poor boy is crying hysterically but she leads him to the street curb with his suitcase and the sign saying he had been kicked out and why.
The video has gone viral and received over 10 million views in 24 hours after Friday, reported KHOU TV in Houston.
The YouTube video has received over 870,650 shares as of Sunday morning.
The boy is now in the possession of Child Protective Services after the video came to the attention of the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Department.
KHOU reported that a detective said that the mother has apologized for the video but also said she was just joking.
Law enforcement authorities were reported to say that the video is disturbing but her actions are not a crime under the penal statutes.
Title of Reuters article says Hillary is an “enemy” of Wall St, but the actual article says “Employees of the 17 largest bank holding companies and their subsidiaries have been sending her $10 for every $1 they contributed to Trump”
This article from Reuters is called
“Hillary Clinton: Wall Street’s favorite enemy”
However, the actual text of the article says
“Employees of the 17 largest bank holding companies and their subsidiaries have been sending her $10 for every $1 they contributed to Trump, according to a Reuters analysis.”
Jill Stein: “On the issue of war and nuclear weapons, it is actually Hillary’s policies which are much scarier than Donald Trump”
The following was recently said by Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein:
It’s important to look at where we are going. It’s not just a moment in time, but where has the strategy of voting for the lesser evil taken us?
All these times you have been told to vote for the lesser evil because you didn’t want the wars, or the meltdown of the climate, or the offshoring of our jobs, or the attack on immigrants, or the massive bailout for Wall Street, but that is actually what we have gotten. By the droves.
Because we with public interest allow ourselves to be silent, and voted for the lesser evil. But the lesser evil doesn’t solve the problem.
The Obama administration, even with both houses of Congress, actually did all of these fossil fuel emissions. “All of the above” gave us some renewable energy but it completely amplified and intensified our carbon production, which has been incredibly destructive to the climate.
The wars have gotten bigger, we are now bombing seven countries.
It is important to not just look at the rhetoric but also look at the track record and the reality is the lesser people and greater people is a race to the bottom, and even Donald Trump in the right wing extremism grows out of the policies of the Clintons, in particular Nafta, which sent our jobs overseas and Wall Street deregulation, which blew 9 million jobs up into smoke.
That is what is creating this right wing extremism. A vote for Hillary Clinton isn’t going to fix it…
It is now Hillary Clinton that wants to start an air war with Russia over Syria by calling for a no fly zone.
We have 2000 nuclear missiles on hairtrigger alert. They are saying we are closer to a nuclear war than we have ever been.
Under Hillary Clinton, we could slide into nuclear war very quickly from her declared policy in Syria.
I sure won’t sleep well at night if Donald Trump is elected, but I sure won’t sleep well at night if Hillary Clinton elected. We have another choice other than these two candidates who are both promoting lethal policies.
On the issue of war and nuclear weapons, it is actually Hillary’s policies which are much scarier than Donald Trump who does not want to go to war with Russia.
He wants to seek modes of working together, which is the route that we need to follow not to go into confrontation and nuclear war with Russia.
In 2005, consenting adult Alicia Machado had sex when she knew that she was being recorded for a Spanish reality TV show called “La Granja VIP.” The recording of her having sex was later broadcast on that show.
Now, the New York Times claims that the tape of Machado having sex is not a sex tape:
Donald Trump Bashes Alicia Machado Again, Alleging a ‘Sex Tape’ (Without Evidence)
September 30, 2016
Donald J. Trump went on a morning Twitter tirade on Friday, denouncing the former Miss Universe winner he once shamed for gaining weight and directing the American public to seek out a sex tape that he said she participated in as evidence of her sordid past.
The attack, in a flurry of tweets on the topic posted from 5:14 to 5:30 a.m. Eastern time, was the latest effort by Mr. Trump, the Republican presidential nominee, to discredit the beauty queen, Alicia Machado, after Hillary Clinton used her as an example of his sexism during the debate on Monday night. Fact-checkers have found no evidence that Ms. Machado, who was featured in Playboy, appeared in a sex tape. Her critics may be referring to a risqué scene that she appeared in on a reality television show.
Mr. Trump maintained this week that Ms. Machado’s weight and attitude were problematic after she won the 1996 pageant and his campaign circulated information about her previous brushes with the law.
On Friday, Mr. Trump suggested that there was more to be revealed about Ms. Machado and offered the theory that Mrs. Clinton, his Democratic opponent, helped her attain American citizenship.
Donald Trump tweet: “Did Crooked Hillary help disgusting (check out sex tape and past) Alicia M become a U.S. citizen so she could use her in the debate?”
Mr. Trump had been modulating his tone in the weeks before the debate, but his uneven performance appears to have caused him to lash out. He has increasingly flirted with leveling more personal attacks on Mrs. Clinton’s history of marital problems and he has doubled-down on his charges that the news media is rigging the election.
While Mr. Trump had little to say when Mrs. Clinton brought up Ms. Machado on the debate stage, he said in his Friday tweets that she “duped” Mrs. Clinton. He called this a sign of bad judgment.
“Wow, Crooked Hillary was duped and used by my worst Miss U. Hillary floated her as an ‘angel’ without checking her past, which is terrible!” Mr. Trump wrote.
Ms. Machado, who told CNN this week that she is “not a saint girl,” was also accused in the late 1990s of abetting an attempted murder committed by her then-boyfriend, who shot a family member in Caracas, Venezuela.
She was said to have been seen driving a getaway car, but did not face charges.
Since he reshuffled his campaign’s leadership in August, Mr. Trump’s team has tried to instill a more disciplined approach that has been heavier on scripted speeches and policy. Twitter, however, has continued to be an outlet for Mr. Trump to vent without a filter, and rants such as the one unleashed on Friday undermine his efforts to appear presidential.
Backers of Mrs. Clinton seized on Twitter storm as more evidence that Mr. Trump is unfit to be president.
Correct the Record, a “super PAC” that supports the Democratic nominee, suggested that Mr. Trump was showing frustration about a recent batch of weak polls.
And John Podesta, Mrs. Clinton’s campaign chairman, advised that Mr. Trump might want to resist the urge to grab his phone when he wakes up “in the middle of the night.”
Mrs. Clinton responded later in the morning on Twitter by calling Mr. Trump “unhinged” and said his treatment of Ms. Machado was unwarranted.
Lester Holt asked Trump 15 questions, Clinton 2 questions
September 27, 2016
A close analysis of the transcript of the first presidential debate on Monday night shows that moderator Lester Holt of NBC News asked 15 questions exclusively of Republican nominee Donald Trump, and only 2 questions exclusively of Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton. The analysis, posted on social media and drawing intense attention on Reddit, walks through the entire 90-minute exchange and notes Holt asked six questions of both candidates, in addition to Trump’s 15 and Clinton’s two.
Holt, a newcomer to presidential debate moderation, faced intense pressure from the Clinton campaign and the mainstream media to be tough on Trump. Some explicitly called for Holt to “fact-check” Trump — the implication being that Trump is more ignorant or dishonest — and implied that he would face the same fate as NBC’s Matt Lauer and Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon, both of whom were slammed by liberal media critics for the crime of treating both candidates fairly.
Moreover, most of Holt’s questions prompts were overly friendly to Clinton’s point of view, while hostile to Trump. In one of the last exchanges of the debate, for example, Holt strongly implied Trump was a sexist when asking about a past criticism he had made about Clinton lacking a “presidential look.” He also introduced the opening topic of the debate by praising Obama’s economic performance, ignoring the fact that growth never reached 3% under Obama and labor force participation has fallen.
Breitbart News noted that Holt intervened several times to “fact-check” Trump — often erroneously — while never checking Clinton’s facts, even when she was completely wrong, as in her claim that she had never flip-flopped on the Trans-Pacific Partnership. In addition, the Washington Examiner‘s Eddie Scarry notes Holt asked Trump six follow-up questions, and none of Clinton, leaving Trump “having to debate the highly anticipated event’s moderator as well as his Democratic opponent.”
Holt Interrupted Trump WAY More Than Clinton In Debate
September 27, 2016
Moderator Lester Holt was much harsher on Republican nominee Donald Trump than he was on Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton during the debate Monday evening.
Holt interrupted Trump a whopping 41 times, either to “fact-check” the Republican nominee, or to ask a follow-up question. Clinton was only interrupted seven times during the course of the 90-minute debate.
Holt interrupted Trump the most during a particularly heated exchange about Trump’s stance on the Iraq war. Both candidates attempted to dodge their former stances. Holt challenged Trump in particular, cutting him off several times to assert the business mogul did indeed support the war in Iraq when it was popular.
Holt interrupted Trump 10 times during the exchange, and demanded at least five times why Trump thought that he had better judgement than Clinton.

1,250) A spokesperson for Secretary of State Hillary Clinton contradicted Clinton’s own statement about the 30,000 emails that Clinton had deleted from her private server
In March 2015, ABC News reported the following about the 30,000 emails that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had deleted from her private server:
“We went through a thorough process to identify all of my work-related emails and deliver them to the State Department,” she said, adding that all other emails were personal and pertained to matters such as “yoga routines,” “family vacations,” and “planning Chelsea’s wedding.”
In July 2016, Donald Trump said:
“I will tell you this — Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing. I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press. Let’s see if that happens. That’ll be next. Yes, sir.”
Hillary for America senior policy adviser Jake Sullivan responded by saying:
“This has to be the first time that a major presidential candidate has actively encouraged a foreign power to conduct espionage against his political opponent… That’s not hyperbole, those are just the facts. This has gone from being a matter of curiosity, and a matter of politics, to being a national security issue.”
So, which is it?
Are all of the emails private and not related to work?
Or, are they a matter of national security?
They can’t be both.
So which is it?
1,251) The “most transparent administration in history” illegally ignored a Freedom of Information request regarding Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s schedule
In 2015, Associated Press sued the Obama administration for illegally ignoring a Freedom of Information request regarding Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s schedule.
1,252) “Emails reveal how foundation donors got access to Clinton and her close aides at State Dept.”
In August 2016, the Washington Post reported:
Emails reveal how foundation donors got access to Clinton and her close aides at State Dept.
A sports executive who was a major donor to the Clinton Foundation and whose firm paid Bill Clinton millions of dollars in consulting fees wanted help getting a visa for a British soccer player with a criminal past.
The crown prince of Bahrain, whose government gave more than $50,000 to the Clintons’ charity and who participated in its glitzy annual conference, wanted a last-minute meeting with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
U2 rocker and philanthropist Bono, also a regular at foundation events, wanted high-level help broadcasting a live link to the International Space Station during concerts.
In each case, according to emails released Monday from Hillary Clinton’s time as secretary of state, the requests were directed to Clinton’s deputy chief of staff and confidante, Huma Abedin, who engaged with other top aides and sometimes Clinton herself about how to respond.
1,253) The “most transparent administration in history” said it would not release the rest of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s schedule until after the November 2016 election
In August 2016, the Obama administration said that it would not release the rest of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s schedule until after the November 2016 election.
1,254) The “most transparent administration in history” waited seven months to tell the public that it had airlifted $400 million in cash to Iran
In August 2016, it was reported that seven months earlier, the Obama administration had secretly airlifted $400 million in cash to Iran.
1,255) The Obama administration lied about whether or not its payment of $400 million in cash to Iran was a ransom for releasing four American hostages
On August 2, 2016, the Obama administration said that the $400 million in cash that it had given to Iran in January 2016 had nothing to do with Iran releasing four American hostages.
However, on August 18, 2016, the Obama administration said that the payment was contingent on the hostages being released.
One of these two statements by the Obama administration must be a lie. I don’t even have to know which of the two statements is true, and which one is false, to know that one of them is a lie.
1,256) The “most transparent administration in history” refused to answer questions from Congress about how it paid an additional $1.3 billion to Iran
In August 2016, it twas reported that the Obama administration had paid $1.7 billion to Iran. Of that amount, $400 million was paid in cash as ransom for four U.S. hostages. However, the Obama administration refused to answer questions from Congress about how it paid the other $1.3 billion.
1,257) Commander-in-Chief Obama “killed entire families instead of ISIS fighters”
Obama is the Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. military. In July 2016, the Washington Post reported:
An airstrike in Syria killed entire families instead of ISIS fighters
The airstrikes at dawn on Tuesday pulverized entire families, including young children — families that were fleeing Islamic State militants but were instead mistaken for being those very fighters. Depending on whom you ask, the number of bodies found in the rubble is 56, 85, 160 or 212. Pictures of the mangled bodies, covered in dust, are a testament to the carnage.
People who live near where the bombs fell — about 10 miles north of Manbij in northern Syria — said the only planes they’d seen since June were from a U.S.-led coalition battling the Islamic State.
At least 56 civilians were killed in this incident.
1,258) Obama engaged in the same kind of “unconscionable ineptitude” that he had previously accused Bush of engaging in
After Hurricane Katrina, Bush flew over Louisiana. Obama accused Bush of “unconscionable ineptitude.”
However, in August 2016, after another hurricane in Louisiana, Obama played golf at Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts.
1,259) After Secretary of State John Kerry said that air conditioning was just as big a threat as ISIS, the Obama administration ignored a petition to remove air conditioning from State Department buildings and vehicles
In July 2016, Secretary of State John Kerry said that air conditioning was just as big a treat as ISIS. In response, people signed a petition for the State Department to remove air conditioning from all of its buildings and vehicles. However, the State Department ignored the petition, and continued to use air conditioning in its buildings and vehicles, despite Kerry’s claim that air conditioning was as dangerous as ISIS.
1,260) After a Swedish telecom company called Ericsson paid Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s husband $750,000 for giving a speech, the Obama administration gave the company an exemption from U.S. sanctions
In November 2011, a Swedish telecom company called Ericsson paid Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s husband, Bill Clinton, $750,000 for giving a speech. In April 2012, Obama signed an executive order which placed sanctions on telecom sales to Iran and Syria. However, Ericsson was given an exemption from these sanctions.
1,261) Obama continued Bush’s policy of having the Veterans Administration spend millions of dollars on artwork while veterans were dying form lack of medical care

In August 2016, the New York Times reported:
Military Officials Distorted ISIS Intelligence, Congressional Panel Says
Officials from the United States Central Command altered intelligence reports to portray a more optimistic picture of the war against the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria than events on the ground warranted, a congressional panel said in a report issued Thursday.
The interim report, from a task force established by the Republican chairmen of the House Armed Services Committee, Intelligence Committee and Defense Appropriations Subcommittee, found “widespread dissatisfaction” among Central Command intelligence analysts, who said superiors were doctoring their assessments of American efforts to defeat the Islamic State. Central Command, known as Centcom, is the military headquarters in Tampa, Fla., that oversees American military operations across the Middle East and Central Asia.
“Intelligence products approved by senior Centcom leaders typically provided a more positive depiction of U.S. antiterrorism efforts than was warranted by facts on the ground and were consistently more positive than analysis produced by other elements of the intelligence community,” a news release about the report said.
“What happened at Centcom is unacceptable — our war fighters suffer when bad analysis is presented to senior policy makers,” said Representative Ken Calvert, Republican of California. “The leadership failures at Centcom reach to the very top of the organization.”
“Throughout the first half of 2015, many Central Command press releases, statements and congressional testimonies were significantly more positive than actual events,” the report said.

A former Navy machinist mate who admitted taking photos inside a nuclear submarine was sentenced to a year in prison Friday, with a federal judge rebuffing a request for probation in light of authorities deciding not to prosecute Hillary Clinton for mishandling classified information on a private email server as secretary of state.
Kristian Saucier’s attorneys argued in a court filing last week that Clinton had been “engaging in acts similar to Mr. Saucier” with information of much higher classification. It would be “unjust and unfair for Mr. Saucier to receive any sentence other than probation for a crime those more powerful than him will likely avoid,” attorney Derrick Hogan wrote.
U.S. District Judge Stefan Underhill sentenced Saucier to one year in prison and a $100 fine, along with six months home confinement, 100 hours of community service and a ban on owning guns, his legal team says.

Hillary State Dept. Helped Jailed Clinton Foundation Donor Get $10 Mil from U.S. for Failed Haiti Project
The new batch of emails showing that the State Department gave special access to top Clinton Foundation donors while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state brings to mind the case of a shady Miami businessman serving a 12-year prison sentence after scamming the government out of millions. His name is Claudio Osorio, a Clinton Foundation donor who got $10 million from the government after the Clinton State Department reportedly pulled some strings.
Osorio got the money from the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), a federal agency that operates under the guidance of the State Department, to build houses in Haiti after the 2010 earthquake. The OPIC supposedly promotes U.S. government investments abroad to foster the development and growth of free markets. Osorio’s “Haiti project” was supposed to build 500 homes for displaced families in the aftermath of the earthquake. The project never broke ground and Osorio used the money to finance his lavish lifestyle and fund his illicit business ventures. He also ran a fraudulent international company with facilities in the U.S., United Arab Emirates, Germany, Angola and Tanzania that stole millions from investors. Some of the OPIC Haiti money was used to repay investors of his fraudulent company (Innovida), according to federal prosecutors. In September 2013, Osorio was sentenced to 150 months imprisonment and three years of supervised release.
