The U.S. Department of Education reports that 79% of Chicago eighth are graders not grade-level proficient in reading, and 80% are not grade-level proficient in math.

    Education decides the future of a child. Right education can make the future of child bright and wrong education can make the future of child dark. It depends on the school in which the child is going.
