How come there’s no visible water in this video of people counting absentee ballots in Fulton Country, Georgia, after CBS News said they “stopped” counting them because “a water pipe has broken”?

In this video from election night, CBS News says that Fulton County, Georgia “stopped” counting the absentee ballots for the night because “a water pipe has broken.”

This next video shows most people leaving.

But a few people stay behind to continue counting the absentee ballots.

And there’s no visible water in the video.

That sure sounds like evidence of cheating to me.
