I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again. Every city has exactly as much crime as it’s willing to tolerate. The above quote from the Georgia Attorney General is just as much a criticism of those other states as it is of the criminals. I hope all of these criminals are prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

PORTLAND, ORE. — Protesters in the Pacific Northwest smashed windows at a Democratic Party headquarters, marched through the streets and burned an American flag Wednesday in a strident challenge by anti-fascist and racial-justice protesters to the new administration of President Joe Biden, whose promised reforms, they declared, “won’t save us.”
In Portland, lines of federal agents in camouflage — now working under the Biden administration — blanketed streets with tear gas and unleashed volleys of welt-inducing pepper balls as they confronted a crowd that gathered outside an Immigration and Customs Enforcement building near downtown. Some in the crowd later burned a Biden-for-President flag in the street.
Another tense protest in Seattle saw dozens of people push their way through the streets, with some breaking windows, spray-painting anarchist insignia and chanting not only about ICE but about the many other issues that roiled America’s streets last year under the administration of former President Donald Trump.
“No Cops, Prisons, Borders, Presidents,” said one banner, while another proclaimed that the conflict over racial justice, policing, immigration and corporate influence in the country was “not over” merely because a new president had been inaugurated in Washington, D.C.
“A Democratic administration is not a victory for oppressed people,” said a flyer handed out during the demonstrations, during which protesters also smashed windows at a shop often described as the original Starbucks in downtown Seattle. The communiqués used expletives to condemn Biden and “his stupid” crime bill, passed in 1994 and blamed for mass incarcerations in the years since.
Hours after Biden’s inauguration, federal agents in Portland used tear gas and other crowd-control munitions to disperse demonstrators who had gathered to protest the harsh arrest and detention practices wielded by federal immigration authorities under the Trump administration.
Biden has signaled that immigration is going to be a key issue of his presidency, using some of his first executive orders Wednesday to end construction of the border wall and bolster the program that provides deportation protections for immigrants who were brought into the country without authorization as children.
The conflict in Portland capped a day of demonstrations in the liberal city, where different groups of protesters either decried Biden or called for activism to pressure the new president to take forceful action on immigration, climate change, health care, racial justice and income inequality.
Earlier in the day, about 200 people — a mix of racial justice, anti-fascist and anarchist activists — marched to the local Democratic Party headquarters, where some of them smashed windows and tipped over garbage containers, lighting the contents of one on fire. “We don’t want Biden — we want revenge,” said one sign, referring to killings committed by police officers.
In a city that has seen months of demonstrations over racial injustice, economic inequality, federal law enforcement and corporate power — and some of the harshest law enforcement responses to such protests — protesters have vowed to continue their actions no matter who is president. “We are ungovernable,” one sign in the crowd said.
In Seattle, about 150 people marched through the streets. Some spray-painted buildings with an anarchist symbol and broke windows, including at a federal courthouse. They chanted both anti-Trump and anti-Biden slogans.
One member of the group handed out flyers to people on the street that said, “Biden won! And so did corporate elites!” The flyers explained that a “Democratic administration is not a victory for oppressed people” and that “Biden will not save us.”
“I came out here because no matter what happens, Biden and Kamala aren’t enough,” said one of the protesters, Alejandro Quezada Brom, 28, referring to Vice President Kamala Harris. He said the new president needs to know that “the pressure’s not off” for progress on immigration and policing reforms.
Seattle police officers followed the group and began to surround it as night fell. At least two protesters appeared to be arrested.

Radical arsonist torches BLACK restaurant after owner’s brother criticizes Antifa for violence in Portland

Thirty-eight-year-old Jennifer Lynn Cole has been arrested and charged with second-degree arson for torching Portland restaurant Reo’s Ribs in retaliation for the owner’s brother criticizing Antifa.
Andy Ngo, a famous reporter who covers Antifa violence, first broke the story on Nov. 28, saying “Reo’s Ribs, a restaurant in Portland, was destroyed in a fire overnight,” Ngo reported. “It is next to the businesses that were vandalized last week by Antifa. The owner gave an interview where he was critical of that vandalism against his neighbors.”
Earlier in December surveillance footage of the crime was released by KOIN News and shared by Ngo in a tweet. The tape shows a female, presumably Cole, starting a small fire near recycling and garbage receptacles which then turns into a massive blaze.
Before the incident occurred, the owner’s brother Ricky Varnado had criticized Antifa and leftist agitators for destroying small businesses across Portland.
“I just hope whoever is doing this, they would catch the people who [are] doing it and be prosecuted for what they’ve done,” Ricky said. “I mean, because this is really a sad time of the year they are doing this, with the coronavirus epidemic that’s going on, people are having a hard time trying to make it in life and this makes it even worse.”
In 2017, Reo’s Ribs was destroyed in another fire which was ruled as an accident. Owner Reo Varnado said at the time the fire wasn’t an accident, citing previous comments made by unknown individuals, some of which reportedly involved race-based pejoratives.
“It makes me think about my past when I was growing up in Mississippi,” the restaurant owner said. “Because I’ve seen it happen so many times back there. It gives me flashbacks.”
The irony of the attack cannot be understated as Reo is himself a black man. This incident points to a wider pattern of behavior by Antifa, a radical organization many members within today’s political establishment continue to ignore.
One thing is for certain, however. Antifa is far from an imaginary boogeyman propagated by the GOP. The proof is in the pudding. The demise of Reo’s business is one of many incidents that have occurred throughout 2020.
Indeed, the United States has failed to come to terms with Antifa, which has consistently shown itself to be a violent, radical, and morally bankrupt political movement designed to do only one thing – utilize fear as a tool to silence opposition of any kind.

On Sunday, police arrested a man who confessed to starting a brush fire with a Molotov cocktail in Portland. They booked him in Multnomah County Jail. Portland being Portland, the authorities released the suspect that evening. The man then went on to start six more fires before the police arrested him yet again. The cops took him to a hospital for a mental evaluation.
“On Sunday, September 13, 2020 at 4:35p.m., East Precinct officers were dispatched to assist Portland Fire and Rescue with a brush fire in the 9600 block of East Burnside Street,” the Portland Police Bureau (PPB) reported. “Officers saw that a section of grass along the I-205 freeway was burning. Firefighters extinguished the fire. No one was injured and no structures were damaged.”
A witness identified a suspect in a nearby tent and “officers arrested the suspect, who confirmed he lit the fire with the device,” a Molotov cocktail.
Officers booked 45-year-old Domingo Lopez Jr. into jail on charges of Reckless Burning and Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree. “Arson investigators are also doing a follow-up to see if other charges are warranted.”
A reasonable person might expect the story to end there. The suspect confessed to the crime, the cops booked him in jail and got him off the streets. With a little time and some well-deserved punishment, the arsonist might reconsider his destructive ways. After all, the Pacific Northwest is undergoing a particularly harsh fire season, and fires near Portland have discolored the sky with smoke.
The story did not end there, however. Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt has notoriously taken the side of violent antifa rioters against the police they attack, and he announced that his office would not prosecute many riot-related crimes, even when some of those crimes endanger the lives of police officers. Perhaps that attitude helps explain why Domingo Lopez Jr. left jail on Sunday evening. Apparently, the suspect had enough time on his hands to set a whopping six more fires before the police again detained him.
“A suspect arrested last evening for starting a brush fire was arrested again after he started 6 more small fires,” PPB reported. Officers went to capture Lopez at 3:37 a.m. on Monday morning, joining Portland Fire and Rescue to put out many fires “along the west side of the I-205 freeway,” an area along the same freeway Lopez had targeted hours before.
“Portland Fire and Rescue extinguished three of them while passing community members put out the other three. All were caught early. No one was injured and no structures were burnt,” the police reported. Officers again arrested Lopez, seizing a lighter as evidence.
“Lopez was transported to a hospital on a Police Officer Hold for a mental health evaluation. He was issued citations for 6 additional counts of Reckless Burning,” PPB added.
This is what happens when authorities release dangerous criminals — they commit more crimes and endanger more people. Yet activists want to abolish the police?
This madness needs to end.

This one is personal for me. A mob of rioters tried blocking and stopping a truck towing a horse trailer, likely with horses inside. The driver said hell to the no. Mowed through them, and possibly rolled over a one or two. Lest anyone be wondering, I have zero sympathy for the rioters who got pancaked. I’ll explain after the video:

Now, the personal part. As maybe seven of you know, I have horses. I have driven across states towing my horse trailer with my Queen safely inside. I have horse trailer towing experience, is what I’m getting at. One cannot easily stop a trailer, nor can one easily turn around. So if you see shit up ahead of you, and you’re pulling a rig, there’s shit you can do about it. Rigs do not flip U-turns like a Prius, you feel me? So if people are saying this driver should’ve turned the ship around, no. A truck towing a horse trailer, especially the one in the video above, has all the agility of Titanic.
Secondly, woe be upon anyone who tries to inflict harm on my horses. If you want to see a person at their most dangerous, threaten their steeds. My Queen agrees to step inside and travel in the aluminum wheel box because I asked her to. She steps inside because she trusts me. I do not take this trust for granted. Based on the barbaric behavior I’m seeing from these rioters, there is no way I would allow them anywhere near my horse. These rioters would most certainly harm my animals either on purpose, or by accident. F*ck them and f*ck them hard. No lubricant.
Thirdly, interstates are for cars. Not for brainless asshats looking for a reason to rage.
Now you’re in the headspace of the driver above. I can’t tell if it’s a gal or a guy. Typically in America, with horses, it’s mostly ladies, so I’m heading out on that limb that it was a chica. The rioters blocking her truck were trying to stop her truck. And thus, stop the trailer with horses inside. Horses that are already terrified out of their tiny minds.
What I’m saying is, were I on a jury for this driver, she wasn’t in the wrong. These idiots could’ve gotten out of the way. They thought they’re little bodies against the Cummings engine would prove victorious. They thought their little bodies up against a horsewoman (or man) would be enough. Incorrect.

The unrest that gripped Kenosha, Wis., for several days following the police shooting of a Black man last month resulted in $50 million in damage to buildings and businesses, officials said.
To help put in perspective of just how big of a hit that is for the city with a population of nearly 100,000 residents, that makes up more than half of Kenosha’s municiple budget of $86.3 million.
The damage was spread across as many as 100 businesses, including 40 that are “out-of-business for good,” Kenosha County Supervisor Terry Rose said during a Tuesday county board meeting, according to the Kenosha News.
Rose called for federal and state funding to rebuild businesses and the rebuild the state corrections center or the probation and parole building that was set ablaze during the riots.
“The county needs to assist the city in bolstering the Uptown community,” Rose said. “We need to seek federal funds, state funds or local funds to make sure that those (police) body cameras, which we authorized in (a) prior resolution, are made very much a part of the forthcoming budget.”
Kenosha briefly became a flashpoint in the nationwide unrest over the Aug. 23 police shooting of Jacob Blake. The 27-year-old was paralyzed after being shot multiples times in the back by police officer Rusten Sheskey.
The incident set off a wave of protests, some of which turned violent. Two protesters fatally shot and another wounded by Kyle Rittenhouse, a teenager who was armed with a rifle and claimed to be protecting businesses from looters when he allegedly opened fire on the demonstrators.
At one point, 2,000 members of the National Guard were deployed to the city to quell the violence.
During the meeting, Supervisor Zach Rodriguez read comments from residents concerned about the future safety of the city. One resident was concerned about how the county would handle reactions from verdicts stemming from the unrest.
Rodriguez said he was certain most of the destruction was caused by people who live outside the community.
“To the people who burned down our city, we won’t allow it ever again,” he said.

AUTHORITIES have released new surveillance images from the killing of far-right supporter Aaron “Jay” Danielson after the suspect, an Antifa activist, was shot by US Marshals in Portland.
Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt on Friday released the unsealed warrant for Michael Forest Reinoehl, who was gunned down by a fugitive task force in Washington state following an exchange of gunfire.

The warrant charges the 48-year-old far-left activist with murdering Aaron “Jay” Danielson, who was shot in downtown Portland during last Saturday’s clash between pro-Trump and Black Lives Matter groups.
Reinoehl appeared to lie in wait for the 39-year-old, who also went by the alias Jay Bishop, before the shooting and texted his own son an offer to trade marijuana for a handgun weeks before Danielson’s murder, the court documents reveal.
Danielson himself was armed with a handgun, which was found in his waistband after he died and didn’t appear to be used during the attack in Oregon, according to the warrant.
Portland Police Detective Rico Beniga described in the affidavit the events leading up to the shooting based on witness statements, previously released bystander video, and never-before-seen surveillance footage from a nearby parking garage.
Reinoehl was seen walking with a white woman as they stared at Danielson and a friend at a street across the intersection in downtown Portland
In the new CCTV footage, Reinoehl walks with a white woman on SW 3rd Avenue, and both can be seen staring down Adler Street as they cross the intersection.
After the two cross the intersection, the woman pauses and stands against a building as Reinoehl continues walking.
Danielson and his friend Chandler Papas are then seen turning a corner behind them from Adler Street – and Reinoehl is seen glancing behind him.
Reinoehl then ducks into a parking garage entrance and “reaches towards his left front waist area,” the affidavit says.
“Reinoehl conceals himself, waits, and watches as Danielson and Pappas continue walking by. Danielson and Pappas do not appear to interact or communicate with anyone and continue southbound on SW 3rd Avenue,” the documents state.
Beniga notes that Danielson appears to he holding a can of Mace in one hand and a telescoping baton in the other.
After the two men walk past in their Patriot Prayer hats, Reinoehl and another unidentified man follow Danielson and Pappas out of the camera’s view.
Pappas told Fox News that the men ambushed him and Danielson from behind, and said something to the effect of “we got a couple right here” and someone shouting “pull it out,” apparently in reference to a gun.
He said two shots were fired almost immediately when he and Danielson turned around – and that’s when Danielson began to mace the gunman before he was fatally shot.
Danielson had been shot in the chest from the front, and the mace can he was carrying had damage consisted with a bullet impact, Beniga said.
Cops raced to the scene less than a minute after the shooting, bystander video shows.
The affidavit states that police found a 9mm Glock Model 17 holstered in Danielson’s waist area.
The pistol’s 19-round magazine was full, and there was a bullet in the chamber, leading detectives to conclude that it couldn’t have been used during the clash.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have a problem. They know it, the media knows it, everyone knows it.
For three months they have ignored the deadly rioting that spread across the nation’s cities on both coasts and in between. They insisted that what we were seeing was “mostly peaceful” protests and that Donald Trump and his evil allies were defaming decent Americans who just want social justice. Now they want to denounce these riots, but there is a problem: Harris is a financial supporter of the rioters she now claims to denounce.
Yes, that’s right, the Democrats’ vice presidential candidate was a huckster for a bail fund that sought to free violent criminals who were rioting on the streets of Minneapolis, and she was very effective at it. In the wake of deadly fires and looting, Harris asked her five million plus Twitter followers to donate money to bail out the “protesters” arrested in the riots. Let’s meet a few of the beneficiaries of her largesse, shall we?
Fox 9 News in Minneapolis did the research for us. Here are a few of the criminals they found Harris did a solid for.
Among those bailed out by the Minnesota Freedom Fund (MFF) is a suspect who shot at police, a woman accused of killing a friend, and a twice convicted sex offender, according to court records reviewed by the FOX 9 Investigators.
According to attempted murder charges, Jaleel Stallings shot at members of a SWAT Team during the riots in May. Police recovered a modified pistol that looks like an AK-47. MFF paid $75,000 in cash to get Stallings out of jail.
Darnika Floyd is charged with second degree murder, for stabbing a friend to death. MFF paid $100,000 cash for her release.
Christopher Boswell, a twice convicted rapist, is currently charged with kidnapping, assault, and sexual assault in two separate cases. MFF paid $350,00 [sic] in cash for his release.
Kamala Harris and her friends in the corporate media, otherwise known as the propaganda arm of the Democratic Party, will pretend this never happened and they are counting on voters to be too ignorant to know that it did. Harris was so eager to be on the rioters’ team that she literally raised money for them in the hopes that they could be released and foster further mayhem.
That on its own would be bad enough. But the fact that she is now attempting to pretend she was against all of this violence, and looting, and arson, and destruction from the get go is an insulting joke. Did Harris really think that peaceful protesters obeying the rules were the ones arrested in Minneapolis? Of course she didn’t. She just assumed that justifying the unrest would help Democrats’ political chances. Now that this has been shown to be false, she is trying to change her position. It’s way too late for that.
The American people aren’t stupid, they know exactly where Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and the Democratic Party stood on the riots. They stood side by side with the rioters. That they have now cynically come to regret that position is, I suppose, a good thing. But it does not erase the harm done in lives, property, and opportunity that their approval of rioting did. We know whose side they were on, and it wasn’t the police. The American people will not forget that.

This new footage also aligns with Rittenhouse’s legal team’s explanation of what happened that evening.
As the Gateway Pundit previously reported, Rittenhouse had worked as a lifeguard in Kenosha the day of the shooting. After work, he went to the local high school to help clean up graffiti on the building.
“Later in the day, they received information about a call for help from a local business owner, whose downtown Kenosha auto dealership was largely destroyed by mob violence,” a statement provided to the Gateway Pundit by Rittenhouse’s legal team explains. “Business owner needed help to protect what he had left of his life’s work, including two nearby mechanic’s shops. Kyle and a friend armed themselves with rifles due to the deadly violence gripping Kenosha and many other American cities, and headed to the business premises. The weapons were in Wisconsin and never crossed state lines.”
When Rittenhouse arrived at the mechanics shop, he and others stood guard to prevent further destruction. Later that night, long after the 8 p.m. curfew had passed, the police began to disperse a group of rioters. His lawyer, John M. Pierce, explains that while dispersing the mob, they maneuvered a mass of individuals down the street towards the auto shops. Rittenhouse and the others were threatened and taunted, but he did not react. “His intent was not to incite violence, but simply to deter property damage and use his training to provide first aid to injured community members,” Pierce says.
The statement says that by the final time that Rittenhouse returned to the gas station and “confirmed there were no more injured individuals who needed assistance, police had advanced their formation and blocked what would have been his path back to the mechanic’s shop. Kyle then complied with the police instructions not to go back there. Kyle returned to the gas station until he learned of a need to help protect the second mechanic’s shop further down the street where property destruction was imminent with no police were nearby.”
“As Kyle proceeded towards the second mechanic’s shop, he was accosted by multiple rioters who recognized that he had been attempting to protect a business the mob wanted to destroy. This outraged the rioters and created a mob now determined to hurt Kyle. They began chasing him down. Kyle attempted to get away, but he could not do so quickly enough. Upon the sound of a gunshot behind him, Kyle turned and was immediately faced with an attacker lunging towards him and reaching for his rifle. He reacted instantaneously and justifiably with his weapon to protect himself, firing and striking the attacker,” Pierce explains.

As we reported, prominent attorney Lin Wood has assembled a legal team that will defend the Kenosha shooter Kyle Rittenhouse pro bono.
He believes the videos prove the 17-year-old shooter acted in self-defense. He is not going to speak about the boy’s personal life at this time, but he cautioned people to ignore the rumors going around.

First of all, Rittenhouse is not a “domestic terrorist.” All three of the people whom he shot, were shot in self defense. The proof is in this video:

Secondly, Rittenhouse is not a “white supremacist.” All three of the people whom he shot were white.
And thirdly, the “protestors” who assembled at the car dealership were not there to “affirm the value, dignity, and worth of Black lives.” Other car dealerships had already been burned down, and these ‘protestors” were planning to burn down this one too.

On Tuesday night two people were killed in the continued violence in Kenosha, Wisconsin. It appears they were killed by the same shooter, a 17-year-old by the name of Kyle Rittenhouse. Another individual shot by Rittenhouse appears to have been carrying a handgun.
A new video slowed down shows a man hitting the accused Rittenhouse with a skateboard after Rittenhouse fell down running from what perhaps was his first episode with a gun.
It may be the last thing the skateboard carrier ever did. It appears this man was shot right after attacking the young Rittenhouse with a skateboard. After that he fell to the ground and didn’t move.

As the skateboard carrier was hitting and moving past Rittenhouse another man runs up with holding a gun. Rittenhouse shoots the skateboard carrier and then he shoots the handgun carrier in the arm. The skateboard carrier doesn’t move but the handgun carrier holds his arm.
The man shot in the arm is reportedly a man by the name of Gaige Grosskreutz. He is connected to the far left group “People’s Revolution Movement.”

The victim who survived the fatal shooting in Kenosha on Tuesday night has been identified as Gaige Grosskreutz.
Grosskreutz was in Kenosha with the Milwaukee-based social justice reform group the People’s Revolution Movement, a spokeswoman for the group said Wednesday.
Bethany Crevensten said Grosskreutz was recovering in a hospital but declined to provide any other information about him.
Posts by friends on social media said he had undergone surgery.
Crevensten said the group has been protesting for 90 days.
Grosskreutz was carrying a gun when he was shot. He pulled out a gun from his pants and then his arm is nearly blown off by Rittenhouse.
It is being reported that Grosskreutz may be a felon and if so, he was illegally carrying a gun.
Based on the above, young Rittenhouse fired at two or more men in self defense. One of these BLM rioters was carrying a gun. If he was a felon he was illegally carrying a gun.
