In Ionia, Michigan, Judge Suzanne Hoseth Kreeger gave zero jail time to someone who shot an 84-year-old woman.
In my opinion, this judge is more evil than the shooter. The shooter is just a dumb civilian. But the judge is someone who is in power. It is their job to protect innocent people from violent scumbags such as this.
And I don’t care if the shooting was “accidental” or deliberate. I put the word “accidental” in quotes because there is no such thing as an “accidental” shooting. The accurate word is “negligent.” But it doesn’t make any difference to the person who was shot.
The shooter should be in prison, regardless of whether the shooting was negligent or intentional.

IONIA, Mich. (AP) — A western Michigan man who pleaded no contest to shooting an 84-year-old woman campaigning against abortion rights at his home was sentenced to community service Tuesday.
Richard Harvey, 75, was ordered to complete 100 hours of community service. Judge Suzanne Hoseth Kreeger also gave him a suspended jail sentence of two months and a delayed sentence of one year on probation.
Harvey pleaded no contest last month to felonious assault, careless discharge of a firearm causing injury and reckless discharge of a firearm.
Kreeger also must pay $347.19 in restitution and cannot have any contact with the woman he shot, 84-year-old Joan Jacobson.
Jacobson was shot Sept. 20 at Harvey’s home in Odessa Township, a community about 130 miles (210 kilometers) northwest of Detroit. Jacobson told investigators that she was asking a woman at the home to vote against a proposed constitutional amendment that would guarantee the right to abortion in the state when she was told to leave. The amendment later passed.
Harvey has said the shooting was accidental, but Jacobson has maintained she believes it was intentional after she had argued with Harvey’s wife, Sharon Harvey.
Jacobson was treated at a hospital for a shoulder wound.

A letter sent to the city of Flint, Michigan, on Tuesday reveals how the city disproportionately hired more Democrats than Republicans as poll watchers in violation of state statute.
According to a demand letter filed by the attorneys of Pure Integrity Michigan Elections, Michigan law requires equal representation of Republican and Democrat poll workers at polling locations. During Michigan’s August 2 primary, however, Flint hired 422 Democrats compared to just 27 Republican poll watchers. Additionally, for Flint’s Absent Voter Counting Board, only 4 Republican inspectors were hired compared to 56 Democrat election inspectors.
This is in direct violation of Michigan state statute, which stipulates that “the board of election commissioners shall appoint at least [one] election inspector from each major political party and shall appoint an equal number, as nearly as possible, of election inspectors in each election precinct from each major political party.”
Despite multiple attempts by GOP representatives urging Flint election administrators to hire qualified Republican poll watchers leading up to the August 2 primary, the city of Flint remained unresponsive to their requests.
“As you know,” the letter states, “for the last [six] months, the Republican Party has been presenting you with a list of 122 Republicans who want to serve as election inspectors to bring Flint into compliance with the legally-required party balance for election inspectors.”
The letter finishes by threatening litigation if Flint fails to balance its number of Democrat and Republican election inspectors. The city has seven days to respond to the letter and 63 days to hire 240 Republican poll watchers before the November general election.
Flint must “cease and desist spending taxpayer funds on its election inspector operations until the city comes into legal compliance,” the letter demands.

LANSING, Mich. (AP) — A nursing home employee in metro Detroit will serve jail time for making false statements in absentee ballot applications after she forged signatures for residents of the facility she worked at it, the state attorney general’s office said Thursday.
In October 2020, Center Line’s clerk alerted the Michigan Bureau of Elections to about two dozen absentee voter applications with signatures that didn’t match what was on file for those voters.
While working at Father Murray Nursing Home in Macomb County, Trenae Myesha Rainey forged signatures for residents who hadn’t given staff indication that they were interested in voting in the November 2020 election, according to investigators.
Rainey had originally faced six charges for three of the applications, all five-year felonies, but pleaded guilty on Wednesday to three misdemeanor counts of making a false statement in an absentee ballot application. A Macomb County judge sentenced Rainey to 45 days in jail and probation.
An Associated Press review of election fraud in six battleground states found state officials identified a total of 56 potential instances of voter fraud in Michigan, a number which represents less than 1% of President Joe Biden’s margin of victory in the state.
Rainey and three other individuals were charged after state investigations showed attempted voter fraud.
Carless Clark pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor earlier this year after she admitted to forging her grandson’s signature on his absentee ballot envelope in Wayne County.
Nancy Williams, who investigators say attempted to obtain absentee ballots and have them sent to the same place for multiple legally incapacitated persons under her care, faces trial in five courts in Wayne and Oakland counties with court dates scheduled in the coming months.

More than a thousand “phantom ballots” were discovered in Antrim County, Michigan, according to a local attorney in a 2020 election lawsuit alleging fraud in the contest six months after it took place.
Matthew DePerno, who is representing Antrim County resident William Bailey, said a recount in December tallied 15,962 ballots, but only 14,901 votes were shown in the Michigan secretary of state’s database, meaning 1,061 don’t exist on voter rolls.
This alleged discovery of “phantom ballots,” DePerno wrote in a recent filing, supports the need for an audit of the county results. Other irregularities that warrant a closer look, according to DePerno, are data showing a near 100% turnout among voters aged 65 to 80 and 1 in 5 ballots being sent to P.O. boxes.
The Washington Examiner reached out to the Michigan secretary of state’s office for comment on where the data for the “phantom ballots” can be found but did not receive a response.
Former President Donald Trump appears to be keeping up with the latest in the case. He issued a statement about it Monday evening.
“The major Michigan Election Fraud case has just filed a bombshell pleading claiming votes were intentionally switched from President Trump to Joe Biden,” he said in a statement shared by his Save America PAC. “The number of votes is MASSIVE and determinative. This will prove true in numerous other States. All Republicans must UNIFY and not let this happen. If a thief robs a jewelry store of all of its diamonds (the 2020 Presidential Election), the diamonds must be returned. The Fake News media refuses to cover the greatest Election Fraud in the history of our Country. They have lost all credibility, but ultimately, they will have no choice!”
Attorneys made arguments before Antrim County Circuit Judge Kevin Elsenheimer in a virtual hearing on Monday over the scope of the ever-expanding lawsuit and whether to dismiss the case, in which both sides have issued dueling analyses. Defendants, which includes Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, say the plaintiff lacks standing and has already received everything he initially sought from the court. The judge said he will likely make a decision next week.
The results in Antrim County, a Republican-leaning county in northern Michigan, initially showed President Joe Biden winning the race, but tabulation errors were quickly discovered, and once rectified, Trump was shown to be the victor. State and county officials have blamed human error, a failure to properly update software across the county, for the mishap, but Bailey and DePerno contend Dominion Voting Systems machines could have been used to manipulate the election. Dominion has denied claims of being involved in election maleficence and has filed multiple defamation lawsuits since the November election.
A hand recount in Antrim County found a deviation of just a dozen votes from the first tabulation, with 9,759 votes won by Trump and 5,959 going to Biden, who won the state of Michigan and its 16 Electoral College votes by roughly 150,000 ballots. DePerno also raised concerns about two volunteers for the recount that he says were told by a Michigan secretary of state official to count roughly 138 ballots they found with “the very same signature in Central Lake Township.”

While hopes are still high in Maricopa County that the current audit will reveal bombshells beyond the obvious lack of transparency and total obstruction by Democrats in performing the audit itself, others are working towards getting their own audits going that can expose the voter fraud that stole the 2020 president election. One such effort is underway in Antrim County, Michigan, where attorney Matthew DePerno dropped some bombshells today before and during court.

The gist of this filling is that they have proof Dominion Voting Systems and their Antrim County Dominion Democracy Suite Election Management System was used to switch votes from Jo Jorgenson to Donald Trump, then from Trump to Joe Biden, then pushed into a the “Undervote” category. As part of their evidence, they were able to easily reproduce the circumstances that correlated with the apparent vote shift.
According to a report compiled by analyst Jeffrey Lendberg, the filing states [emphasis added]:
“The Antrim County Dominion Democracy Suite, Elections Management System (EMS), Results Tallying and Reporting RTR) application has been found to be subverted. Numerous error conditions that are identified by the tabulator are ignored by the EMS/RTR. The error conditions are easily reproduced and displayed on the tabulator, yet the EMS/RTR has been subverted in a fashion to purposefully ignore vote manipulation. This technical behavior is consistent with a subversion being deployed in the Antrim County EMS/RTR and is designed to mute such error reporting. This subversion technique is common among malicious actors seeking to proactively handle error conditions that would jeopardize their ability to modify software’s performance.”
In layman’s terms, they switched off the alarms that would have alerted observers and future auditors of funny business. It’s like the vote-count version of the movie trope where they freeze a CCTV camera so someone can sneak by without the guard eating a donate and watching soccer in the control room doesn’t notice what’s going on. DePerno also filed a supplemental brief that detailed the implications of the voter fraud and why the court must allow the election audit to move forward as quickly as possible. In the brief, DePerno noted:
“It is important to note that this subversion affected every single race on the entire ballot, from Presidential election, through Michigan Supreme Court election, and continuing to the bottom of the ticket and the local school board races and Proposals 20-1 and 20-2. Every race was subverted.”
DePerno hammered the defense today as they tried to subvert discovery of subversion. The video of the hearing has been going viral as in it we hear DePerno detail what was filed with the court and lays waste to arguments that the audit would be too expensive or there’s no reason to have it at all. The judge was a hard read, though. We’ve seen throughout the entire ordeal that judges seem unsympathetic to the cause of stopping voter fraud. It has gotten to the point that some conspiracy theorists (and that’s not a phrase I use as a pejorative) believe these judges have been bribed, bullied, or blackmailed.

DePerno explains that in the December hand recount of Antrim county, there was a total of 15,952 ballots counted; however, Secretary of State Benson’s official database only had 14,901 ballots which means there exists 1,061 extra ballots not on the voter rolls, i.e., “phantom” ballots.
Phantom ballots could explain what happened at the hand recount in December when volunteers were told to count approximately 138 ballots with the very same signature. Despite their repeated objections and attempts to challenge the problem ballots, the Secretary of State official said, “That’s not your role at this very moment” and pushed the volunteers to count the ballots and finish the audit.
Kyle Becker at Becker News gave detailed analysis of what’s happening in Antrim County:
A joint motion requesting Judge Kevin Elsenheimer dismiss the lawsuit has been filed by Assistant Michigan Attorney General Erik Grill , who represents intervener Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, and attorney Haider Kazim, who is representing defendant Antrim County.
The joint motion seeks to have the lawsuit dismissed for lack of standing. The judge has already allowed the complainant, Bailey and his attorney, Matthew DePerno, to have a third party conduct a forensic examination of the county’s Dominion Voting Systems equipment. That audit was conducted earlier by Allied Security Operations Group, a Dallas-based firm that concluded the voting machine equipment was fraught with errors.
“The Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results,” the audit report stated. “The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified…”
Antrim County had been the site of a detected error that flipped votes from Donald Trump to Joe Biden. The error was detected and corrected before the 2020 election results could be certified.
“Bailey continues to argue the county violated his constitutional rights after an error by County Clerk Sheryl Guy caused about 2,000 votes cast for then-President Donald Trump, to be initially — and mistakenly — tallied for then-challenger Joe Biden,” the Traverse Eagle reported.
“Guy, a Republican, corrected her office’s vote tally errors prior to the state’s certification of the county’s November election results, and records show Trump won Antrim County by a large margin, receiving 9,748 votes to Biden’s 5,960 votes,” the report continued.
Matthew DePerno has also requested election data from other counties, which the judge rejected as a “fishing expedition.” DePerno filed another motion on May 4 seeking to add Antrim County Clerk Sheryl Guy, state Bureau of Elections Director Jonathan Brater, and Election Source, a Dominion subcontractor, to the lawsuit as defendants, the report continued.
Meanwhile, a forensic audit of Antrim County has now been proposed and will be under discussion at a meeting in June.
“In the more than seven hour meeting, commissioners also discussed whether they have the authority to conduct their own audit, forensic accounting or hand recount of the county’s 2020 election results,” the Traverse Eagle noted. “They don’t — state law says only the Secretary of State can conduct and audit elections in Michigan.”
There are only two real possibilities based on the evidence that has been seen so far in Antrim County. Either the judge suppresses everything on behalf of The Swamp or the audit goes forward and the truth finally comes out.

He has surmised that if permitted to analyze the entire state, his findings would be accurate in every single county. Bold statement, Doug. But, that’s how friggin’ sure they are that something is clearly wrong here.

Dominion deactivated the part of the system that would send out alerts for such activity that would have required someone to look into the rigging that was going on.

A judge has ruled that Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson violated state law last year when she issued “guidance” on how absentee ballots should be evaluated.
State Court of Claims Judge Christopher Murray ruled last week that Benson, a Democrat, did not follow the proper rule-making process when instructing voting clerks in October to presume the accuracy of absentee ballot signatures, and the guidance is now invalid, according to the Detroit News.
“The presumption is found nowhere in state law,” Murray, a Republican-appointed judge, wrote in the ruling. “The mandatory presumption goes beyond the realm of mere advice and direction, and instead is a substantive directive that adds to the pertinent signature-matching standards.”
Murray wrote that Benson issued the rules without following the process for creating a rule under state and federal law, thus violating the state’s Administrative Procedures Act.
Murray contends that the rule stated only signatures with “multiple significant and obvious” inconsistencies should be questioned, which he argued fell within the definition of an administrative rule that required a multiple-step process that was not undertaken last year.
“An agency must utilize formal rulemaking procedures when establishing policies that ‘do not merely interpret or explain the statute or rules from which the agency derives its authority,’ but rather ‘establish the substantive standards implementing the program,’” Murray wrote.
Michigan is one of six states where former President Donald Trump and his surrogates have alleged widespread voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election, potentially costing him a victory, and Republicans have argued that Article II of the Constitution requires election rules to be decided by state legislatures and not elected officials.
Trump lost dozens of election fraud legal challenges across the country, and the United States Supreme Court rejected three different cases on the subject.

This news is certainly being kept under the cover. The media is certainly not on the Democratic Party’s side, right? I would have never known this occurred if I had not seen a Press Release from State Representative Matt Hall’s Office.
It started when the Allegan County Clerk-Register of Deeds Bob Genetski with the Republican Party sued Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson in her official capacity and Jonathan Brater, Director of Elections in his official capacity. They sued her because they believed she violated Michigan’s Administrative Procedures Act when she solely decided the voter ballot signature matching guidelines prior to the 2020 election.
As the court document stated:
“Jocelyn Benson issued what defendants refer to as “guidance” for local clerks who are charged with inspecting signatures on absent voter ballot applications and ballots. The document, which was entitled “Absent Voter Ballot Processing: Signature Verification and Voter Notification Standards”. This guidance regarding signature verification forms the heart of the issues in the present case and it requires additional examination.
The stated purpose of the at issue document was to “provide[ ] standards” for reviewing signatures, verifying signatures, and curing missing or mismatched signatures. Under a heading entitled “Procedures for Signature Verification,” the document stated that signature review “begins with the presumption that” the signature on an absent voter ballot application or envelope is valid.”
You should read the ruling because it explains how Secretary of State Benson watered down the signature verification requirements so much, if someone had what looked to be the letter “i” in their name and it somewhat looked like there may or may not have been an “i” in their signature you were supposed to approve it. It was actually heartbreaking to see what Benson did. What she did was tantamount to invite and enable illegal votes to be cast.
For example, the document issued by Benson stated:
“Signatures “should be considered questionable” the guidance explained, only if they differ “in multiple, significant and obvious respects from the signature on file.” (Emphasis in original). “[W]henever possible,” election officials were to resolve “[s]light dissimilarities” in favor of finding that the voter’s signature was valid.”
How did the judge rule, well since you are hearing nothing about this in the news you probably have already guessed? Michigan Court of Claims Judge Christopher Murray ruled:
‘Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson violated Michigan’s Administrative Procedures Act because the guidance issued by the Secretary of State on October 6, 2020, with respect to signature matching standards was issued in violation of the Administrative Procedures Act.”
In a nutshell, SoS Benson violated the state of Michigan’s Administrative Procedures Act due to the fact that she set absent voter ballot signature matching guidelines prior to the 2020 election on her own circumventing the Michigan Administrative Procedures Act. An administrative rule is an agency’s written regulation, statement, standard, policy, ruling, or instruction that has the effect of law.
That is why you are hearing nothing from any other news source out there other than my show and WBCK. Where is the Detroit News, Detroit Free Press, Lansing State Journal, any of the local news stations from Detroit to Kalamazoo to Grand Rapids and beyond?

Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson last year said local clerks should start with a presumption of validity when verifying signatures on absentee ballot applications, but a court ruling says that rule wasn’t properly established.
A Michigan Court of Claims judge last week ruled that clerks no longer need to follow those instructions for determining whether to send an absentee ballot to applicants.
According to the March 9 opinion and order issued by Judge Christopher M. Murray, Benson issued instructions that constituted “rules” without following the process for creating a formal rule under state and federal law.
Murray wrote that “the guidance issued by the Secretary of State on October 6, 2020, with respect to signature-matching standards was issued in violation of the Administrative Procedures Act.”
The Michigan Republican Party and Allegan County Clerk Robert Genetski, who jointly filed their complaint prior to the Nov. 3 election, claimed the signature standards allowed for “invalid” ballots to be counted.
Murray noted in his opinion that Genetski, however, never claimed the “guidance caused him to accept a signature that he believed was invalid.”
Benson’s guidelines focused on signature verification of absentee ballot applications and their return envelopes, which were to be compared against each other as well as against signatures in qualified voter files.
Benson’s office said “that signature review ‘begins with the presumption that’ the signature on an absent voter ballot application or envelope is valid,” Murray wrote. The Secretary of State’s instructions to clerks further said signatures with any “redeeming qualities” — described as those having “similar distinctive flourishes” or those with “more matching features than nonmatching features” — should be validated.
Only signatures with “multiple significant and obvious” inconsistencies should be questioned, Benson advised, according to the judge’s analysis of the rule.
Murray determined the guidelines fell within the definition of an administrative rule and therefore should have been approved through the formal rule-making process, which requires multiple steps.
“An agency must utilize formal rulemaking procedures when establishing policies that ‘do not merely interpret or explain the statute or rules from which the agency derives its authority,’ but rather ‘establish the substantive standards implementing the program,’” Murray said, citing a 1998 precedent.
The ruling leaves certain standards for accepting absentee ballot application signatures at the discretion of the local clerk, unless the Legislature created legal guidelines or the Secretary of State’s Office creates administrative rules for that determination.
The current law states any signatures on applications or return envelopes that don’t “agree sufficiently” with the voter signature on file should be rejected.
The Court of Claims judge noted Michigan law doesn’t clearly define what it means for a signature to “agree” or “agree sufficiently.”
Representatives from Attorney General Dana Nessel’s office didn’t respond to a request for comment on the ruling and it’s unclear if the Court of Claims decision will be appealed.
“We have no comment at this time,” Tracy Wimmer, an SOS spokeswoman said.
Clerks additionally compare signatures on absentee ballots with signatures on file before votes are counted during any election.
Fewer than 1 percent of Michigan’s 3.3 million absentee ballots cast in the Nov. 3 general election were rejected by local election clerks, according to data released by the Secretary of State’s office.
In total, 15,300 ballots were rejected by election officials for a variety of reasons, such as arriving after Election Day or not having a signature. In the August primary election, more than the 10,600 ballots were rejected.

A Michigan judge ruled last week Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson (D) broke state law when she unilaterally issued rules related to absentee balloting, legitimizing a key claim made by the Trump campaign in its legal challenges to the 2020 election.
Benson issued several unilateral orders during the 2020 election including sending absentee ballot applications to all registered voters. She also issued “guidance” on how to evaluate absentee ballots, a move Michigan Court of Claims Chief Judge Christopher Murray held violated the state’s Administrative Procedures Act.
In the guidance, Benson said “slight similarities” in signatures on absentee ballots should lead a counter to decide “in favor of finding that the voter’s signature was valid.”
Murray ruled Benson violated the law “because the guidance issued by the Secretary of State on October 6, 2020, with respect to signature matching standards was issued in violation of the Administrative Procedures Act (APA).”
“I’m glad the court sees Secretary of State Benson’s attempts at lawmaking for what they are — clear violations of her authority,” Michigan state Rep. Matt Hall (R) said in a statement.
“If she wants to make changes like these, she needs to work with the Legislature or properly promulgate them through the laws we have on the books — in this case the Administrative Procedures Act,” he continued.
Murray’s ruling came after Allegan County Clerk Bob Genetski sued Benson and state Director of Elections Jonathan Brater over Benson’s order which Hall described as a “mandatory directive requiring local election officials to apply a presumption of validity to all signatures on absent voter ballots.”
According to the suit, Genetski argued “the presumption contained in the guidance issued by defendant Benson will allow invalid votes to be counted,” but Genetski did not allege “that this guidance caused him to accept a signature that he believed was invalid.”
The court’s opinion concluded:
…nowhere in this state’s election law has the Legislature indicated that signatures are to be presumed valid, nor did the Legislature require that signatures are to be accepted so long as there are any redeeming qualities in the application or return envelope as compared with the signature on file. Policy determinations like the one at issue — which places the thumb on the scale in favor of a signature’s validity — should be made pursuant to properly promulgated rules under the APA or by the Legislature.
Like other progressive secretaries of state, Benson put an aggressive emphasis on voting by absentee ballot in the name of safety amid the Chinese coronavirus pandemic.
Over 3.1 million Michigan voters cast an absentee ballot out of a possible 7.7 million voters, WWMT News reported.
In May 2020, Benson used $4.5 million in funds from the CARES Act — the original coronavirus stimulus — to send absentee ballot applications to all voters, according to Breitbart News.
“By mailing applications, we have ensured that no Michigander has to choose between their health and their right to vote,” Benson said according to NBC 25.
“Voting by mail is easy, convenient, safe, and secure, and every voter in Michigan has the right to do it,” she continued.
Hall noted, “The Legislature is an equal branch of government charged with crafting laws. This is not the role of the Secretary of State, and there is a clear process that must be respected.”
Signature validation rules created without the approval of a legislature was one of the issues the Trump campaign and Republicans claimed was done illegally in the 2020 election.
Trump’s campaign and Republicans argued in cases nationwide that Article II of the Constitution requires state legislatures to make the rules governing presidential elections, and state election officials and courts lack the authority to change those rules.
Murray’s ruling undercuts the Democrat narrative that Republican legal challenges to 2020 election procedures were without merit and had therefore all been rejected by the courts. The original suit was filed October 6, 2020 — prior to the presidential election — but was not decided until March 9, 2021.
The case is Genetski v. Benson, No. 20-216-MM in the Court of Claims for the State of Michigan.

Russell James Ramsland, Jr. audited 22 Dominion voting machines that were used in Antrim County, Michigan.
This is his conclusion from his report on his audit:
“We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results. The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified.”
Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, and Michigan Judge Kevin Elsenheimer all tried to prevent the public from seeing Ramsland’s report on his audit.

A study of more than 3,000 U.S. counties shows that, all else being equal, counties that used Dominion voting machines gave Biden an extra 5.6% of the vote, compared to counties that did not use Dominion machines. Since all other factors were taken into account, this is almost certain proof that Democrats cheated.

Previously, mail ballots had to be received by 8 p.m. on Election Day.”
In several states, vote counting was paused late at night.
Later, when counting resumed, there were giant vote spikes with impossibly high percentages for Biden.
These things only happened in the states where Democrats needed to flip the state from Trump to Biden.

DeKalb County, Georgia illegally refused to honor an Open Records Request to show the documents for the chain of custody for the absentee ballots that were submitted in drop boxes.

An audit of 1,400 mail-in ballots in Nevada found that 2% were cast by voters who never actually received a ballot in the mail, and 1% were cast by voters who say they didn’t even vote.
In Michigan, Federal Judge Linda Parker rejected an election lawsuit filed by Matt Braynard.

In Antrim County, Michigan, human actions and/or computer software gave thousands of Trump votes to Biden.
Wisconsin illegally refused to remove 234,000 names from the voting rolls even though they had moved out of the state or to a different city within the state.
All of these people had ignored a written notification that had been mailed to their old address.
Wisconsin made it very easy for all of these 234,000 names to be used for fraudulent voting, because the state allowed every single person in the state to declare themself as “indefinitely confined,” which allowed them to vote by absentee ballot, which allowed them to ignore the state’s voter ID law.
In 2019, only 72,000 voters in the state were “indefinitely confined.”
In 2020, this number more than tripled.

The city of Madison placed illegal drop boxes in the city’s 206 parks.
These illegal drop boxes were not supervised.
City employees “helped” voters to fill out their ballots before placing them into these illegal drop boxes.
The city of Milwaukee withheld reporting its vote totals until after it knew how many votes Biden would need to win.
Dominion took over Georgia voting machines remotely during 2020 election.
This is what Democrats mean when they say they are in favor of “ballot harvesting.”

On Tuesday, November 3rd President Trump was ahead of Joe Biden in the swing state of Michigan by over 100,000 votes. This appeared to be another solid win for President Trump in Michigan with a greater margin than his 2016 victory. The ballot counting in Detroit, Michigan on election night took place at the TCF Center, formerly known as Cobo Hall.
This is the site where Detroit City Officials put cardboard over the windows to prevent the GOP observers from seeing in, where poll workers were militantly hostile to the GOP observers, and where hundreds of affidavits by election observers claim they witnessed voter fraud.
At least three election observers testified in sworn affidavits that they witnessed vehicles delivering fraudulent ballots to the TCF Center early in the morning on November 4th.
Michigander Shane Trejo witnessed the 3:30 am Biden Ballot Drop that gave Joe Biden an outstanding lift. “There were thousands of ballots in each box,” Trejo says. “There were at least 50 boxes that I saw unloaded at 3:30 am, well after the 8:00 pm deadline for ballots to show up.”
The 3:30 am was the first ballot delivery since 10:30 pm when 138,000 ballots showed up suddenly. Shane later testified that he noticed that the city of Detroit Clerk’s Office and its emblem were written on the white van that showed up with the ballots. City Clerk Janice Winfrey‘s name was on the van and a number presumably for Janet Winfrey’s office. Trejo says the ballots could not be processed when they arrived, so by the time they were counted, a new shift of poll workers had come in for the day.
After these ballot drops Joe Biden took the lead in Michigan.
Shane Trejo explained how the timing was important. The Biden Ballot Drop took place at the end of one shift. The ballots were left uncounted. So when the new shift came to count ballots they didn’t know where the ballots had come from.
Trejo repeatedly asked about this truck to site supervisors and was STONEWALLED.
Former Michigan State Senator Pat Colbeck was also present at the TCF Center on the morning of November 4th. Senator Colbeck also witnessed the 3:30 am Biden Ballot Drop. Colbeck spoke with The Gateway Pundit back in November, “I went back there and I witnessed a mini-panel truck if you will with a Detroit Election Bureau regalia all over the side and a vehicle ID number on it… And inside of it, and this gets into some chain of custody discussions, there was no indication that there was a Republican and a Democrat (present) during transfer. We don’t know if they stopped by a sidestreet in Coney Island and picked up a few more ballots during transfer. We have no way of verifying any of that information.”
The authorities and media in Michigan were completely uninterested in following up on this shocking story.
Until today, no one has bothered to review the video footage from the TCF Center on election night.

The TCF Center tried to quote us over $22,000 for one day’s worth of video.
We requested two hours of video.
Last Friday we were sent the requested video.
Since last week we have been combing through the hundreds of hours of security camera footage from the TCF Center on the morning of November 4th.
And what we found is a political bombshell.
** At 3:23 AM The Gateway Pundit has exclusive video of a white van registered to the city of Detroit entering the gate into the TCF Center.
** At 3:25 AM we discovered video from a second camera showing three individuals unloading over 50 boxes of ballots in a hallway inside the TCF Building and just outside the counting room.
** The ballots were then wheeled away on carts into the ballot counting room.
** The van is then seen on video leaving the center about 25 minutes later.
** Then we saw the van returning an hour later, entering the TCF Center again and unloading more boxes of ballots.
** The white van was escorted by a black sports car for both ballot deliveries.
** The white van was allowed through an electronic gate to enter the TCF complex.
This is video proof of the fraud in Detroit, Michigan. It is exactly as the GOP observers described it to us back in November!

The mainstream media continues to insist that there is “no evidence” of voter fraud in the 2020 U.S. Presidential election.

Here are many examples of voter fraud in the 2020 U.S. Presidential election that, as far as I’m aware, have not been debunked.
Russell James Ramsland, Jr. audited 22 Dominion voting machines that were used in Antrim County, Michigan.
This is his conclusion from his report on his audit:
“We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results. The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified.”
Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, and Michigan Judge Kevin Elsenheimer all tried to prevent the public from seeing Ramsland’s report on his audit.

A study of more than 3,000 U.S. counties shows that, all else being equal, counties that used Dominion voting machines gave Biden an extra 5.6% of the vote, compared to counties that did not use Dominion machines. Pennsylvania law says:
“NO ABSENTEE BALLOT UNDER THIS SUBSECTION SHALL BE COUNTED WHICH IS RECEIVED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS LATER THAN [EIGHT O’CLOCK P.M. ON THE DAY OF THE PRIMARY OR ELECTION]”

“Pennsylvania Supreme Court Extends Vote By Mail Deadline” “Mail ballots will now be accepted if they are received by 5 p.m. on the Friday after the election and were either postmarked by Nov. 3 or there is no evidence to suggest they were sent after Election Day. Previously, mail ballots had to be received by 8 p.m. on Election Day.”
In several states, vote counting was paused late at night.
Later, when counting resumed, there were giant vote spikes with impossibly high percentages for Biden.
These things only happened in the states where Democrats needed to flip the state from Trump to Biden.

DeKalb County, Georgia illegally refused to honor an Open Records Request to show the documents for the chain of custody for the absentee ballots that were submitted in drop boxes.

An audit of 1,400 mail-in ballots in Nevada found that 2% were cast by voters who never actually received a ballot in the mail, and 1% were cast by voters who say they didn’t even vote.
In Michigan, Federal Judge Linda Parker rejected an election lawsuit filed by Matt Braynard.
This video shows some of the claims that Braynard would have made if Judge Parker had allowed the lawsuit to proceed.
Braynard claims that his team spoke with 926 people whose names and address had been used to cast absentee ballots.
He claims that 12.6% of those people said they never requested an absentee ballot.

All of these people had ignored a written notification that had been mailed to their old address.
Wisconsin made it very easy for all of these 234,000 names to be used for fraudulent voting, because the state allowed every single person in the state to declare themself as “indefinitely confined,” which allowed them to vote by absentee ballot, which allowed them to ignore the state’s voter ID law.
In 2019, only 72,000 voters in the state were “indefinitely confined.”
In 2020, this number more than tripled.

The city of Madison placed illegal drop boxes in the city’s 206 parks.

“The precinct level estimates for Georgia and Pennsylvania indicate that vote fraud may account for Biden’s win in both states. The voter turnout rate data also indicates that there are significant excess votes in Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin as well. While the problems shown here are large, there are two reasons to believe that they are underestimates: 1) the estimates using precinct level data assume that there is no fraud occurring with in-person voting and 2) the voter turnout estimates do not account for ballots for the opposing candidate that are lost, destroyed, or replaced with ballots filled out for the other candidate.”

In several states, vote counting was paused late at night. Later, when counting resumed, there were giant vote spikes with impossibly high percentages for Biden. These things only happened in the states where Democrats needed to flip the state from Trump to Biden. They did not happen in other states.

In the states where no cheating is suspected, Biden’s percentage of the mail in vote remains consistent among different batches within the same state. If one batch of mail in votes in one state went 70% for Biden, then all the other batches of mail in votes in that same state also went 70% for Biden.
But not in the critical swing states.
In the critical swing states, after they stopped counting votes in the middle of the night, and then resumed counting later on, the percentage of mail in votes for Biden was way, way higher than it was in earlier batches within that same state.

METHODS
Before diving in to the specific data, I wanted to provide samples of the graphs I have put together to show examples of states with clear victories for each of the candidates. These graphs make it easier to notice anomalies in other states.
Let’s start with Minnesota.
Votes after election day should be randomly sampled votes received by mail and the percentage of votes for a specific candidate should stay roughly constant. Here you can see Biden received roughly 54% of all votes after election day.
TRUMP WIN
Here is Florida.
Here there is a gradual slant where Biden goes from receiving around 50% of the votes to receiving around 48%, but there is no gap in reporting and it stays consistent until the counting is complete.
SWING STATES IN QUESTION
For this analysis I am going to be focusing specifically on four states: Wisconsin, Georgia, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. All four of these states have some things in common.
WISCONSIN
I have highlighted one of the Bubbles orange and added an orange arrow to illustrate how abnormal this batch is. This batch contained nearly 170,000 votes and 85% of them went to Biden, but Biden’s largest margins were 75.5% in Dane county and 70% in Milwaukee.
WISCONSIN
When you chart the percentage of votes counted as the x axis you can get an idea of how many votes were already counted at this point. The answer is 96.6%. Why did counting stop around 97% and then two hours later this massive influx of new Biden votes came in?
MICHIGAN
Similar to Wisconsin, vote counting stopped during the night, and then a huge batch of votes came in. 96% of the votes went to Biden and he netted around 141,000 votes. A 96% batch of votes seems improbable because Biden’s top county in Michigan was won by 72%.
MICHIGAN
From this point on, the percentage of votes coming in for Biden shifted too (see the orange arrow). Also, like Wisconsin, this batch came in after most of the votes had already been counted (85% in this case).
GEORGIA
Similarly in Georgia, a huge batch came in in the middle of the night mostly for Biden (the vertical blue spike around 1AM corresponding to the orange bubble). Another oddity, after election night every batch of votes favored Biden (no bubbles bottom of chart).
GEORGIA
At 1 AM on election night, 93% of the votes were already counted, and then the big Biden spike of votes came in. Over the next 2 days, the percentage of votes in each batch skewed more and more towards Biden for the final 5% of votes.
PENNSYLVANIA
Pennsylvania also had a stop in counting along with a big batch of votes going to Biden in the middle of the night and then a gradual shift of the returned votes towards Biden until 3 days later when he was declared the winner.
PENNSYLVANIA
It is certainly interesting that as soon as Pennsylvania stopped counting (at around 78% of the votes), the remaining votes shifted progressively in Biden’s favor similar to Georgia. From 45% to 50.5%. I am not sure how this can be explained naturally.
ALL FOUR STATES
Stopped counting votes on the night of the election
Had vote surges for Biden in the middle of the night
Had shifts in the percentage of votes being counted towards Biden after the election and after 90% or more of the votes had already been counted
MAIL-IN BALLOTS
If the mail-in ballots counted post-election were mostly for Biden he would have received over 50% of counted votes in these batches, but that was not the case until *after* the counting was stopped. This is suspicious to me.
CONCLUSION
The odds of all four states exhibiting similar strange behaviors and shifts in how many votes were counted for Biden over time seem improbable if this was not somehow coordinated.

Russell James Ramsland, Jr. says that he has audited 22 Dominion voting machines that were used in Antrim County, Michigan.
Ramsland says his audit is proof that Democrats cheated.
Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, and Michigan Judge Kevin Elsenheimer all tried to prevent the public from seeing Ramsland’s report on his audit.
They failed.
The report has been made public.
The error rate for these voting machines is not supposed to be above 0.0008%.
But Ramsland says these machines had an error rate of 68.05%.
That’s 85,000 times bigger than the maximum that is considered acceptable.
All of those votes were sent to a human who could change them however they wanted.
The machine keeps a log of these changes.
But Ramsland says someone erased these logs for the 2020 election.
Meanwhile, the logs for previous elections are still there.
Ramsland says the following in the conclusion of his report:
“We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results. The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified.”
Neither Dominion Voting Systems, nor any of its employees, have sued Ramsland for defamation.
Such a lawsuit, if it were to happen, would include a process known as “discovery,” where all of Ramsland’s claims would be thoroughly investigated. My guess is that Dominion and its employees don’t want that to happen.
The mainstream media has not debunked Ramsland’s claims.
But they do continue to insist that there is “no evidence” of fraud.

The analyst who led the forensic audit of Dominion Voting Systems in Michigan said on Friday the information state officials pushed to redact shows that the outcomes of races were changed.
“The original report had log evidence that we published in the report to show exactly what we did and exactly the findings. Now, those did ultimately get redacted. And so now, the complaint is ‘well, but there’s no real proof and Dominion says ‘no, these things can’t be done,’” Russell Ramsland Jr. said during a virtual appearance on Newsmax’s “Greg Kelly Reports.”
“But at that point, Dominion’s argument is no longer with us. Dominion’s argument is with their own user’s manual and their own logs, because the logs—had they been able to be published—show very clearly that the RCV [ranked-choice voting] algorithm was enacted. It shows very clearly that the error messages were massive. It was very clearly [sic] that races were flipped,” he added.
Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s office didn’t respond to a request for comment.
Ramsland and his team at Allied Security Operations Group earlier this month audited Dominion machines and software in Antrim County, where officials on election night reported a win for Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden. The officials later said the results were skewed and that President Donald Trump actually received more votes in the county.
The audit was the first conducted post-election of Dominion products. It was part of a court case.
Lawyers for Benson, a Democrat, asked 13th Circuit Judge Kevin Elsenheimer in court last week to order the redaction of the logs before allowing the release of the report, arguing the logs might be source code and publishing them could be a security issue. Matthew DePerno, the lawyer for the plaintiff in the case, said the logs were just setting errors that Ramsland’s team found.
Elsenheimer ultimately sided with the state, saying he didn’t want to allow the release of potentially propriety information. The judge said he might allow an unredacted version of the report to be released in the future.
In the audit, Ramsland said his team concluded Dominion’s voting system “is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.”
“The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Officials disputed the findings in a court filing, alleging the report “makes a series of unsupported conclusions, ascribes motives of fraud and obfuscation to processes that are easily explained as routine election procedures or error corrections, and suggests without explanation that elements of election software not used in Michigan are somehow responsible for tabulation or reporting errors that are either nonexistent or easily explained.”
Before the report was released, Benson’s office noted the audit had happened, while urging voters to “be wary of false claims.”
Benson said after the report was made public that the Nov. 3 election in the state and across the country “was the most secure in the nation’s history” and alleged “there continues to be no evidence of widespread fraud.”
Dominion’s CEO John Poulos in a state Senate hearing this week disputed the report’s conclusions, and the company said in a statement that “the claims made in the report are technologically impossible,” adding, “Dominion machines did not—and could not have—’switched’ or enabled the ‘switching’ of any votes.”
Perno on Friday said on Twitter he was looking forward to Benson’s deposition.
Ramsland on Newsmax predicted the emergence of more explosive information soon.
“I think that there’s going to be some information [to] come forth in the next few days, that is going to drastically change the playing field,” he said.
“And the real question is, will people report on it? We’ll see.”

A hand recount on Wednesday confirmed that a Michigan county falsely reported on election night a win for Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.
The recount in Antrim County found 9,759 votes for President Donald Trump, versus 5,959 for Biden.
On Nov. 3, county officials said Biden received over 3,000 more votes than Trump. Two days later, they said Trump won by about 2,500 votes. A third change took place on Nov. 21, with Trump being certified the winner by nearly 4,000 votes.
Officials blamed the skewed results on human error.
Antrim County uses Dominion Voting Systems machines and software.
An outside group that conducted an audit of the machines said they found Dominion’s voting system “intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors,” causing the ballots to enter a process known as adjudication.
“The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified,” Russell Ramsland Jr., co-founder of Allied Security Operations Group, said in the preliminary report on the audit.
Jonathan Brater, Michigan’s director of elections, who works out of Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s office, responded by alleging the audit report did not explain its allegations about the voting system’s “intentional” design.
“Although a more detailed analysis of the report must be conducted with an individual with technical expertise, it is apparent to me that the report makes a series of unsupported conclusions, ascribes motives of fraud and obfuscation to processes that are easily explained as routine election procedures or error corrections, and suggests without explanation that elements of election software not used in Michigan are somehow responsible for tabulation or reporting errors that are either nonexistent or easily explained,” he wrote in a court filing.
Benson, a Democrat, announced earlier this month that a “zero-margin risk-limiting audit” would be performed in Antrim County.
Lori Bourbonnais of the Michigan Bureau of Elections on Wednesday, after the recount, told reporters that the preliminary results from the audit showed 11 additional ballots were found for Trump, while Biden’s vote count went down by one.
Officials also found three other ballots, including one for Libertarian candidate Jo Jorgensen.
“This is a very typical of what we find in a hand count of ballots. It is normal to find one or two votes in a precinct that differ between a hand tally and the machine count. So what we saw today was very typical,” she said.
Another official said during the recount that they were “confident” in the election results, and referred to what happened with the false reporting on election night as caused by “human error.”
Benson said in a statement that the audit “confirmed the truth & affirmed the facts: Dominion’s voting machines accurately tabulated votes cast for President.”
The Trump and Biden campaigns didn’t respond to requests for comment.
According to certified results from Michigan, Biden won the state by over 154,000 votes. It is one of seven states with dueling electors.
Dominion’s CEO, John Poulos, answered questions from lawmakers in Michigan last week. He gave the most detailed explanation of what purportedly happened with the vote count in Antrim County.
Poulos said that because of a rule change, the machine programming needed to be updated in October. But Antrim County officials failed to update all 18 tabulators, meaning some had new programming while some still had the old programming.
Officials then forgot to conduct the logic and accuracy tests on the programming, he said. A third error took place when a contracting firm in October programmed the tabulators in a way that allowed memory cards with both the old and new programming to count votes.
“If all of the tabulators had been updated as per procedure, there wouldn’t have been any error in the unofficial reporting,” he said.
Dominion didn’t program the machines and have no access to Antrim’s systems, he said. Dominion is also not in possession of any logs, databases, or election material.
“A lot of the arguments were incomprehensible to me,” he said, referring to allegations in the audit report. “But then again, I haven’t seen any of the files.”

The third video was taken at a table where the ballots from Central Lake Twp. were being counted. In the video, a male counter can be seen questioning “multiple ballots with the same signature.” According to Matthew DePerno, 138 ballots had write-in-votes where the penmanship was exactly the same.
In the video below, the SOS official can be seen demanding that the counters ignore what they believe is voter fraud and count the ballots.
“We need to do the counts because if we don’t have the counts, then we can’t move forward. And we understand that there is a concern with this precinct—but this is not a time for you to be investigating right now.”
“Did you find something else?” the male counter asks.
“No,” she replies, adding, “So, you need to move forward with the audit, so we can get the numbers, so we can see how many ballots are here.”
The female counter asks, “So when we’re done with the audit, there’s still the opportunity to challenge the fact that we have multiple ballots with the very same signature?” she asks.
“I don’t know if ‘challenge’ is the right word,” the SOS official says.
“But we’re challenging—” the volunteer says.
The male volunteer tells the SOS, “We’ll go ahead and count the ballots moving forward, but we will separate out, and count those— there’s going to be an asterisk, saying ‘these ballots have the same signature.’”
“And again, we know that you have a concern with this precinct,” she tells them, explaining, “That’s not your role at this very moment,” as she continues to push for them to ignore the multiple matching signatures and only count the ballots.
“What I need you to do right now is finish the audit,” she tells them again. Both of the volunteers explain that they are going to make a note of the ballots, to which the SOS official replies, “Again, that is not the process.”
The SOS official implores them to continue to count the presidential ballots.
At no point does the SOS official assure them that the issue of the multiple potentially fraudulent ballots will be addressed, but instead demands that they count them as if they were all legitimate ballots.

A Michigan judge ordered the release Monday of an independent forensic audit report of the Dominion Voting Systems machines used in Antrim County, which flipped from a win for Democrat Joe Biden to President Donald Trump after a glitch was discovered and corrected.
The audit, which was led by Russell Ramsland of the Dallas-based Allied Security Operations Group, revealed over a 68 percent ballot error rate — at least 85,000 times higher than the Federal Election Commission guidelines allow.
Additionally, Ramsland’s team reported the “extremely suspicious” absence of logs regarding the abnormally high number of digitally adjudicated ballots.
Antrim County in northern Michigan made headlines last month after the discovery of an Election Day computer “glitch” that had falsely switched the county from a win for Trump to a Biden victory.
The amended results showed the president winning the county with 9,748 votes to Biden’s 5,960.
Ramsland’s report said that of the 15,676 individual voting events recorded on the Dominion Voting Systems in Antrim County, 10,667 ballots — 68.05 percent — were errors.
The allowable election error rate established by the FEC guidelines is 1 in 500,000 ballots, but Ramsland’s team used 1 in 125,000 or 0.0008 percent, making the requirement less strict to account for vagueness in the law, Ramsland said in a text to The Western Journal.
In other words, what occurred in Antrim County was at least 85,000 times higher than what is allowable.
Ramsland’s team also said it found that a “staggering number” of votes were digitally adjudicated in 2020.
The report explains that Dominion software classifies ballots in two categories: normal and adjudicated.
Ballots sent to adjudication can be altered by administrators, as was demonstrated by an election worker in Georgia last week.

“A staggering number of votes required adjudication,” the report said. “This was a 2020 issue not seen in previous election cycles still stored on the server. This is caused by intentional errors in the system. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency and no audit trail.”
“Significantly, the computer system shows vote adjudication logs for prior years; but all the adjudication logs log entries for the 2020 election cycle are missing,” Ramsland’s team said. “The adjudication process is the simplest way to manually manipulate votes. The lack of records prevents any form of audit accountability, and their conspicuous absence is extremely suspicious since the files exist for previous years using the same software.
“Removal of these files violates state law and prevents a meaningful audit, even if the [secretary of state] wanted to conduct an audit. We must conclude that the 2020 election cycle records have been manually removed.”
The audit also found Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s statement on Nov. 6 that “the correct results [in Antrim] always were and continue to be reflected on the tabulator totals tape” to be false.
Sixty-four Michigan counties use Dominion Voting Systems, according to WLNS-TV in Lansing.
Attorneys for the state of Michigan sought to prevent the Ramsland audit from being released, the Detroit Free Press reported Monday.
Assistant Attorney General Erik Grill called it “inaccurate, incomplete and misleading.”
However, Judge Kevin Elsenheimer of the 13th Circuit Court in Michigan approved the release with some references to software coding redacted.
Current results in the state show Biden leading Trump by approximately 154,000 votes.
In an interview in the spring, Ramsland told The Western Journal those seeking to swing a U.S. presidential election electronically would just have to focus on a few key swing states.

The first inkling Americans had that there was something going on with voting machines came when Antrim County, Michigan admitted that its computer had a “glitch” and gave 6,000 Trump votes to Biden. County officials quickly backtracked, calling it “human error,” but it was too late. The computer fraud cat was out of the bag. Now, thanks to a judge pushing past the Michigan secretary of state’s effort to suppress information, we can finally see the preliminary forensics report on Antrim County’s Dominion systems. This post summarizes the highlights.
Russell Ramsland, of Allied Security Operations Group, LLC (ASOG), wrote the report. You may be familiar with him from this video. If you haven’t watched the video, I recommend it, because it’s a great overview of how computer systems can be used for fraudulent elections.
The topline summary is that the Dominion machines in Antrim County were set up to send almost 70% of votes to “adjudication.” This meant that, instead of the voting machine simply tabulating the votes, the ballots were subjected to a non-transparent process, with no auditable trail.
It was this “adjudication” process that dictated which candidate would receive the vote. And just to make the process more opaque, Antrim County did something in 2020 it had never done since it started using the machines: it deleted all the adjudication entries. The server logs are also missing.
With that heads up, here are summaries of the main points: the audit found that two different Dominion software programs were in use. Programs should be standardized throughout an election “if election tabulation is the expected outcome as required by US Election Law.” This type of difference “is a design feature to alter election outcomes.” Under the Help America Vote Act, the Safe Harbor factor mandates that changes to election systems must cease 90 days before an election. Michigan made these illegal changes and used the invalid second vote counts for certification purposes.
The effects of the changes were huge. On November 6, after an illegal post-election software update, there was a vote recount in tiny Central Lake Township (fewer than 1,500 voters) that saw the same 1,400-plus ballots being run through the system twice, with a greater than 60% change in outcomes. Federal election law allows a ballot error rate standard of 0.0008%. These changes “demonstrate[] conclusively that votes can be and were changed during the second machine counting. That should be impossible.”
At the Antrim County clerk’s office, worse was to come, starting with the fact that the USB memory stick that booted the system hadn’t been properly secured (violating basic election integrity) and was found in an unlocked drawer. The Dominion software violated basic security standards for voting systems. Fifteen security patches were never installed, leaving existing security systems years out of date. The system was vulnerable to manual and online hacking and viruses. Additionally, usernames and passwords were shared, allowing anyone to manipulate the system.
The biggest deal, though, was the “error rate.” For all the votes cast, there was a 68.05% error rate, far exceeding the statutory 0.0008% rate allowed. Of 1,491 ballots cast in one case, 1,222 were reversed — an 81.96% rejection rate.
The machines were configured so that all write-in ballots were flagged for adjudication, which “allow[s] a computer operator to decide to whom to award those votes (or to trash them)” — all “with no audit trail or oversight.” Aside from the system’s built-in opacity, on November 21, someone tried to zero out everything on the system — which screams “consciousness of guilt” and “spoliation.”
In sum, the Dominion system, which runs Venezuelan-created and controlled Smartmatic software, has a default setting that makes it possible to change votes. In Antrim County, the machines maintained this ability to change votes and, indeed, sent almost 70% of votes cast to be “adjudicated,” a clear violation of federal election law. There are no records of what happened to those votes. (Changed? Not changed? And who did it and in which country?)
Additionally, the software was illegally changed, violating a legally mandated safe harbor period, including changes between tallies. Basic security was ignored. Logs were removed, and someone tried to delete the entire voting record.
This was a preliminary report, so you can expect more information. If what happened in Antrim County was repeated wherever Dominion systems are used, there’s no doubt that a huge percentage of write-in votes were rerouted to people (some or all of whom may have been overseas). These people “adjusted” the votes to achieve a desired, Biden-esque outcome.
Biden may have gotten the Electoral College nod on Monday, but if his votes came through fraud, that nod is meaningless. He’s not our president.

I will put this simply–Donald Trump is the duly elected President of the United States. Not Joe Biden.
Thanks to a brave judge in Michigan, we now have indisputable, concrete evidence that the votes tabulated in any county or jurisdiction in the United States using electronic voting machines supplied by Dominion Voting Systems Corporation were tainted and the audit trail required to prove the integrity of those machines has been erased.
You can (and you should) read the damning results of the forensic investigation of the Dominion Voting System machines used in Antrim County, Michigan. Here are the key facts from this investigation:
The machine tabulated results reported on November 3, 2020 show there were 12,423 votes for President–with Joe Biden receiving 7,769 and Donald Trump garnering 4,509. The machine count for 3 November shows that only 56% of the registered voters cast a ballot for President. But a subsequent tabulation three weeks later (21 November) put Trump on top with 9,748 votes to Biden’s 5,960. The total votes for President increased by 3,526 and the turnout approached 73%.
A staggering number of the ballots cast in Antrim required ADJUDICATION. The Dominion system classifies ballots into two categories, 1) normal ballots and 2) adjudicated ballots. Ballots sent to adjudication can be altered by administrators, and adjudication files can be moved between different Results Tally and Reporting (RTR) terminals with no audit trail of which administrator actually adjudicates (i.e. votes) the ballot batch.
In Central Lake Township, for example, 81.96% of the 1,491 total ballots cast were adjudicated, which means that the decision about who received the vote was made by election personnel.
All the ADJUDICATION logs for the November 2020 election cycle are missing while the files for previous years still exist. The lack of current records prevents any form of audit accountability.
All server security logs prior to 11:03 pm on November 4, 2020 are missing. This means that all security logs for the day after the election, on election day, and prior to election day are gone. These logs contain domain controls, authentication failures, error codes, times users logged on and off, network connections to file servers between file accesses, internet connections, times, and data transfers.

The Election Event Designer Log shows that Dominion Image Cast Precinct Cards were programmed with new ballot programming on 10/23/2020 and then again after the election on 11/05/2020. Specifically, the Central Lake Township tabulator tape totals were significantly altered by utilizing two different program versions (10/23/2020 and 11/05/2020), both of which were software changes during an election–a clear violation of election law.
Antrim County used two software packages with the Dominion machines–one counted actual votes (i.e. tabulated) and the other CALCULATED ballot totals.
The tabulator tape totals prove there were large numbers of votes switched from the November 3, 2020 tape to the November 6, 2020 tape. This was solely based on using different software versions of the operating program to calculate votes.
A high “error rate” in the election software (in this case 68.05%) means an algorithm was used that weighted one candidate greater than another (for instance, weight a specific candidate at a 2/3 to approximately 1/3 ratio). The Antrim logs show that the RCV or Ranked Choice Voting Algorithm was enabled (see image below from the Dominion manual), which allows the user to apply a weighted numerical value to candidates and change the overall result.
The Dominion voting machines used in Antrim County are used in 48 other Michigan counties, which calls into question the entire results of the Presidential election.
This is not a conspiracy theory. The report presents and explains verifiable facts. The Dominion voting systems were used to manipulate the results reported for the Presidential election and other issues on the ballot in 2020 in Antrim County, Michigan. The hardware and software used in Antrim are not unique to that location. The Dominion system used in Michigan is used across the United States.
The nature of the fraud is illustrated in the results reported in the Ellsworth School Board election in Antrim County. On November 3, 2020, the Dominion machines reported 663 votes (this was the calculated result). Two days later the actual votes were tabulated–only 3 people voted for two different candidates for a total of six votes. The disappearance of 657 votes is not “human error.” That is machine manipulation. It happened to the school board and it happened to Donald Trump.
It is now imperative that Republican legislators and voters in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona and Nevada demand a full forensic audit of the Dominion systems. This is widespread fraud and it is up to the people to demand that there be an accounting.
