One of the very biggest reasons yet for why the lockdown is a scam: A federal judge struck down Cuomo’s and de Blasio’s lockdown orders for churches because the lockdown did not apply to Black Lives Matter protests

My list of reasons why the lockdown is a scam can be read at Here are 150 reasons why I’m against the COVID-19 lockdowns
Here’s a new one that I’ll be adding the next time I update my list.
A federal judge has ruled against the lockdown on churches and synagogues by New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, because the lockdown did not apply to Black Lives Matter protestors.
This is absolute proof, from a federal judge, that the lockdown is a scam.
Here are some examples of Cuomo’s and de Blasio’s hypocrisy:
De Blasio broke up a rabbi’s funeral, citing the virus as the reason, but allowed a funeral for George Floyd.
De Blasio threatened to shut down synagogues and churches, but not mosques.
De Blasio said he still supported quarantine measures that limited attendance at houses of worship to 10, even as he supported much larger gatherings for Black Lives Matter protests.
Cuomo criticized anti-lockdown protestors, but defended Black Lives Matter protestors who violated the lockdown.
And one of the most absurd examples of the lockdown’s double standards: A Jewish children’s gathering turned into a George Floyd protest so De Blasio wouldn’t shut it down.
Here’s a photograph of it. Note the sign on the left that says, “Justice for George Floyd.”

Make up your minds, Governor Cuomo and Mayor de Blasio. Either the virus is too dangerous for people to be gathering in large groups, or it’s not. You can’t have it be safe for people that you agree with, but dangerous for people that you disagree with. Viruses don’t work that way. The virus doesn’t know or care why people are gathering together in large groups.

Citing protests, federal judge strikes down Cuomo and de Blasio lockdown orders for churches
By Nicholas Rowan
June 26, 2020
A federal judge on Friday struck down orders issued by New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio that limit the size of church services.
The ruling, a preliminary injunction delivered by District Judge Gary Sharpe, notes that by endorsing protests for racial justice while simultaneously discouraging large gatherings in churches, both Cuomo and de Blasio undermined their claim that their lockdown orders were “generally applicable.”
“The State argues, in overly-simplistic fashion, that the challenged laws only incidentally impose a burden on religious exercise, and they are neutral and generally applicable, and therefore, only rational basis need be shown, which is self-evident: preventing the spread of COVID-19,” Sharpe wrote. “The State was silent with respect to the mass race protests.”
Sharpe added that de Blasio’s comments with regard to churches, as well as his attitude toward New York Jewish communities, made it difficult for the mayor to make a “legitimate” claim that he is not biased against people of faith while favoring protests.
“Governor Cuomo and Mayor de Blasio could have just as easily discouraged protests, short of condemning their message, in the name of public health and exercised discretion to suspend enforcement for public safety reasons instead of encouraging what they knew was a flagrant disregard of the outdoor limits and social distancing rules,” Sharpe wrote. “They could have also been silent. But by acting as they did, Governor Cuomo and Mayor de Blasio sent a clear message that mass protests are deserving of preferential treatment.”
De Blasio, in early June, said that allowing protests and allowing religious services were “not the same question.”
The ruling came after Catholic churches and Orthodox synagogues in upstate New York filed a suit earlier this month alleging that Cuomo’s executive orders violated their First Amendment rights.
Following Sharpe’s order, New York officials are no longer allowed to impose limits on indoor, in-person religious gatherings.

And here is still even more proof that the lockdown is a scam: New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio does not understand math

Here’s another one that I’ll be adding the next time I update my list, which you can read here: Here are 70 reasons why I’m against the COVID-19 lockdowns
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio does not understand math.
According to the CDC, for children who contract COVID-19, the death rate is zero:
https://www.businessinsider.com/most-us-coronavirus-deaths-ages-65-older-cdc-report-2020-3
And here’s a recent news headline:
https://www.yahoo.com/news/risk-coronavirus-spreading-schools-extremely-194143983.html
Risk of coronavirus spreading in schools ‘extremely low’, study finds
Despite those two pieces of information, this is a recent tweet by New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio:
https://twitter.com/NYCMayor/status/1262509072051470340
The text of de Blasio’s tweet says: (the bolding is mine)
“Earlier today the NYPD shut down a Yeshiva conducting classes with as many as 70 children. I can’t stress how dangerous this is for our young people. We’re issuing a Cease and Desist Order and will make sure we keep our communities and our kids safe.”
Clearly, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio does not understand math.

New York City, controlled by racist Democrats, is using COVID-19 as an excuse for the police to harass racial minorities
New York City is controlled by Democrats. It’s one of the bluest cities in the country. The mayor is a Democrat. Of the 51 members of the New York City Council, 48 are Democrats. In the 2016 election for U.S. president, 79% of the voters in New York City voted for Democrat Hillary Clinton. That makes New York City one of the bluest, most Democratic controlled cities in the country.
Democrats, as we know, are the party of slavery, the Ku Klux Klan, Jim Crow, and school segregation.
After a Democratic U.S. Senator named Robert Byrd started his own chapter of the Ku Klux Klan and recruited 150 of his friends and family members to join it, Democrat Hillary Clinton referred to him as “my friend and mentor.” After Clinton praised the Ku Klux Klan leader, 79% of the voters in New York City voted for Clinton for U.S. President.
Therefore, it should come as no surprise that the racist, Democratic controlled city of New York is using COVID-19 as an excuse for police officers to harass racial minorities.
This recent article by NBC News it titled
Violent encounter in New York City prompts concerns about unequal policing of social distancing
The article’s first two paragraphs state:
A violent encounter between a New York City police officer and a bystander that police said began as an attempt to enforce social distancing rules has prompted concerns about unequal policing.
New York City’s public advocate Jumaane Williams posted pictures on Twitter on Sunday — one of swarms of white people sitting in parks and three images from what appeared to depict encounters between police and people of color.
This is the tweet that the article is referring to:
The same NBC News article also states:
Last week, de Blasio personally oversaw the dispersal of a crowd of mourners in the Williamsburg neighborhood at the funeral of a Hasidic rabbi, that he and the commissioner said drew thousands of people.
Clearly, the racist Democrats who control New York City don’t think the First Amendment’s protections of freedom of assembly and freedom of religion applies to minorities such as Jews.
It is very clear and obvious that New York City, controlled by racist Democrats, is using COVID-19 as an excuse to harass racial and religious minorities.
NYC Mayor Threatens to Shut Down Synagogues, Churches: But not Mosques
NYC Mayor Threatens to Shut Down Synagogues, Churches: But not Mosques
March 30, 2020
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio threatened on Friday that the Big Apple could close down certain places of worship if New Yorkers continue violating the state’s stay-at-home restrictions and keep congregating for religious services at those locations report Fox News.
“A small number of religious communities, specific churches and specific synagogues are unfortunately not paying attention to this guidance even though it’s so widespread,” the Democrat mayor said at a news conference on the coronavirus crisis.
And although the corona-count hit the 1,000 mark in NYC on Sunday, city officials continue to work hard to control the spread of the pandemic.
“I want to say to all those who are preparing for the potential of religious services this weekend: If you go to your synagogue, if you go to your church and attempt to hold services after having been told so often not to, our enforcement agents will have no choice but to shut down those services,” he added.
Interestingly, de Blasio made no mention of the over one-hundred mosques in New York City.
De Blasio was also under fire recently for his bail reform whose lack of deterrent led many in New York’s Jewish community blamed for the increased antisemitic assaults.
Black Brooklynites Attack Hasidic Jews, De Blasio Blames Trump And ‘White Supremacy’
Black Brooklynites Attack Hasidic Jews, De Blasio Blames Trump And ‘White Supremacy’
May 13, 2019
In a recent spate of hate crime attacks on Hasidic Jews in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, virtually all the perpetrators have been African-American, according to local activists, elected officials, and victims.
Yet at a recent news briefing reporting an 82 percent increase in anti-Semitic incidents in the city, when New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio was asked about the attacks, he connected the attacks to national trends, blaming “white supremacy” and “nativism.”
“It’s really clear that forces of white supremacy have been unleashed,” de Blasio said in a press conference earlier this month. “A lot of folks used to be told it was unacceptable to be anti-Semitic, it was unacceptable to be racist and now they’re getting more permission. We’ve got make it very clear it’s unacceptable in our society. And the best way we do that here is by finding the perpetrators and prosecuting them and ensuring that they feel the consequences of their acts.”
Yet there is no evidence any of the perpetrators in Brooklyn (“here”) were nativists or white supremacists. In most of the attacks caught on video, it is clear the perpetrators are black.
For example, in a prominent case late last year, a black teenager was arrested after being caught on tape furiously beating a Hasidic man with a wooden stick.
Then, in late January, three men were caught on video shoving a Hasidic man violently to the ground, punching him and leaving cuts and bruises. Three African-American men — Nazar Walters, Teshon Bannister, and Joshua Peters — were arrested for the attack and face hate-crime charges. The three are also suspects in another attack the same night.
And last month, a Hasidic man who said hello to an African-American man smoking a cigar says the man cursed, punched, and choked him, saying he hates Jews and blames them for his economic problems. The attack was caught on security video.
Crown Heights residents confirm those and many similar videos are representative of the spate of violence.
For example, District Leader Geoffrey Davis, an elected official in New York’s 43rd assembly district, said the attacks are due to black racism against Jews. Davis, who is African-American, called the violence “a misplaced anger by black people who have a tendency of lashing out at Jewish people under the assumption that they are creating havoc in our community — which they are not.”
Crown Heights has been the site of ongoing tensions since a three-day race riot in 1991 in which black youth attacked Jews on the street, killing one rabbinical student, although Davis said he does not see a direct connection between those riots and today’s violence.
Nonetheless, one Hasidic hate-crime victim said all three of his attackers were African-American. Mendy, a Crown Heights resident who asked that his last name not be used, described walking down the street late at night when a black man punched him in the face “quite hard” and ran off with two other men.
He said in his opinion “the vast majority” of the recent attackers have been African-American: “it’s completely one-sided. People in the Jewish community aren’t walking down the street attacking others. We’re not interested in fighting with our neighbors.”
The racial makeup of the perpetrators of the hate crimes does not appear in question. For example, City Councilman Chaim Deutsch, who represents part of Brooklyn, confirmed that most of the Crown Heights attacks were by African-Americans, and community activist Rabbi Yaacov Behrman, director of Operation Survival, said that of at least two dozen cases of anti-Hasidic attacks he’s aware of in the last year, all but two were by blacks. (The other two were by people of indeterminate race.) Behrman complained that the media blames the spike in hate crimes “on the far right” whereas locally people understand the attacks in the local context.
Every Brooklyn resident interviewed for this story strongly rejected the idea that forces often linked to President Trump had anything to do with the attacks. Mendy said that the attackers “aren’t white supremacists wearing MAGA hates and shooting up black churches.”
As for de Blasio, New York Councilman Kalman Yeger, who represents a district in Brooklyn, praised the mayor for “standing up tall and forcefully against anti-Semitism” but said he did not see a causal link between the president’s rhetoric and the attacks.
Mayor de Blasio, in fact, has not delineated the connections he sees between white supremacy and black-on-Hasidic crime in Brooklyn, but his reference to “white supremacy … unleashed” and “they’re getting more permission” echoes language he’s used in the past linking President Trump to white supremacy and nativism.
Democrats give public housing to illegal aliens instead of to U.S. citizens
I just found out that Democrats are giving public housing to illegal aliens instead of to U.S. citizens.
HUD Secretary Ben Carson said of this:
“There is an affordable-housing crisis in this country, and we need to make certain our scarce public resources help those who are legally entitled to it.”
President Trump has ordered illegal aliens to get out of public housing within 18 months.
Democrats don’t like that one bit.
New York City Democratic Mayor Bill de Blasio said of Trump’s order:
“This is what cruelty looks like.”
Apparently, de Blasio doesn’t think it’s “cruel” to keep U.S. citizens out of these public housing units that are currently being occupied by illegal aliens.
U.S. Congressional Representative Carolyn Maloney (D-New York) said that Carson was
“despicable” for “ripping apart families and throwing children on the street”
Apparently, Maloney thinks that if illegal aliens move out of public housing, this will somehow cause them to abandon their own children.
Also, apparently, Maloney doesn’t think it’s “despicable” that Democrats are causing U.S. citizens to be homeless.
With the demand for public housing exceeding the supply, it is necessary to prioritize who should and should not be allowed to live in it. By choosing to give this housing to illegal aliens instead of to U.S. citizens, Democrats have shown where their true loyalties lie.
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio: “We are going to ban the classic glass and steel skyscrapers”
De Blasio’s Green New Deal will ban ‘classic glass and steel skyscrapers’
April 22, 2019
Mayor Bill de Blasio’s so-called Green New Deal will ban “classic glass and steel skyscrapers,” he said Monday.
“We are going to ban the classic glass and steel skyscrapers which are incredibly inefficient,” Hizzoner said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”
“If someone wants to build one of those things, they can take a whole lot of steps to make it energy efficient, but we’re not going to allow what we’ve seen in the past.”
De Blasio’s new scheme to slash carbon emissions by 30 percent by 2030 includes a ban on new buildings with all-glass facades “unless they meet strict performance guidelines,” City Hall said in a release Monday.
